Nice location, very helpful and friendly staff, and clean and comfortable room. Great shower and water pressure.

Service 5, location 4.5, room 4. Almost clean, found one nail. Which was a bit confusing and disturbing. Daily changing towels and cleaning was good. Nice welcome present (water) which was really needed (really warm weather). Not loud room and ac also not loud. Good selection for breakfast, but after 2-3 days no real change and it got a bit boring.

Very good service, Cozy and very nice, also very well located to tour all of Rome near the fontana and coliseum.

Great staffs and a wonderful location from a walking distance of almost all the good places in Rome.

If you are looking for a base while you explore Rome then this the place to stay fab room fab staff fab food fab location xxx.

It's probably not the best but it's worth the price and in a good spot close to many places.

Old Hotel. Bad smell. Not very good bed. But well placed.

Basic Room compact, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very small The staff is friendly and not intrusive. The location in the city is perfect: within 5 minutes you can walk to the metro in Piazza della Repubblica or to the bus stop for the Fatherland Altar and the imperial forums.

Very good value for money. Perfect for a getaway. Friendly staff and 24h reception. Well located and communicated with bus lines at the corner stops. Central location but quiet. Forums and Colosseum walk to 10 '-15 '. The breakfast was very good but maybe a bit more of a variety of fruit and salty would be nice. The perfect room always. Temperature adjustable in the room and good operation of the same, silent. With safe and hairdryer but not very powerful. A slightly peeled and chipped paint. The bathroom was very good. Hot water and pressure. We would definitely ^_^

The hotel is situated in central Rome. The hotel is 3stars only for its proximity to termini station and main attractions. Vatican city is a 10min bus ride 1.50 euro. Otherwise, its an old hotel as others say. Breakfast is basic.

Our experience here is to forget … Rome is beautiful and this hotel was the only sour note of our holiday. The rooms are old and they know (assuming they are clean, don't seem to! ) and bad, ours was light (short) by an atrium and, brace yourselves, the air was absolutely stifling: I think it was smell of sewage from drains but I didn't understand the exact origin since the bathroom in the room didn't seem to be the cause (there was already in the hallway, next to the rooms 306 and 307). We stayed here for two nights and I will not hide that I began to think that the smell which we couldn't ever get used, could also come from the carcass of a dead animal. At the reception, after the first night, they helped us with a "— sorry, we will present to the maids — (but they didn't changed the room because apparently there were other available) ", needless to say, back at the hotel we found the same smell, if not more (didn't bother even to place an air freshner in the corridor or in the room). There are also other negatives, like an uncomfortable shower tub, floor carpeting, the absence of a fridge-bar and the lack of variety and quality of the products provided for breakfast (no salty foods and with those cold croissants already before serving) but what disgusted us most is the atmosphere during each night spent here! Check two stars only for the staff.

Hotel location is perfect, very easy to find; rooms are small, but two is enough, but also very comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel is very clean, very close to some of the must see attractions. From Republica to the Vatican (Vatican), Artemis sitting just five stations. Wi-Fi is a bit difficult even in the room, breakfast needs to be improved, and added some water boiled or scrambled eggs or fresh fruit may be better, especially in the summer time.

Excellent hotel. Host me 4 nights before new year's Eve and really nothing to criticize. Good service and perfect location, close to all sides.

Hotel galatea is a beautiful 3 star hotel located in the central area of Rome, close to termini … and 2 steps from the attractions of the capital, is great x young couples who want to spend less and have a minimum of a 3 star comfort. The cozy room lacks some services like the fridge … but then again great x 3 star one.

An extremely dirty hotel. The staff are noisy at 7am. You cannot sleep on the beds as they are so old. Better have a look at the place before you book.

Nice and friendly staff. Great location. Rooms clean but a little dark and ensuite fairly uncomfortable.

The hotel is near via Nazionale, then in a very central and served. The breakfast was good and clean. The reduced price.
