Bed and Breakfast

I stayed at the B&B Home 77 last week with my guy. I compliment the owner for his kindness, sympathy and availability. Rooms are modern, bright and well-furnished rooms with private bathroom and with the excellent cleaning. One of the points that distinguishes this B&B is the breakfast service and drinks, coffee and tea throughout the day, with no quantity limits and no schedules. Not all of the facilities you find such a service and represents a point of strength. The B&B is located in a great area close to the centre of Rome, its location allows to visit the city either on foot or by public transport. Recommend really. Will definitely be back!

Ideally located, for walking and shopping. Clean, cleaning every day, breakfasts.

I have stayed in the PORTA PIA area of Rome before and I love it because it is not touristy and the restaurants are excellent. This was the first time I had stayed at Home77 and it was fantastic! Unbelievably clean, with plenty of room. The shared kitchen stocked with coffee/tea milk biscuits and croissants was an unexpected bonus especially for early morning departure flights! There is a bus line running along Via Nomentana which made getting around easy although walking and taking in the sights was our preferred choice. Pasquali was so friendly, and organized, greeting us upon our arrival with a map and directions for everything we needed. I will be in Roma again next year and will definitely be staying here again. Horrible place avoid at all costs. First of all they advertise as an apartment style hotel and it is absolutely not. It is so tiny! Incredibly tiny. Think Tokyo style but without Japanese charm. The check in guy was extremely rushed and seemed nervous. Photos do not match actual place. They give 2 towels for 4 days stay. Room has stains throughout house cleaning is only early in the morning and they wake you up. Yes they have free snacks but it's all garbage and the lowest quality. We stayed one night of our 3 night stay and left the next day at our own cost bc it was THAT BAD! please take a stranger's advice because I think the other reviews are fake and don't stay here. Horrible place.

Excellent B&B modern rooms well finished. We had a deluxe room. Near the bed there were also USB sockets to recharge the phones. Really good value for money. The cleanliness was excellent. As well as the free snack corner. A very pleasant surprise.

Room well, shower with little water, receptionist a little stale and at 7:30 in the morning a neighbor was put to hammer … breakfast a little scarce.

Nice place for a base in Rome: clean, honest, efficient, good value for money.

We stayed at the superior room of the hotel it was really nice, very clean, there was a common area for breakfast from where you could pick up a scack or prepare a coffee at any time. The location of the hotel is ok not far from the city centre. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very well maintained and modern ambience. Warm welcome from the guests. Easy access to the city's attractions. A wonderful walk through the streets of Rome. The home 77 is highly recommended.

Great place. Good value, I paid 72 euro per night. Kind people. The rooms were really clean and big. I also loved the tips that Shane (receptionist) gave us about the perfect outlets were to do some shopping. The free breakfast had really nice croissants and marmelades. Really nice the shower gels samples.

The location is well connected to the center by bus and metro station (a few hundred meters). The structure is divided into two apartments located in two buildings very close to each other. Rooms well organized and containing all the comforts you could wish for. Great service.

The place is great! Fantastic value for money, so close to all the sites, and Pasquale is a gem! When we asked to extend our room until the evening of our last day, we were accommodated in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

The location is very good, in a quiet neighbourhood with many services and very close to the Centre by bus. The room was correct but had some furniture in poor condition and the two days that made truth cold heating air pump was insufficient and not puseron radiators. The treatment, cleaning, and breakfast, with the possibility of using the fridge and micro, excellent.

Highly recommended! Everything you need, comfortable, with very close transport, supermarket opposite and its owner Paschal is helpful to explore Rome!

Room fairly clean but with some flaws (a sheet laundry) room noisy, not soundproof, gaunt and sad breakfast, fridge there are only open drinks, not even a water bottle sealed.
Bathroom small and devoid of bidet.
Clean bathroom though.

Great hotel and very centrally located.

Central location to the Metro there are about 500m, the bus stop approx. 150m away. The B&B is very modernly furnished, the room is bright, friendly and very clean. The reception was warm, the service is top and we felt welcome and very comfortable. Thank you, we love to come back.
