We stayed 4 nights in this wonderful property, we arrived from customers and we leave with friends. Really big and clean room with side view of the Colosseum, TOP!
Breakfast very but very abundant and varied and the staff always ready to fulfill every request.
Valeria and Giorgio are the TOP in the reception! They managed to get our little girl to talk too, who is super shy. They recommend restaurants and places to visit, we spent hours talking to them as if we had known each other for a lifetime. A truly family holiday, surely it is not a goodbye but just a goodbye to the next one, I hope very soon.

Mini holiday in Rome with stay on the Top Floor… What about everything perfect! Room with Colosseum view, impeccable cleaning every day and super breakfast. But the best thing is the welcome of Valeria and all the wonderful staff … Kind nice and helpful … We came home full of new friendships ❤️. We recommend it to everyone.

What a lovely place and people. This is the first time I’ve made the effort to review anywhere. People were so helpful offering great advice, even really nice and not rushing us when we were late checking in. Couldn’t eat all the food available for breakfast because there was so much and the room was comfy and spotless. What more could you ask for. We will definitely return.

Very reasonably priced for lovely quality rooms and cleanliness! The staff are warm and welcoming, and very helpful. Location is great with less than a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome!

Great experience for the price! The staff is very nice and available, they will make you a nice breakfast (with pastries from a bakery) which will be brought in the room, as they have no communal area. The room I had was small but neat, and the tiny bathroom very clean. You get codes to get in at any time of day and night.

Staff were really friendly and this hotel is in the perfect location for visiting all the attractions of rome. You can walk to the colusseum within 5 minutes or get on the metro 5 minutes the other way and be at the vatican within half an hour. The outside of the hotel may not look up to much, blink and you'll miss it. But inside the rooms are really tidy, fresh modern and have everything you could ask for. Really impressed with the place. Would recommend and would definitely come again!

At a fair price and very clean — great Service and only 600 meters to the landmarks of Rome! More so.

Great place to stay. Near all the atractions in Rome. No Roma pass needed. Bus and metro cost 1, 50€ wherever you go! Hotel very central. Friendly people, breakfast brought to your room in the morning, clean beds, clean towels, noisy when the room next to you is watching tv. And all programs in Italianreally a place to come back too! thanks for a great time!

Great location, clean and comfortable room, good service. Elevator is very old and scarry. Breakfast need more variery.

It's nice, clean and modern. Very close to the Colosseum (like 7 min walk). The only disappointment is that the breakfast is only juice and a crossiant.
