Hotel lovely and clean, staff friendly, just needs tea making facitlies in room. Location eas just around the corner from bus station and metro. Nice restaurants aroind hotel. Would stay again.

Great accommodation, exactly what we needed. Less expensive than others in the same area, old furniture but very clean, super comfortable bed! The staff is exeptional — very helpful! We had a great time there and had no issues what so ever. Everithing was exactly as described at the time of booking. We will definitely recommend this location for others that are in search of affordable, central located and clean location from where you can visit Rome. 5 min walking distance from Termini station (from where you can take the Metro to most all attractions) or 20-25 min walking distance from Colloseum, Spanish steps, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon etc. We stayed at the first floor so we did not mind at all that the elevator was missing :), keep in mind that the Hotel has no elevator… so if you have heavy luggage maybe you can ask them to book you on a lower level… tutto PERFETTO :)

Poor experience overall, you have to pay for air conditioning but what they don't say it that you will be sharing the same temperature with other rooms. Ended up fighting over the thermostat with another room. Beds are bot very vomfortable and the pillows are two flat overused pillows stuffed into on suitcase. Floors are rarely swept so dust bunnies and debris are everywhere. They did have a cute terrace though to sit out on with very inexpensive drinks you can purchase from a small minifridge. Location wise it was very convenient.

Kind staff, clean place, decent prices! A quiet place to spend a holiday. A few hundred meters from the Termini station, so well served (place 500) by the vehicles and the metro!

This place was really good to stay! Staffs were very friendly. They accept late-check, which was very important to us. Even though we arrived late in hotel, the receptionist guy explained everything (we were given city map as well) There was no problem with using hot water even at night, supermarket is close to hotel. 10 min walking from Termini station. Wifi working well. You can leave your luggage after check-out. The only thing was bed. Bed was really old and Made noise. Other then that everything was perfect for us.

Very Nice place to be in the room. The mixed water Bibet deserves by itself the price of the room no shampoo but soap from the sink. Let'S get off the rails.

Only flaw in the shower without a phone and the breakfast a bit poor.

Budget hotel in a prefect location about 20 min walk from the Colleseum and other main attractions. Staff were friendly and had great customer service, they spoke English well enough to help tourists. I was given valuable information upon arrival about the city along with a handy map, this was used thought the stay and would have been lost without. Breakfast is only one large croissant or equivalent breakfast pastry and a coffee of your choice, this is enough to get you going but can be upgraded for 5 euros a day per person. Would use this hotel again, if your out all day and just sleeping there it's perfect!

Great location. Just a few minutes walk from the station. Very helpful staff and the room was very clean.

We stayed in this hotel for a few years. The hotel is very cozy, on the reception work two guys who speak Russian, if that always help you (we helped with the purchase of tickets to Florence). The accommodation includes breakfast (coffee + croissant), but there is also an additional breakfast (meat, cheese, egg, jam, butter) costs €5.
The room has a TV (no Russian channels found), hairdryer, stable WI-FI, no fridge, but we enjoyed the common, which is cold drinks.
Shampoo, toothpaste and other toiletries in the hotel do not give, so you need to take care in advance (either bring yourself, or buy in the nearest store.
300 meters from the hotel is not a bad supermarket (left the hotel and left, until the first turn to the right, turn to the right and pass to the end of the street, turn to the left and you came)!
On the contrary to the hotel is a café, judging by the number of customers, apparently not bad (there comes a lot of local families with children) and that the most convenient they have a menu in Russian, we had two dinners there. (at 4).
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Termini train station, which also offers trains and buses from Fimuchino airport. Just from the railway station, you can get to any point of Rome, by bus, there is a metro station.
We walked to the main attractions by foot, to the coliseum minutes by 25-30 Quick Step.

The place itself was very nice and conveniet to train station and close to supermarkets. Staff were nice and warm. But the breakfast… was poor. It remind me Oliver Twist! You have to wait for them to bring 1 crossan and one coffee. Only one Crossant + coffee? For free, additional food cost 5 Euro. While in other hotels you access to self service with a lot of option for free when it is written breakfast is included!. In bathroom you can not find shampoo or toothpase! If you flight you are not allow to have them and therefore you have to buy by yourself in supermarket before arriving in hotel.

Excellent Hotel. Good Price. Close to everything. Recomendadisimo for families. We Were with in child and everything was perfect.

We had small expectations but we were very
suprised. Very nice and classic room and a modern shower. (you have to wait like 10 minutes for hot water but okay)
good ventilation. And very clean. So we can not complain for the little price we payed. The service was okay, very nice people.
they called us a taxi to our way back and gave us the information we needed. Only the breakfast was a little small (1 croissant and coffee) but we knew about that. Great location aswell, you can walk everything very easily in Rome so dont spend any money at taxi's or other kinds of public transport. Then You'll miss so much amazing things.

Great value for money. Very clean rooms, good shower and very friendly & helpful staff, in a convenient central location with a wonderful family restaurant opposite.

Clean spacious room and 10 mins walk from Roma terminal, staff very friendly and helpful… breakfast was just a coffee and a pastry, unless you request extra items and thats extra you have to pay for that, But note its noisey at night, not with traffic but passers by, its a fairly safe area to walk around at night. Loads of hotels and shops around in the area, not a clean area … for what it is … ie a bed to sleep for the nights its Ok.

Very nice hotel, located near Termini station A very nice hotel, which I'd visit again. Below all the details I can remember. Reception The reception is manned most of the time, always when they expect visitors. The night-shift sleeps in the back so always someone there. We were greeted by a friendly person. Room The thing we noticed in our room (and all rooms might be different), was the large amount of space. It was a spacious room! The bathroom was also very big (see attached pictures). As far as we could tell, the room was clean. The bed was daily made. After checking in, two glasses of wine and different kinds of chips were brought to us. That was a very nice surprise! In the bathroom, a blow-dryer and a dispenser with hand-soap is available. Shower gel is not available, but you have can buy it in the area. Towels are provided. If you're from Europe, your normal F-type power-plugs will work just fine. Their wall-outlets support two standards. Which is convenient. Free Wi-Fi is available. No elevator in the building. There's a cosy terrace outside at the first floor you can sit outside, quite nice. Breakfast This was a bit of a surprise. Our last vacation was in the USA, there things were a bit different. We got downstairs, and were asked if we wanted tea/coffee/cappuccino and a croissant. You get brought one croissant (or a similar type of pastry) per person. You can get a refill, if asked.

Close to the train station and Metro, walking distance to all the sights. The room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while in Rome, was a clean room and located a short walk from the main train station, good price.

It's a really nice hotel, having a very nice interior decoration and rooms. All the people working here are so much friendly, cordial and specially helpful. I'm really satisfied with their services and like them all. It was really a good decision to choose this hotel for staying… :)

The staff are friendly and offered to help me secure my motorbike within the building (it will be easier with a moped). The rooms were very comfortable but basic, perfect for a two day city break. Great location to the train station and opposite a couple of very decent restaurants for dinner.

Good location, small friendly hotel, clean with basic breakfast. Comfortable Bess,, good showers, hair dryers, but no kettle, not cosmetics supplied.

A basic star day. Clean and Nice, but missing. Bathroom very small and old beds. It has free Wi-Fi.

Proximity to termini station, not very accurate. Room dirty and filthy bedspread of feces and bird droppings. Shared bathroom not clean at all times. 50 euros per night there is. Strongly discouraged.
