O yourself a favor and don’t stay here. They have bed bugs (room 107) and I have the pictures to prove it. My husband and I prepaid our two night stay. Upon inspection of the room — 3 BED BUGS in the crease of the mattress, red rusty stains all over the mattress and 1 on the pillow. Disgusting. We go downstairs let the front desk man know, he repeatedly throws his hands up in the air and says “ why did you lift up the sheets? ”. Almost as if, he is aware of the infestation at hand. He said they change the sheets daily… well. That doesn’t get rid of bed bugs. We were offered another room— NO THANKS. We requested our money back and he said there was “absolutely nothing he could do. ” Such fine customer service they have. I told them I would write a review so any customer service reply will not be acknowledged, as they had their chance at the very least refund us our money for the 20 minutes we were in the room. Not sure how this place has such high ratings to begin with.

The moment we checked in, it had a nice homey feeling.
It's clean, compact and has everything you need, for a reasonable price.

Do not pay extra for breakfast as there is very basic food available (no toaster) nothing warm, cold hard boiled eggs that are green in the centre. Room walls are very thin and you can hear the maids from 6 am. Bathroom was very small, no room to turn around. However the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Be aware that you will be charged city tax of 4 euros per person per night.

They tried to scam me by giving me a completely inferior room. The receptionist wasn't at all surprised when I came back saying the room was completely different to the photographs. Body language indicated this is their standard practice. Regardless, the photos look much better than the actual rooms.

Very Nice rooms, spacious clean and complete. The breakfast was very good and the room was clean. Highly Recommended.

Pretty cheap hotel. My room smelled like mold, the shower door had the handle broken, the toilet shaft was moving, the hairdryer turned off after a few minutes, the croissants at breakfast were stale.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are ok, breakfast good. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Location is good, near Termini Station. Staff was very friendly. Room is excellent, way better than expected. It was located on the annex building, which is around the corner of the hotel as uses a different entrance. The bathroom shower has no curtains. The air conditioner was not working on arrival, but it got fixed on the next day without my request. Wi-Fi is free, but only on works on certain places, even within the room. Would come back to this hotel, no doubt.

Great location to stay in, just away from any noise but close enough to get to everything. Breakfast was fairly basic but still decent. The staff were really helpful and friendly, we needed some help with sorting out our messed up transfer buses and my case not making it out of the airport! The reception team made phone calls on our behalf and printed documents for us etc, which helped us to enjoy our trip without too much hassle. Would definitely recommend it for couples and singles just needing somewhere to stay for a fantastic sight seeing holiday!

Microscopic room, with noisy conditioner. In the morning the cleaning ladies tried to get into the room before I came out, and the light went away. Given the noise I got up earlier, and while I was in the bathroom (in the dark) The housekeeping ladies again tried to get in.
On the other hand the breakfast was good and buffet, the hotel is very close to the station and the price reasonable.

Pleasantly surprised as some comments made me afraid… but the reception is nice. Speak French well! the room in the separate building is very spacious and the Windows well soundproof. The breakfast is more than adequate. There is a choice and the bread is good! importrant for French! a plan of Rome is given on arrival. Just a little Bemol on the bedding. It's an unfolded couch. Not very comfortable but we will accomode. The location of the hotel is great as it is close to Termini… Metro bus train. Restaurants not very far.

The place is comfortable. The hotel itself, the interior is old. But clean. Breakfast is a pure snack.

Very good location. The room was very clean, comfortable and safe. The only detail is that the residence is just around the corner from the hotel and the entrance is not very nice… and also the breakfast is served in the hotel.

This was a great stay for me. Bargain basement deal. I did not pay a lot, but this place has a great staff and is located near all major transport. You stay here to sleep, recharge, & crash as you visit. There's no fancy spa, or amenities, but the staff makes sure you get a clean room, quiet nights of sleep, and are safe. The front desk is always manned.

Good hotel in an excellent location. The reservation was for a single person. So, the room was located in a building, with elevator, very close to the hotel. The bed was a little bit small… but it was ok. The.

It is a very nice and comfortable hotel located near the Roma Termini train station. The room was quite big and perfectly cleaned. The breakfast was quite good. A good place to stay in if you arrive in Roma by train.

A Lussusissimo place with many services and a very kind staff.

What's going for this hotel is the proximity to the train station. Apart from that, it's pure garbage. We reached here at 8PM. And to our surprise hotel rooms were tiny and the beds were from a century ago. And then they asked us to go to a building outside the hotels since they have some rooms there also. This building is a youth hostel sort of setup with noisy teenagers thronging the place. To top it all, the antique lift broke down and he expected me to climb to the 3rd floor with loads of luggage. Then the guy from the main hotel comes and starts banging on the lift doors and then the electric fuses and eventually calls the lift service who said they'll need 30mins to reach. I checked the rooms here and they are equally crappy. All in all, I walked around to find a better hotel and went there with all our luggage in the middle of the night. Stay clear of this place completely unless all the other rooms in Rome are booked.

Use now for many years, the Piemonte hotel for the stay of my clients, in this case TV crew, the first thing you notice upon entering the hotel and' the sense of heat, seems to be back in their own home, where the staff welcomes you with availability and extreme professionalism, being always attentive to the needs of the hosted. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the breakfast offers a wide choice from continental to the american ps in the margin I wanted to emphasize that it is one of the few hotels in which the espresso coffee is worthy of the name. In the last safety, as the TV crews, we have supplied equipment to the value of several tens of thousands of euros, and we have never had a problem. Good guys, keep it up, next time.

This hotel was nothing at all as described: — I paid extra to be lodged in their main building and not their annex building across the street. They still gave me a room in the annex building anyway. — This annex building smelled like piss and vomit throughout. It had no lobby and felt more like an old, run down apartment building. As soon as I walked in that building, I saw someone sitting down smoking and drinking beer on the stairs… — The room itself looked even more ran down and smelled very humid, stuffy and airless. — The A/C was barely working. The room was hot. — The phone in the room was not working. I couldn't even call the reception to complain or request another room. — The room was filled with very cheap furniture that they couldn't even keep clean. The bed, bed stands, and the room walls were all stained (see pictures). — The Wi-Fi in that building didn't work at all. I had to walk back to the main building in the middle of the night in order to check in for my next-day flight online. — The mattress was very hard. I had the worst sleep I'd ever had in a hotel. — Their "free" breakfast looked totally inedible (see pictures). You could tell they used the cheapest kind of food they could possibly find out there. Given that this was advertised as a 3-star hotel for which I paid quite a lot altogether (including city taxes), I feel cheated.

We stayed at Hotel Piemonte for three nights. The staff was very friendly and our room was perfect for the two of us to shower and sleep. The free breakfast and Wi-Fi were a plus! We would stay here again when visiting Rome.

The hotel is so clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Everything is around. Bus station, train station, restaurants and city tour buses. Amazing.

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, fantastic location and excellent breakfast. As with most of these small hotels the bathrooms are small and the showers tiny but that's what's expected. Wi-Fi worked very well.

Close to Termini station, clean room and friendly staff. The room was at first and suffered a bit of non-soundproofing from both the street and the nearby rooms. The furnishings show the signs of the weather. Good breakfast.

This hotel is located very conveniently to Roma Termini station. We didn't expect much for the price, but the room turned out to be very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, too. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is lovely and so close to Termini Station in Rome, it's no more than a five minute walk to it. The area is lively! The breakfast they offer is also nice, and the staff is very friendly! Word to the wise, don't forget about the city tax, it's cash only! And one more thing, there is a great pizza place two blocks away on the same side of it — The guy who works there is great!

Location is a little rough around the edges but it's closeness to the main train station (as well as a fantastic pizzeria) more than make up for it. The rooms are spacious and feature most amenities you'd expect (fridge, AC, TV, no iron though). The included breakfast could be a little better. It's really just bread and coffee. But solid experience thus far.

Claims to be 3star hotel and it is. Had the smallest room ever, but it served its purpose as somewhere to sleep. Clean, close to Termini station, so easy to get everywhere. Aircon, Wifi, shower all working satisfactorily. Bed just the right side of firm for me. Would recommend.

Small but nice rooms with bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is good and plenty. The central location near Roma Termini Station is very useful.

We lived in the annexe across the rd from the hotel and I must admit it was spotless, would definitely go back again.

Rooms are ok at the price, there is Wi-Fi and Termini station is really close, which is convenient. Beds are ok (a little too soft maybe? ) Breakfast is not really great, there was no fruit and you might prefer to buy a café after breakfast in the city :).

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, First time in Rome, its about 5-7min Walk to Termini (Rome's main train station), If it was not for a bad oder in the room, It could have been very nice stay. I did complain the moment I checked-in but little done by management. I liked its location (being so close to Termini and bus stations), Room was clean. I did not ask about Wireless internet connection, and used the exceptionally slow PC That they have near lobby (open to use till 9pm) Do ask about the wireless connection, they do have free access. (its written somewhere on a paper on the wall, read that for more info).
