The room is well renovated, great location. Next to the train and metro station.

It is located a short walk from Termini and therefore is very easy to reach. The environment is welcoming and cared for, the staff available. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is rich, both sweet and salty. :-)

Such a lovely place, staff very friendly amazing roof top bar and restaurant. Great location for exploring Rome.

My wife and 11 year old son stayed here for 5 days and found it comfortable. The decor was pleasant and people friendly. The rooftop restaurant food was very good with beautiful views. The morning breakfast on 1st floor was pretty good also. Close to transportation. For the price we paid in August $110 a night I would stay again.

Hotel was nice in appearance and clean. The location was second to none. Very convenient for all of Rome's attractions. I wouldn't have considered it a 4 star. 3 at best. No tea/coffee making facilities in standard rooms. Mattress comfortable however we had a double room where they just pushed two singles together. Kept falling into the gap between the beds. Bit crazy for the standard of hotel. Business centre was terrible. Ancient computer and printer. Couldn't print boarding pass. Not a bad experience really, would only recommend staying if appearance is more important to you than practicality.

The accommodations were very comfortable: spacious and well appointed. The staff, especially at the reception desk, was very attentive, efficient and helpful. Very convenient location, allowing easy access to most points of interest in Rome.

Good Hotel, Central at two steps from Termini, well served by means, with parking, comfortable rooms, retro taste, years 30-40 of ' 900. At a time I am honored to have breakfast on a beautiful terrace on Rome from which you can see the Quirinale, San Pietro etc. I find myself well and I go back often.

I found myself at the Hotel for a business convention. It is just a few steps from the Termini station, so easily reachable by public transport. As far as the hotel, the staff very friendly and helpful and also the conference room very welcoming. Positive experience.

Unfashionable and uncomfortable rooms, the sink does not discharge while on the ground are still present the old drains. Cold in the room justified by being in May and then ignite the climate. Staff who are wrong to assign the room and it also seems your fault.
All this for a very high figure.
Only convenience very close to the station and the Convention Center.

I have not stayed but I have been there for a professional meeting. The room was underground, with no windows and claustrophobic, the old and uncomfortable chairs. It wasn't pleasant to spend a few hours. The final buffet consisted mainly of old sandwiches, with hardened bread, a sign that they had taken air. The one positive note were the bathrooms, very elegant and clean.

In Rome, a 4 star hotel at 300 meters from Termini, a quiet, clean and with all services, friendly staff and very attentive. Marble, wood cladding, relaxed atmosphere. Very well.

Great and ideal place to live in Rome if u want to be close to Roma Termini (The main railways hub) or even the touristy places like the Colloseum. The 4 star is as they only have a central AC here where they cannot change the temperatures of the room from the main circuit or inside the room. I felt the rooms where warm all the time and never could get it down. When asked the reception they could only either turn it off or on. Apart from the AC top notch stay.

I have stayed in your hotel three times. I returned because of the great experiences that I had in the past. This visit was different. Although I got the same room as my August 2017 visit, as I requested, (#1006) our friends got a room on the seventh floor. They met us in August 2017 and stayed on the 7th floor. We always had a great breakfast on the tenth floor. They were not allowed to meet us on the tenth floor as they were in August 2017. Also, breakfast on the tenth floor now begins at 7 AM instead of 6:30 AM. The fitness center needs cleaning. I could not get ICE until 6:30 AM. That is just lazy because I know the ice existed on the property. Overall the customer service was not comparable to my previous visits. It was terrible. I am so sorry that I had such a bad experience because I have recommended your hotel to several friends and associates. Dennis.

HM is a great hotel, there were just one thing that wasn’t as great as I would have hoped for a 4-Star hotel. Our room was lovely and on the far end of the second floor. Barely any Wi-Fi reaches that room. It was a bummer to have to use cell phone data in the room or have to sit in the lobby! If you get the 220’s, try and change if Wi-Fi is something you need. Other than that, our room was spacious with a lovely bathroom, breakfast was nice, and it’s in a good location.

All the Roman charm in the center, close to all the facilities and all the monuments.

I liked the location of the hotel and that was the highlight. Rooms were very stuffy, I was hot the entire time. When I asked about having the air put on, I got a very negative reply, but he finally agreed to put it on “a little lower” — did not help at all. Woke up sweating every day. Was charged an extra 98 euro on my bill from the bar — wasn’t my charge … after a little hesitation they removed the charge. Wasn’t an awful stay, but wouldn’t return there. Also I expected a rooftop bar, that’s why I chose this hotel (l am a photographer) wasn’t open for the season. Very disappointing.

Friendly and prepared staff with a great problem solving skills. I was very sick one evening. And from the manager to the trunk, all have worked to assist me, with professionalism and competence even after the arrival of the ambulance. Thank you!

Booked with booking for a weekend. Structure from the old flavor a little bit beginning last century. For those who love historical things and not the cold modernity. Super comfortable at the station. Good and sufficient breakfast. Very spacious room with a bathrobe instead of the very uncomfortable towels. Recommended.

The hotel room we stayed in was average but the hotel itself was great and in a fantastic location in the centre of Rome.

Entrance area is the only thing you can speak well, the rest is run down. The old rooms have not been modinisiert for a long time and schlimmeln already in some places. The staff are for the most part very grumpy that you have no desire to sit there. The central long still speaks for the hotel, everything else is felt no star value.

Furniture "of other times" but still excellent structure, deserves all 4 stars. You see that over the years has been done regular maintenance. Excellent service and perfect cleanliness. Only tip: If you book a superior room, ask that you are not given under the kitchen of the breakfast room on the tenth floor, or you may be disturbed by some noise early in the morning (however not excessive).

Strange strange hotel. Very 1930's with massive ceilings and pillars and lots of little steps. Restaurant is particularly interesting with wooden carvings and leaded windows. My only worry? … I think the bed linen, curtains and towels etc (although clean) are from the same period… worth a look… p. S. The older staff on reception are a little reserved and uninterested, go for a young one.

Retro style, of the first half of ' 900. I like it because it makes me take a dip in the past with non-plastic style. Remarkable the terrace where to have breakfast and I have hit the marble stairs that I recommend to evaluate also from the type and importance of the step. Friendly staff attentive and up to par.

Elegant and chic city centre hotel that is over 100 years old. Very attentive staff and located right by the Termini.

Rooms were clean. The hotel has an older style, which may or may not be to people's tastes. Breakfast is pretty average. Don't expect a full cooked breakfast, but a great selection of pastries.

Older hotel with fairly stiff staff. If you have a request, you'll feel like you're disturbing. The rooms are not worth mentioning, for sleeping it is enough. The lobby is quite nice and friendly. The location is of course top. Price/performance ratio has also been tuned.

Nice and friendly Hotel Great and clean rooms. Great public areas, very comfortable the luggage storage. Excellent breakfast, for the superior rooms is served on the 10th floor with terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. The breakfast is taken care of by a waitress really very good, exquisitely shrewd and kind. Hotel to recommend, 3 minutes from Termini Station and Metro. In a few minutes you reach the center. At the reception nice and fast.

Great location in the Termini station area. Entrance and reception elegant, profusion marbles, spacious reading rooms, all decorated by the busts of the Roman emperors scattered here and there. Functional breakfast rooms and good choice of food. Well-stocked Bar and PC with printer available on the ground floor. The hallways on the floors are covered with a nice carpet and the rooms themselves are clean with parquet flooring. This beautiful picture is blurred by the old style furnishings of the rooms themselves, although "it seems" there are renovated rooms at the height of the times and current.

For those who do not know this next to the Atlantic and is the same chain a star more than is, same service, impeccable.

Nice hotel near Termini Station. The room is spacious, clean, and warm in winter, they change the bed sheet everyday. The toilet is clean, with clean towels, and complete toilet kit. The receptionists very helpful and friendly. The breakfast standard.

Hotel to avoid at all costs! Staff were very rude The luggage rack at the entrance feels so superior to others that it doesn't even answer if you greet him with a good morning… the security gorilla speaks to you like an ignorant.

Very pleasant and surprisingly quiet hotel near the Termini train station. Helpful staff, great coffee and espresso. Our window view was obscured by some sort of awning, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. A 10-15 minute walk to il Colosseo.

We came back to this hotel and were surprised by the change for the better that there was: first of all the cleanliness we found really good, also when we entered the Bellman there came meeting and asked us if we needed for the suitcases thing That had never happened before.
The most striking change however was at the roof Restaurant terrace: Dishes prepared with great craftsmanship and flavors as a combination: shrimp risotto and lemon "spatial", Spaghettoni artichokes mint delicious and then we ended with Bronte ice cream. This time we were very satisfied and will definitely go back just to sample the Send Witch club that we saw in the tables next to us. A special thanks to the Metro and the waitresses who have always been present and discreet.

The hotel is very shabby. It's outdated and doesn't deserve 4 stars.
Eye the rates they have of taxis are not the officers… the air-gate rate is (48 euros). At the hotel reception I was told that they were 55. Some Roman friends told me about the price. I asked the receptionist how could be and told me that I had to apply 15% for nocturnal. He even taught me a sign they have at reception. I downloaded from the official website of the taxis rates and is specifically detailed that no supplements apply. After arguing with the taxi driver and pointing out the rates I had also indicated at the door of the taxi, I charge 48 euros.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Adjacent to the metro, bus, rail, and train stations. Very close to a wide range of shops. Amazing scenic bar and restaurant at the top of the hotel and very pleasant staff. The breakfast is included with stay and is very tasty.

Comfortable and hospitable as far as the location and professionalism of the staff. But the mattresses are to change… not comfortable.

Location is fine, as far as distance to sight seeing and public transportation is concerned. Breakfast is nice, especially cappuccinos. Desk service is efficient but a bit curt. Beds not really comfortable and not enough pillows. Bathrooms nice. Safe available in rooms. Elevator is possibly the slowest in the world.

It is very convenient and cozy. It is good but not wonderful or amazing.

Minibreak in Rome, this is a perfect hotel. Good location, close to the main station, to as long as half an hour walk from main tourist attractions. Streets there are many good restaurants in the vicinity. Helpful hotel staff make us feel a warm welcome, our room was spacious and clean, and a large bathroom. Breakfast on the roof terrace bar food, overlooks the city of Rome is certainly a treat.

A Beautiful hotel in the center of the city, near the central train station. Used a little room for a work meeting. Excellent service.

The rooms are small and need a renovation. It is extremely close to the tra in station which makes it very convenient but not noisy. The breakfast is good.

Breakfast nothing special, the tables were almost never ready and I had to do a treasure hunt to have a spoon, hard bread, chocolate and yogurt.

Not suitable for business travellers: small bed for 130eu/night in a 4* hotel where steaming shirts is forbidden… good location, great lobby, good for retro-lovers but that's all! My grandpa would like it!

Was very pleased! Good room (not "great", but a solid good), comfortable, spacious. Lobby area is beautiful and breakfast is very good and there is plenty to eat. What we loved was the location. Central to everything. Literally right down the street is the Colosseum and Roman Ruins. We walked everywhere from here — Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Ruins, Pantheon, etc. Loved our time in Rome and at the Mediterraneo for our 25th Anniversary.

Very central hotel, friendly staff, excellent facilities and parts concern. Overall very satisfied and highly recommend it. There isn't much difference between the photos on the web and reality.

Good location. Was a little disappointed with the room at first/compared to web photos. But was pleasantly surprised at bed and pillow comforts. Restroom was FAB! Free enternet access downstairs (who needs it), the breakfast buffet was superior and the coffee's. "best". Great view from restaurant up top. Staff was somewhat helpful with maps and directions. Would use this hotel again.

To expensive for what you get.

Thanks to pricelilne we were stuck with hotel atlantico. However we were able to pay extra to upgrade to this hotels sister which is right next door. Rooms were alright, beds not so comfortable, service was great and Walter is the best. Liked the fact we had our own comptuer in room, but the internet was very expensive; ended up paying 40 euro for internet service. Easy proximity to trainstation and public transit. Breakfast was alright, but what you would expect from a free breakfast buffet.

Positive: I was the trip's end-of-course and I loved it, it is very luxurious, rooms are very spacious and the toilets also, in the Centre of Rome and can go a lot of places if you're a little, as the plaza of Spain, the fontana di trevi. The hotel is fantastic and I recommend it to everyone.
