I arrived at 22 (check in until 23 o'clock and structure alerted by email of the time of my arrival as required during the booking) I open a foreign woman and tells me that they are full. But I had booked well 10 days before and especially already paid… How is it possible that the structure was already full?
After having proposed to me an accommodation in another structure that I would have to reach independently and that I refused to accept as a solution if it had not provided my transport in structure for free, tells me that can find me a room in Structure, but on the top floor, a bit of stairs to do. No problem for me especially because it is 2 simple planes of stairs, no light because it does not work, but still only 2 floors.
I'il be in the room. Literally a closet where the bed is just and a small bathroom separated from the pseudo room with a folding door. There are No towels, there is no soap, the toilet paper is just a reminder as it shows the cardboard exhausted on the water tank. I Do present to the receptionist who miss the keys to close the room. He tells Me that comes down to take them but after 5 minutes back saying that he does not own them and I have to feel so much here no one enters. But quiet I'm little seen that in front of the door of my room there is an open door also without a key that from on a terrace (of whose hygienic state Tralascio). We're still only on the second floor!
Resigned joint the bed between the wall and the door to avoid unpleasant inconvenience. The receptionist says Hello.
The shower is the next tragedy, the hot water does not arrive and the shower door is hovering from coming off and falling off. I also Avoid the shower. I turn on Wi-Fi but let alone if the vaunted free Wi-Fi works! Absolutely not.
Icing on the cake. The only window in the room has a cloth attached from the outside and this is because the glass is broken, not chipped but just broken, missing pieces and remain other sharp fragments dangerous but above all we are always there, we are on the second floor and I do not It seems the safest solution in the world to stay in a room without a key and with the window practically open.
Finally night passed in white especially after that, even though the receptionist had assured me the tranquility, they try to open the door of my room.
During This state of profound discomfort I felt the need also to call The Police to feel safer and ask for advice on what had been right to do.
