Three years ago I found myself passing by pure chance from Deiva Marina and always by pure chance I stopped at this residence. Well… I fell in love with it and went back in the next two years. It is located near the Cinque Terre (easy to reach by train or ferry) in a very quiet village ideal for people who like me want to totally relax for a few days. The owners are of a kindness and availability today rare to find and the apartments are very clean and equipped for any need. Employees are available for every request (always with a smile on their mouth) and very discreet in doing their job. Last but not least, keep in mind that the price also includes lying and parasol in the beach located a few meters away. Very fair price. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful place with beautiful peaple.

We had a wonderful time at Appartementi di Piazzetta. We stayed on the ground floor apartment. The facilities were very clean and this appartement is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds, kitchen appliances and a cozy terrace. We had extra towels and that was ideal when going to the beach. The location is ideal : a stone away from the beach and nice restaurants. There are two grocery shops (special mention for Lucia's) next door, a fish shop and a 4-star restaurant. It is a 5-min walk to the train station if you want to go to Cinque terre, la Spezia and sestri Levante. We have found memories of our stay and the owners were very kind. Their ice creams are a delight. Highly recommended.

Grazie a Cristina and Franco, nothing to complain, everything happened perfectly, check in and welcome with map of trails and general information on the territory, apartment very clean and very comfortable, cleaning service impeccable daily, we did not have The possibility of having breakfast as we randonnions all day and we did not want to be tempted to eat more in view of the proposed service. I will gladly return, these hosts deserve it and I thank them again for their little gift received at the end of our stay, a presto, Cignarella Vito.

Great hotel and great hosts! I really recommend this place. The only downside is lack of iron in the apartment. You need to go downstairs to the laundry to iron your clothes.

We were guests of the residence Kriss a seventh with our three year old granddaughter, we occupied a cozy studio with every comfort, unforgettable the terrace on two levels that allowed us absolute freedom.
What to say: friendly, competent managers, available for every need, a real family enlarged with guests, environments cared for and always clean, attentive and helpful staff. A heartfelt thanks, we will return and highly recommend it.

Excellent welcome from all the people present in the hotel, ubiquitous availability on the part of all. The information given on the tourist sites is correct and detailed.
The location
Exceptional cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel (there is a smell of clean and fresh in the whole hotel and we realize that the housekeeping is done every day, with great care).

Three generations of my family have been going for 20 years to the Residence Kriss. We have been in peak season (August vacation) as well as earlier in the summer. The Residence Kriss and the lovely proprietors (Franco and Cristina) and their staff are part of our lives and I hope to return for years. The Kriss rooms are lovely, modern, and relaxing, with air conditioning, comfortable beds, kitchenette, and balconies overlooking charming gardens and a quiet piazza. The light and airy bar has excellent coffee, drinks, and light snacks as well as gelato, with seating both indoors and on a canopied terrace. A comfortable nook off the main seating area has couches and a large-screen television which attracts viewers for football (soccer) games. My children have spent hours there watching Eurocup and World Cup football. The Kriss is about 100 m from the beach, and my children go back and forth with ease. The beach is gorgeous and clean, a comfortable mix of sand and pebbles. It offers columns-and-rows of umbrellas rented by several bagni (beach clubs). The water is beautiful and refreshing; it is warm enough and (9 days out of 10) calm enough for long swims. There is a newly renovated boardwalk that overlooks the beaches and the sea, which is nice during the day but especially for walking at night. Between the Kriss and the beach are two well-stocked tiny grocery stores with both basics and luxuries (including local specialties and excellent fresh fruit).

Deiva Marina it self is a bit a boring town although they are developing a shopping centre close to the beach. Residence Kriss has large and clean apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff is kind and helpful. There is a bakery opposite to the apartments where we went to get breakfast (you can also have breakfast at the Residence). The train station is a 5 minutes walk and will bring you to Cinque Terre and Portofino which are both highly recommended to visit. Within a 10 min. Drive you can rent a scooter which is also fun way to visit some of the Cinque Terre villages.

Spent three nights in the Studio. We enjoyed our time very friendly owners. Residence spotless and with everything you need also to be able to cook something. Continental breakfast was excellent. I recommend it.

Perfect apartments, very friendly and helpful!

The staff is really nice, we were perfectly welcomed. The accommodation was very clean, recent decoration, Nice staff. The breakfast is perfect, fresh, the juice.
It is easy to get to the 5 land via the train station 2 minutes walk.
