The property is located in a central location, allows without any difficulty to the movement by public transport, offers spacious rooms, bright and clean. But above all, I want to point out the friendliness, the courtesy and professionalism which are qualities that certainly not lacking in the staff of this B&B. I will Return with pleasure and recommend it.

This is an excellent b&b! I stayed here for two months while completing a summer internship and I could not have asked for a better stay. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful in telling you anything you need to know about Rome. It is clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning work great. At breakfast, they put out a wonderful spread of food and will make you any type of coffee you want. It is located in a great part of Rome very close to the beautiful Villa Borghese and many restaurants, and just two minutes away from a tram/bus stop and ten minutes away from a metro stop walking, so the entire city is very accessible. If you have any troubles or questions while you are here, you can send Davide or Giuseppe a message at any time and they will be sure to help you. I highly recommend this b&b!

Clean room! Friendly service and nice breakfast.

It is a bed and breakfast and there is no front desk or anything so you will need to make sure to tell them when you're coming so they can have someone there when you arrive. It is a beautiful flat and the staff was very helpful in letting us store our bags after checkout.

Not worth the money Bathroom is too small far away from city center It is an apartment in six floor building with other people. The apartment is divided to five rooms sharing washroom. The rooms facing garden is quiet, but the remaking very noisy Not recommend at all for the kind of money.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable B&B in a quiet, upscale area of Rome, close to subway and restaurants. Continental Breakfast is abundant and delicious. The owners are super nice and very helpful. Highly recommend!
