Ok’ish 3* hotel for 1 max 2 nights in central Rome. Don’t expect too much. Rooms are clean, however the building is quite old. Staff was very polite and helpfull. We skipped breakfast so no ideea how that is.

I stayed here this week and I have to say that the location of this Hotel is strategic, the symbolic destinations of Rome are easily and quickly within walking distance, for those who do not want to walk in front of the hotel there is the bus stop and taxi. But beyond that which is already a big plus point, the staff are very friendly and helpful at any time, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast fully satisfied me. Last thing and perhaps most important, it is very cheap, considering the location and quality of the property. I mean, what about. I absolutely recommend it!

I just stay at this hotel but I visited and had drinks at the hotel bar. Was a very trendy and Lively crowd with good music and wonderful drinks. The bartender spoke perfect English and told us about the hotel and the area, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here if I'm back in the area.

Perfect location, near the metro station and in the middle of several of the biggest attractions (pantheon, colosseum, trevi fountain, etc). The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage after we checked out so we could keep exploring the city. The breakfast was pretty bad and the room was small, but very clean and nice. Overall, it was a great place for the price.

Very bad experience. Italian receptionist very nice but Indian male receptionist extremely rude. Checking in with my boyfriend we felt like intruders. He seemed annoyed and angry checking us in as if we did something wrong. We went to out room and we were both shocked. This man doesn't have a clue how to be nice to people. Room really really small. We stayed in deluxe room. Was way too expensive for what it was. Claustrophobic room with tiny bathroom too and very dark. I couldn't believe we had to pay extra for using mini bar and we didn't touch anything from the fridge. C'mon people in all the hotels I've ever been too welcome biscuits and tea was always included in price! Especially that the room is very expensive and not worth the price. We had 2 cups of tea cause there was kettle in a room and ate tiny biscuits from the table thinking it's free for sure like anywhere else and on top of our over 500euros room for 2 night we had to pay 12 more for that. Very disappointed with this hotel. It wasn't my first time in Rome. I used to stay in much cheaper hotels in better location and nicer staff (except Italian girl! :)

Came here from America on vacation, breakfast is terrible but kids 14 and under are free, walkable from all kinds of touristy places like the Roman colosseum, fountain of Trevi, etc… building shakes a lot, makes weird noises, and there are holes in the sheets. Overall it is nice but it has its quirks but everything does.

The location is very close to the station. In a few minutes walk you reach the area of the Colosseum!
Rooms in very good condition, spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful to meet the requests of the guests. I will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

Clean, but the breakfast is sometimes scarce, or it's over, they try to mend it, but there's Q treat it with the receptionist. The cool waitresses, they're from Ecuador.

Hotel always super comfortable, perfectly in downtown I go back pretty much every week and I will always stay here again. Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is great there is everything from international to Italian point in front of the hotel there is the taxi station from where you can reach every place. The Roma Termini train station is a 10 minute walk away and just as many minutes arrive in Piazza di Spagna the perfect place.

Location is wonderful. Clean updated rooms. Great rates.

Very close to the station and the most important places of interest. We went in the group and the receptionist, apart from one, were very rude, it was a business trip and the rooms booked were less than those requested, to me that I was leaving before I was asked to pay the tax to stay before despite my colleagues having Bbero occupied the room again for a day. In short, a little kindness would not have spoiled.

The location, price and staff are just amazing (great cost/benefit), the rooms are pretty comfortable and clean (negative point for the noise isolation as you can hear everything on the other rooms). Very recommended for guests on a tight budget!

Good value for money No Street View.

It was a very nice Hotel and the staff were very helpful. We found underwear under the bed, not ours of course. Missing cleaning.

We spent three nights in the Hotel Expo in Rome and what we can say is that the staff was very rude to us, cold breakfast and very cramped breakfast times, not to mention the bathrooms which are clean, but if you find them intact it is Better… Very small elevator Ps: I reiterate the rudeness of staff.

Excellent location, half way to various attractions such as the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi or the Vatican.

The hotel only has an old elevator where you can barely be two people at a time so being a group we had to pack up the stairs with the hotel on the third floor, we did not put clean towels just folded the same towels and the place of D Fast is very small and has no variety.

Hotel clean and very well placed close to the bus station for transfer to and from the airport and the main tourist places to visit.
Good value for money.
The weak point is the breakfast, and its room too small, but at €6 per person it remains correct. Payment of the home tax in cash.

Stayed for 3 nights, excellent location in heart of everything room was on top floor and was really nice and clean, great views from balcony, staff at reception very helpful would recommend this hotel to any travellers staying in Rome.

It is a good location to be in, with nice surrounding restaurants and shops nearby. You can walk to most areas and if not, use the bus or metro, which was easy for us after receiving information. Our room was spacious enough, a nice TV, extra blankets, and a good sized balcony with a view. Breakfast was okay, the croissants, bread, Danish were delish. Not much as far as hot food. Someone to prepare you tea, Cafe, cappuccino. Enjoy your stay!

Very good location. The room has no fridge. Breakfast is the worst you've ever had.

Exceptional. Wonderful location in the center of Rome, confidential quiet cozy. The staff are friendly and attentive to the well being of the guests. The rooms and suites are new and welcoming, they reserve to the guests all the comforts necessary for a stay both short and long lasting.

Room very small and far from looking like the pictures of the site. Room not soundproofing. You can hear the neighbor next to the toilet and more. Household excluded. Bathroom to review and primary comfort. Very far from a comfortable 3 star. Grandiose disappointment.

The hotel is close to everything, on major bus routes and close to the metro line. The rooms are basic, but clean and well maintained and the front desk staff are friendly and available. Elevator is a little slow, but rooms are on second floor so not a climb except with luggage. Would stay again in a moment.

Hotel in a strategic location because close to both the center of Rome and the Metro stop. All The attractions you can safely walk to. The fact that it is surrounded by shops, restaurants and a small supermarket can only be in its favor! The rooms are clean and with modern and elegant furnishings. The staff is very helpful, friendly and ready to give advice on sightseeing! Also, you are activated in providing us with a list of nearby restaurants with the various price ranges so as to be prepared already. I can only recommend this new property to all The tourists who want to spend a few days in the charming Italian capital without spending too much but having all the comfort possible!

It is a spectacular place to vacation in Rome excellent location the attention of the staff spectacular and the comfort and hygiene nothing to object to.

Well located but the room was very noisy because of the flaws in closing the doors and the air exhaust from the bathroom that could not be disconnected. We had to ask several times for solution. At the end we had to change rooms. For the rest of things the attention was good.

Great room though something small and no view. Estupendisímo Service with all the staff incredibly friendly. They had the detail of bringing me for my birthday a bottle of wine with some peanuts and a greeting card. Repeat.

In the centre of Rome 2 minutes from the Quirinale and the central station. The value for money is great. Clean rooms with safe and TV. Nothing to plead. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Three stars because of its location and the friendly staff. The room I stayed needs freshening up (dirty walls — bad condition furniture) and better cleaning service (it's every three nights). Overall, a good experience!

The location of the hotel is very good. We were on the fourth floor although there is a very small lift. The breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choice but very good coffee. The room was very nice and the bathroom huge but we would have liked a cup of tea or coffee when we came back for a break (no tea making facilities in room).

Location and price is great. Breakfast is basic and the check-in was very slow, as the whole hotel seemed to be run by one guy, who was trying to be very helpful. The room is nice, although in a separate building to the reception. There are lifts, but they're very small and only fit four people max without luggage.

Small but cared for in detail…

Very friendly staff, helpful. And attentive. Rooms are a little basic but perfectly suited for a city break. Very well priced and located in the Monti district, close to awesome local restaurants and only a 10-15 minute wall from the town centre.

The place where you can rest after Walking Roma. The personal is amazing and the terace above adorable.

Excellent location. Nice staff. Good price. Decent breakfast buffet. Nice room. Checkout, not so good. If you're in a hurry to catch a train o flight be prepared to wait or check out earlier than planned even if there's one party ahead of you. Only one person to do check-ins and checkouts and you can't pay in advance. Could be improve in this area.

Clean. Comfortable. Everything in room perfect and the A/C is amazing. All the staff is friendly.

All in all good experience but not exciting. Single room with the bare necessities in terms of space and comfort. Clean enough.

Despite the good location, basic services are not available to the traveler.

OK for the rooms but shared spaces are really tight. Good compromise between the location and the price per night.

Hotel location, in fact say his best asset. You can access all the sights on foot easily. Rooms are certainly not at the top, but sufficient if it's just for the night. I have not tried the breakfast.

Central location and friendly staff, rooms are not luxurious and listening through the walls, but while the neighbors are not noisy there is no problem… There are stairs or wait the small elevator.

Hotel very well located in the centre of Rome. The breakfast was excellent. Very clean room. Staff does not speak french but apart from the Lady in the restaurant, it is helpful.

We also stayed on the 6th floor. Was very quiet and really clean. The room was very nice for the price. Had air conditioning, clean sheets, had free Wi-Fi in the room. We felt very safe there. Didn't worry about our belongings. We walked everywhere but bus stop was almost outside the doors at hotel. The young acting manager was very helpful and was respectful. Was never rude and was willing to help. Night manage wasn't as nice. There are no phones in room and the shower had one issue, we never tried the breakfast so can't comment on that but lots of restaurants right outside. Would stay there again.

Great location, comfy bed! aircon worked, Wi-Fi signal was ok, some times lost signal but no more than if I was at home. Clean room. Safe in wardrobe, no noise from out side, did hear next door sneezing this morning and an alarm go off but other than that peaceful place :) great place to stay and good value for money!

See, unbeatable location, it is clean and in good condition. The bad, the receptionists, a little unpleasant. They wanted to charge me for the minibar when it is included in the price. Hotel to go to rest, and little more.

Way. Average room (curtains, holes). Staff does not always good command of English (home! ). Poor breakfast and not available in self-service beverage (coffee, tea).

Great hotel. Den minutes from center. Clean rooms and people are very polite.

Room at the 6th with nice view, air conditioning (it's essential in August), not far from the Coliseum and Trevi Fountain.
On the other hand
-breakfast not terrible at all: no AC in the room, no place refrigerated for charcuterie, cheese and yogurt; bread and dry croissants; dirty tablecloths
-on 4 days: no pressure in the bathroom for 2 days (to the extent that you couldn't wash your hair), and 4th evening cold water.
-sheets and towels clean but stained
-no toilet paper 2nd day
-No phone to call the front desk (on the 3rd floor), no kettle. (while it is written on the reservation)
I do not recommend this place and will not be back.

6th floor nice room, air conditionning, and clean which is a minimum. * Nice view from there * at walk range to the Colosseo / Trevi fountain * Breakfast is very bad — pastries seem to have been cooked a few days before (at least for French people). If you want to have a nice breakfast, go to the ground floor coffee shop. * The table cloths are spotted / unclean * very poor service for breakfast * in 4 days: 2 days with low water pressure (impossible to wash your hair) 1 evening with only cold water * very poor service in general * no telephone / no kettle (even if promised) in the room * toilet paper not always there.

Clean but no d service hotel including a reception which is not in the building and keep not the keys, not helpful at all for you help in your efforts in Italian for a reservation or any other approach

UNSAFE, UNRESPONSIBLE AND DANGEROUS! Main door is never locked, they give away master key to guests, our room was robbed and they did absolutely nothing. Trust me, spend a little more money for a better hotel with more security, its worth it.

This is the worst Hotel ever, if you don't want to be rob, DO NOT stay here. We just recently stay here and our room was ransacked and our laptop and credit card was taken from our room! And worst of all the staff wasn't helpful at all, as they keep on making story up. Well yeah on top of that there wasn't any security system at all, the front desk was always empty, the front door is always open (even pass 10pm), they give MASTER KEY to their guest (so anyone *literary* can open your room without your permission and on top of everything your front door is fairly easy to break in, the police points us out, the robber would probably used a small screw driver to open our room door, and lastly the staff wasn't helpful at all (We asked the lady to call the manager, and she makes up some story) I repeat if you don't want to get rob, do not stay here.

I State at the beginning of November and everything perfect. The enormous room, clean, good temperature, very quiet. I highly recommend it.
