Th rooms are good, not all beds are the same and some tend to collapse so beware. The hallways are so confusing so navigating to your room for the first time might be a bit challenging. The staff are very nice and the included breakfast is great. To top it off it is right in the centre of rome by the termini metro station and rome train station.

Location is excellent for Roma Termini if you are intending to utilise the rail system. The hotel looks & feels tired with no electronic access, nor facilities to power devices. There was only one power outlet in the room which was for the very small 21cm TV. I understand that a bath/shower with a hand hose is mostly standard in Europe but water went everywhere but a shower curtain option would be a significant improvement to water management & guest safety. Whilst having a shower water naturally spilled onto the bath but the ran down onto the floor. The expectation is that it would then run a course to the floor drain. However, the floor bias was not towards the drain butt over the tiles & under door towards the bedroom. Fortunately, we had ample floor towels to stop the flooding & redirect the water to the drain. The bed looked like it had seen a few too many guests. The bed cover had a hole in it. However, the room was clean, the size ample & although the TV was small it did provide some entertainment until I unplugged it to power up my devices. Would I stay again no as it appeared to be more a 2.5 star & I would prefer a definite 3 star minimum, plus.

For Mother's Day I booked in this property for three nights with breakfast, the hotel despite being close to Termini station is very quiet. And silent. In the room there is all necessary including a small refrigerator. The buffet breakfast offers a lot of choice; But what I think makes a difference is definitely the courtesy of the front desk. Miss Svitlana advised me the fastest routes to reach the places I wanted to visit with my mum and she always ensured, on our return, that everything had gone in the best way; Thanks to you I can affirm that our stay in Rome was fantastic.

A small cozy hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, quick and friendly problem solving. The Area is quiet, despite the proximity to the train station. Close to the historical center. We loved it. Highly recommended. Have been since 02.05.18 to 12.05.18.

Excellent location, one block from Termini and breakfast is OK, the rooms are somewhat small but enough.

A promising welcome, marble and pompous décor. But the rooms are not at the same pictures. Small and old-fashioned. But above all we find the noise that is rampant everywhere in Rome…

The hotel is like the staff work. All requests are quickly revoked. In November it was a little cool-came and turned on heating, gave extra blankets. Food is delicious, varied, European. Close by: Station, behind the train station express to the airport, if you pass to the left behind the station, you get to the market, where you can buy a variety of products, fresh meat, fish and other seafood and more. Also within walking distance of all the sights.

The best thing about the hotel is the central location, it is also quite quiet located on a side street, a good quality also has the bed which is very important! The rooms are very nice in the photos but not necessarily the reality (simple, simple, little equipment) but clean, on breakfast I would forgo the next time (basically in Italy) since Italians do not have breakfast, you can No dressing. Prefer to go to a café and get some real coffee and a sandwich, breakfast at the hotel is a disaster… = For a few days the hotel is OK.

Would not recommend staying in this hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights. It does not match the level of 4 stars. There is no free Water in the room. It is Necessary to buy in the lobby of the hotel in the vending machine for 2-3 Euro small bottle. The Hotel is old and dirty with tired walls. The Rooms are tiny. You'll be kicking about the bed. There are no Russian channels. In the Spring in the rooms is cool. There are no hot dishes For breakfast. The Restaurant does not always cope with the flow of tourists. There is no Iron or ironing room in the hotel. A laundry service is available For an extra fee. There is no Kettle in the room. The Fridge in the room is but off. Include for extra money. And salary tax for a stay of 6 euros per night per person, T. K. This Is a 4 star hotel. The Glasses in the room have plastic apparently for toothbrushes disposable in the bathroom. I was horrified by the hotel. I don't recommend it to Anyone.

Room was too small with no blanket. Beds are moving around. Taps are disgusting. Shower is so small my husband barely fit. Cleaning means doing the bed and changing towels. Hair dryer is so old and after 5 min it was so hot that almost burned me. In 4 days they haven't changed anything in the breakfast. The only good thing is that its closed to the train.

The staff is friendly. The category of the hotel is equivalent to a roadside motel. Smell of drain all over the hotel. The breakfast buffet is poor, the quality is not the Srñala of the hotel. Not recommended. Positive is the Wi-Fi plus payment signal, it is worth paying for it.

A hotel very close to the train station in Rome termini. Strong points: quiet, good cleanliness, very nice staff, good value for money. Areas of improvement: Wi-Fi subordinate to a like on Facebook, does not offer newspapers. For a three star hotel it might as well suffice but that's why four stars should make an extra effort.

It is simply dirty, horrendous, disgusting, ugly and old-fashioned blood on the curtains broken sheets beds that fall bugs in the rooms dirty walls, in short, horrible more typical of a motel than a 4 star.

Room was mega small, smaller does not go. On for himself clean. Breakfast also not very inviting. For a short Tripp OK.

Old, but nice hotel, with simply breakfast buffet. Rooms have tv, fridge, shower, bathtub, hair drier etc. Very close to Termini station.

Small rooms, small bathroom. Wifi was in the room (5th floor). Very friendly staff. At Breakfast It is necessary to go as early as possible, at some moment the pandonium begins, the attendants do not have time to bring food, clean dishes…

Not recommended. I'm staying right now. Except for the reception and the staff that works on it, everything else is closer to a 2 star than a 4 star. The rooms are small, very old, not very clean. Instead of being a double bed they are two quite uncomfortable small mattresses. The soundproofing is zero, when the people in the adjoining room seem to be in mine. As ananecdote I tell that it is such the maze of rooms and mini corridors that I prefer to climb since it took much less 4 floors down the stairs than going to the elevator and then coming back. I would never come back to this hotel.

Hello everyone I was in Rome for the first time alone… I have to say that it was a unique experience the most beautiful ever done so far… I was there 5 days ler, the hotel in my opinion beautiful; clean; best location for touring the city near Termini station. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room small but very cozy, nice and clean. The breakfast is very good and I recommend it to everyone and certainly if I return to Rome I will return. I will have in my heart the hotel Archimede as a reminder of this beautiful journey.

We have made a reservation 8 months before (in January). We were disappointed to discover that in this hotel there was no a room waiting for us. After excuses and apologies we were transferred to an other hotel nearby, called "Luce". We were placed in the first floor and we had a sleepless night, because of the reconstruction made under our windows. Very unsatisfactory!

Worst hotel in my life I have stayed! I don't know how they can qualified to be 4 star hotel, booked two nights there, and there is no quilt and no blanket has given. Just the green color bed color they asked to use as blanket. The room is so small, and having bad smell, the hair dryer is too old, almost have no air come out. I spent one hour to dry my hair. All the bed, table, chair quality is so bad, booked two nights and two nights I could not sleep. I friendly request everyone if u wanna have a good sleep, pls get away from this hotel. Before I booked thought it could not be that bad as it is a 4 star hotel, but honestly no matter the building, the room equipment, they even can not reach to 3 star. Wish my comments can help even one of u who will not have the same bad experience like me anymore.

Large and comfortable room, the entrance is very nice and the breakfast room is ample. But being full of tourists the food booze and still was not of good quality, one less star for breakfast.

Staff at front desk are friendly and helpful. Had an issue with sink not draining, however mentioned it to front desk as going to breakfast and on our return had been fixed. Continental breakfast is fine nothing special but pretty much everything you could need. Location is perfect not far from the central terminal and everything is a few metro stops away or max a hour walking.

The rooms are small. In the Chica room: furniture-a bed, a table with built-in refrigerator (empty), a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a chair. Tiny restroom. Small TV. Glasses and so on. There is no Wi-Fi (it is in the hotel lobby, but even there is lousy). All old broken. The area itself is dirty and unpleasant.

It's an inexpensive hotel close to Termini. If you are looking for a modern design, soft bed, large tv, and Wi-Fi in your room, Hotel Archimede is not for you. If you're fine with no frills and manage to get a reasonable rate, you may consider it. It is located close to the Termini station (2-3 minutes), Metro A (Termini and Repubblica) and B (Termini and Castro Pretorio), supermarkets (5 minutes) and the Sapienza University of Rome (10 minutes). Wifi is available only in the lobby and breakfast is included in the price. Remember about the city tax of 6 euros that you need to add to the hotel rate!

Good location, short walks to all major sights and near the train station. Has free Wi-Fi. Breakfast perhaps slightly limited. Doesn't have a bar. Rooms are decently sized and pleasant and cleaned daily.

A genuine shit or I pass stay abitacion dirty bad service and located in one of the worst streets of rome. Old photos can be deceiving. A pension bad. To look at another thing. It is a shit. And staff other crap. If you want to spend a night fucking go to this hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast is not very diverse. The staff is very friendly. Wi-Fi is there, but only in the lobby.

I can't advise this hotel. Rome have tourist tax, which depends on star count of hotel. Archimede doesn't deserve 4 star. Only lobby looks ok. Rooms are awful: walls are dirty, room is dark (some rooms don't have windows or window look at nearest wall), mold in bathroom, no kettle, disposable cups for teeth brushes, a small piece of hand soap instead of gel, no bath coat hook… Wi-Fi only in lobby. When there's a lot of people, download/upload doing badly. Breakfast sandwich. There's no reason to take this hotel. Better find something 3*, than overpay for "4*" in Archimede.

Good hotel, the price-quality ratio. Upon arrival to room gave on the third floor, with Elevator, Breakfast was good and one broken coffee machine. In room air conditioning, in hot July days, it was easy salvation. Near the hotel for every taste restaurants, the Termini area is very convenient for tourists. I Love Rome!

Very well located. The bathrooms do not have doors, which makes the shower; cleaning and maintenance leave a lot to be desired and the breakfast is limited in variety and quality. In addition to the tax charged by the municipality of Rome is 6€ per person and night, at higher of the price of the room and there is only wiffi, and with difficulty, in the hall.

The hotel is terrible! 4 is not drawn to the stars in any way! we are a couple, stopped in the room, but there we got 2 beds instead of one big one, all rooms were full and we are moved! also at minus — small tv, disposable cups, the dryer, similar to a vacuum cleaner, the lobby is small at the bottom and there is only Wi-Fi in the rooms no! no bar even the bathroom has no shower curtain! no bathrobes, slippers water, coke, chocolate only! no russian-speaking staff a constantly changing group of students, which filled the hotel were always in the lobby well at least the room was cleaned every day.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my class (tenth grade).
So if you want to make a good breakfast I invite you to go from vending machines which you can find in the lobby, the first morning when I tried taking coffee in the breakfast area was released by dirty water, as far as the food was poor and of low quality.
The rooms are very small and dirty, the first day I found stained sheets, in every corner of the room you can find dust bunnies.
Regarding the bathrooms are very dirty.
The thing that shocked me most is that took place in the morning of the first day of your stay.
Were the early morning me and my companions were awakened by a sound very ambiguous and a sickening smell coming from the bathroom, intrigued we got up and went to see what happened, from a small sewer at the center of the floor were outputs of feces that had spread throughout the bathroom passing under the door and leaving pools of FECES throughout the room.

From the train station and metro 5 minutes, and at the hub station, not noisy, the rooms are old but decent, for Europe for 4* pulls. Wi-Fi free but only in the lobby.

There isn't Wi-Fi in room. Only in lobby and till 12pm. Terrible.
