1 female member of staff was so rude when I told her my meal was cold. She slammed down the plate then proceed to scrape it into the bin in front of me whilst giving me a total angry face. Very very rude.

We have visited this restaurant every year and this was horrible. Having spent a month in Italy every year for the past 20 years we have never experienced such a fiasco. Our appetizers never arrived and our pasta was served without any bread or cheese. We normally are supportive and understanding but we feel we need to warn others to avoid what was a great restaurant but is now just a tourist trap.

Is one of my favorite place in Rome with the most romantic and nice view ❤️❤️❤️. The food is 5 ⭐️. We went for a coffee at the beginning and then in the evening for dinner and nooow we are here for the 4th time to dine. Love it 😍! P. S also the staff is one of the best with a great costumer service 👍🏽

Amazing Place to experience TRUE Roman cuisine while enjoying the rooftop view of the Colosseum. No other view matches this place! The pizza is delicious and the pasta is cooked to perfection. Salads are prepared fresh — with farm to table ingredients. The wait staff is the best in Rome! Ask for Luigi — he will make certain that you enjoy your experience. They have an extensive wine and cocktail list as well as a vast selection of ice cold beers. The owner of the place is Saly and he is very friendly and can accommodate large parties on the roof top — tell him your a friend of Caron McConnon from CMC WORLD TRAVEL ❤️ Enjoy your family vacation and dinning experience in the Eternal city!

Absolutely the best experience we had with family in Rome. Rooftop dining across the street from the Colosseum! NOT OVERPRICED which is awesome. Most important is the service. We brought family here 4 times in 3 days because of the service! Frederico and Marco on the rooftop where just fantastic. Top quality service and such an enjoyable experience. The "photo guy" was also amazing. When in Rome… visit the Royal Art Cafe and experience the wonder of it all!
