Stayed one night in the White Suite as a couple — amazing room, extremely clean, tidy, great attention to details and the luxury of a fantastic jacuzzi and a private bathroom all within the room.
Super comfy bed, ambience lighting, great A/C and heater, helpful staff and centrally located.
Ticks all the boxes for a flawless stay as well as a romantic getaway.

Rooms are clean, luxurious and cosy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very quiet place, suitable for relax. It seems to stay at home! I recommend it to all, 5 stars you deserve!

Nice and clean. Rooms are a bit small but quiet. Breakfast is too limited, i. E. There is no fruit at all. Coffee and cappuccino not so good made by a small automatic machine.

The room was well sized, amazingly priced, and the owners and staff went so far out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay in Rome. Located less than a ten minute walk from the Tiburtina station, it was a great location for our stay. Truly a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of a major metropolis. Maria and her family truly understand what customer service is, and we look forward to future stays when we return to Rome.

The best place of ever, Maria's is very helpful and all the stuff is very polite. The room is been cleaned everyday and it's located close to the center of Rome. Many local food and some places where you can find the best cappuccino and cornetto.

For the hygiene, comfortable rooms and the location very close to via Metro and train.

Nice and clean rooms (partly with whirlpool). Thin walls. Breakfast is okay, in principle only sweets and pastries. Good location to Metro, right in the residential area with lots of shops.

Great rooms for wonderful days in complete relaxation. They are real suites with a fabulous whirlpool bath.
