Staff unfriendly and not very professional. After you have booked and received regular email booking confirmation), upon arrival at the hotel, I found out that there was not any kind of booking and that if I wanted to stay I would have had to pay a price much higher than the one I stuck with the booking! The result is that I have hijacked at a guest house in an adjacent area. Scarce, you should absolutely avoid. Unprofessional and incapable of dealing with the public.

The perfect place to stay in Rome, very art and pretty, cozy and very clean. The people are extremely nice and helpful! I am sure from now on I will stay there when I visit Rome and I recommend it!

We had a great time! … very kind… 5 stars deserved… and the 2 stars attributed to the hotel falsify the real value of the location… Now it will be my point of reference in the capital. Thank you.

A magical hotel. The pictures hung in the hallways are like an exhibition, a journey in the journey. The kindness of the patrons and the large and welcoming rooms.
A mole might be you hear the traffic go by.

Nice small hotel filled with modern art works. Thanks to Cristina for hospitality and for talks about art, Russian literature, philosophy etc. Stay there and you'll never regret about that.

Very good experience, the people were very friendly and attentive. A very familiar place and excellent attention.
Breakfast was huge and lots of varieties.
Christine is an exceptional hostess and very attentive to the needs of others, also gives tips on the city very good.

Pros: Location was very near the metro line about 5mins walk. Convenience shop is about 5mins walk too. Breakfast was sumptuous with lots of varieties. Exceptionally attention in charge Christina, many thanks to her for all the help rendered! Cons: There is no air-condition in the room, only a fan (isn't a problem for me because I went during winter, probably those going during summer can take note). Streets were not as well lit as I would expect. Bigger signage would be good so that guests would be able to know that they reached the correct place, they only had a small sign at the gate.

Since 2003. (hotel chenged owners) I am staying at that place (more then 10 times), and never dissapointed. Stuff is friendly, hotel secured for families, closed to center. Closed to bus, metro tram. Everything is ok. My reccomandation.

Comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Managers kind and courteous, they make you feel at home. Really nice art exhibition, a special appreciation to mrs. Cristina, for her art that makes the environment beautiful and with a touch of magic. Excellent breakfast. Price / quality ratio : very GOOD.

Staff fantastic and very welcoming, rooms very clean, comfortable, and a nice taste on furniture. We spent a beautiful week-end, and the breakfast is very wide between sweet and salty. In the hotel there are corners comfortable where you can relax. Is just 200 meters from the metro and is very close to the university hospital. Highly recommend it to all, it is very convenient for travelling. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Let's say it's a middle street between Hotel and B&B. The environment is familiar but you are immersed in the beauty of art. At times it seems to feel like in the years when artists met in circles to share experiences and ideas. You breathe a really peculiar air. The rooms are not large, but comfortable enough. It is very close to the metro station and so convenient to get to and from downtown. Nice experience to repeat.

One of my favorite places to stay in Rome. Beautiful hotel, designed and decorated like an art gallery. Located in a nice and safe neighborhood, very close to Piazza Bologna and Policlinico metro station. The staff is always polite and very welcoming.

Roma Room is part of art hotels in Rome. Beautifully decorated, resembles an art gallery. It's not just one more place to stay at. A lot of care and time has been put into making this hotel both accommodating and aesthetically pleasing. It's such a pleasure meeting people who take pride in making a place beautiful foot their guests. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. There is a metro station just 2 minutes away. Highly recommended.

A very nice place to stay in Rome. An impressive art hotel with different themes on every floor and room. A very kind and helping lady who runs the place has a very good coffee and breakfast for you. Very close to the city and easy to access. Only the check in two houses further down the road is a little bit uncomfortable, especially when you arrive with lots of luggage. We will return next time.

A really nice place to stay in Rome. Every room and floor is designed in a unique and artistic way. Christina is the best Hotel manager I've ever met. She really cares about the guests. The place is just 2 metro station s from the main traffic knot "termini" away and bus and tram are also just a few Meyer away. When we will return to Rome we will stay where. They have great plans for improvements like a bigger breakfast room…
