The room smelled musty and was in need of an update. Internet was slow but usable. The breakfast room had a variety of breads and juices but staff weren’t very helpful. Man working front desk was rude and snobby but other front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was okay but we will be staying elsewhere next visit.

Friendly, clean and with helpful and polite staff. If I return to Rome I will consider it again.

We stayed one night, clean rooms perhaps in general something to modernize. Breakfast good, varies sweet and salty, although room a little small (you could hardly find a place). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Old, but well maintained. Very good location, a couple of blocks from the subway. From here you can tour the Vatican and the historic centre of Rome without taking any means of transport. All Rome attractions are Noas 2500 metres from the hotel. Very good restaurants a few meters from the hotel.

5 nights here. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Not to far from the centre an easy taxi ride (12€ ish) away but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Pleasant helpful staff.

If you are planning to go by taxi to this hotel due to the price ask. As we wanted from the airport in Rome to this hotel, a taxi driver told us to lead us to this hotel but did not say the price. It was very expensive on arrival. The hotel is ABET top!

For exploring Rome, the hotel is quite quiet and you can get to the centre very quickly, both on foot and by metro. Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit busy and the breakfast room in basement is far too small. Breakfast was also far from sumptuous and tasty.

One did spend a few days down there it was beautiful.

Quiet location and well served by public transport, clean hotel and courteous staff. Weak points of the structure are the double bed composed of two beds and the breakfast, not very high quality but you can be satisfied, also given the kindness of the staff.

Hotel located near the Vatican, where you can walk. The service is attentive and the rooms are well equipped.

The flaw of this hotel is the cleanliness and the bad smell of the old and dirty recumbents.

I think the cleanliness and one of the first things that we should be in a hotel and instead in this hotel what is missing is just the cleanliness our room was dirty it was cleaned awful bedside tables and ride of the bed full of dust dirty recumbents stinky Bath, in the room there was always a bad smell of mildew the night nn you could sleep if nn with the windows open from the stink of mold nn as soon as you lay in the bed saliva an unbearable stench in the morning I woke up with nausea, do well beware those who suffer from asthma and allergies from mites and dust to us and it was a bad experience we stayed x 5 nights in the midst of dirt.

Friendly stuff, nice hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Everything was good except breakfast — some of ham wasn't fresh. I was there 3 nights and each morning at least one kind of ham was with kind of smell.

Rreally fantastic place，with very convinient bus transport we use 280to Vantican city，495to Glaeria Borghese，130F and 628 tothe city centre，301to Louis Vuitton and piazza di spagne and many more. The hotel staff was great with various languages and quite outstanding service for tourists. Next time if we come back，we will still live here.

First of all, the dimly-lit bathroom flooded every time we showered. It had a corner shower with a gap between the folding glass door and the floor. The staff was very nice about cleaning the floor for us the first time, but when we asked what the solution was for subsequent showers, their response was to arrange towels along the floor by the shower door. On the bright side, the water was hot and the pressure was good. The staff was courteous, and they let us leave our luggage for a few hours. The internet connection was terrible. There was a safe in the room. Our room was a double and was detached from the rest of the hotel. It felt sort of like being in the garage out back, but it did make for a very quiet room. Breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety: croissants and other pastries, fruit, cereals, boiled eggs, ham and cheese, milk, juices, coffee, and pies. The air conditioner was quiet and did work well as long as we also left the window open (wasteful, yes, but it was unseasonably hot and impossible to sleep otherwise). The bed was rock-hard but had one advantage: In most European hotels, when you ask for a double, you get two twin beds shoved together, and as a result, you get a line down the middle of the bed where the two mattresses' edges stick up. It's quite painful to sleep across it, so you and your partner are forced apart by this bed spine. In this hotel, however, the bed was cuddle-friendly because the spine did not stick up enough to be painful.

Went in late July. Sat on the steps several times in the evening, enjoying the sounds of a quaint little restaurant, Vanni. The night were comfortable. The rooms are a little small. The rooms have large box windows where you can enjoy the beautiful architecture outside. The staff was incredibly nice. However, some of the front desk staff didn't seem to like giving directions, or explain maps, etc. The neighbourhood is true Italian living. The hotel blends in with the area. There is a beautiful old church a few blocks away. The room had a refrigerator so we were able to brings snacks back to the room. Our Favorite place to end our day was Vanni. Grab some gelato there or one of their yummy sandwiches. Have breakfast at the hotel at least once! It is a small dining area. It is self serve. They have sweet little pastries, fruit,, yogurt, and awesome cappuccino to start the day. It is also a great place to strike up a conversation with other people from different parts of the world. I will say the beds are hard. We tried flipping the mattresses, no better. Grab some lemoncello and/or meloncello on the way to Trevi Fountsin. You will sleep just fine after a bit of those. There is no tipping at the hotel. However we had a longer stay and we left a few euros anyway. It has a lovely sitting area and a small bar. It reminded me of den. It wasn't loud at all and our room was across from it. It is a beautiful little place.

Issue with AC. In order to turn AC and lights you have to insert a card which is attached to your key. Take the card out and by the time you get back to your room it's 100℉ and it takes hours to cool down.

30 March 2012 Myself and 19 year old grandaughter stay here 26/03/12 — 29/03/12. There reaction is A LITTLE GEM. Great attentive staff, Great room we could not be more satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Agnes Lee (Bradford England).
