I recently stayed at this hotel in central Rome and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Colosseum and other major attractions. The room was clean and fresh, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The hotel service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. Additionally, the taxi service arranged by the hotel was incredibly efficient, making transportation back to the airport. Overall, it's a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
This B&B ruined our trip to Rome. We arrived in Rome and tried to check in at this B&B, however, there's rarely anyone in the reception (you open the door by code etc), so you check in via phone. The owner didn't give us her phone number. The wrong phone numver was listed in the description on booking. Com, in the signature in messages sent via booking. Com, on the sign in front of the door and online. This meant we wasted 4 hours trying to reach the owner by a number that was always "busy". We weren't the only ones that day unable to reach the owner. As mentiones, we waited 4 hours before others staying there were able to give us the right number, so we could check in. And when we finally reached the owner, we didn't even get as much as an apology. I've never experienced a service this terrible.
We only had one day, and most of that day was spent trying to reach someone who was unreachable and didn't even try to make amends.
I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
