It is not perfect but it is a hotel that can be highly evaluated. It was good to stay!

Super location in the middle of Rome, breakfast rich and ok. Beds cozy. Bath could be cleaner.

Not the greatest place for visiting besides location. Not clean, old and not very good.

Hotel d'este is a hotel that doesn't miss anything! It's perfect! I had a great time.

Very good place for sleeping because it's very quiet and the bed it's confrotable. The decoration it's very basic and the room Itself is small and in general it could use some manuantation such as better room cleaning and changing bath door. The breakfast the hotel offers it's very simple but satisfaying.

Great place to sleep, not noisy, comfortable bed, very basic design with doors to repair (eg. Bathroom) and objects to be checked (TV remote did not work). Discreet cleaning. Breakfast buffet discreet.

Great hotel, good food, clean and comfortable rooms and they run away every day. There is a safe and an elevator.

Very good location You have to walk even with. Suitcases from Termini station. Good breakfast. Good bedding.

Basic, Horrible Wi-Fi, on arrival I was told that the room was not ready, I went out for a walk and when I came back (5 hours later) I was told they would send me to another hotel because they had had problems with a floor. The tax was the most expensive of all the cities I visited.

The staff I have to say very helpful but the property is really rundown my single room was not that a tomb a meter and 20 for 2 meters and something I say no more because I do not like to rage.

The Room is very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, it has a slightly funny smell, but you get used to it very quickly (therefore a star deduction). Otherwise everything is very perfect and inexpensive.

Great and renovated rooms recently. Staff always friendly and polite. Good breakfast.

It's a hotel to do night and nothing else. The deal at the front desk was correct. Breakfast was disappointed. The rooms small and old but the ideal location. I wouldn't rule back.

Bad pension because I am intolerant to dairy products and I was given the first day in mozzarella and tomato sandwich and the second a sandwich of just tomatoes and salad. The rooms are nice but the pension just to forget.

The room was gorgeous the beds were comfy and I didn't have any problems whatsoever.

Small Hotel simple but well placed and cheap.

Great location near many restaurants and 4 min walk to termini. Clean hotel, great resepion persons and always ready to help you even me asking for a 2 extra pillows in the middle of the night the leave resepion alone a bring me 2. Good breakfast inc cakes and fresh fruit. Recommended at all. Shaun.

Very nice, very clean, great choice of breakfast buffet, great view of the church of Maria Maggiore, very centrally located, only 100 meters from the metro station Vittorio Emanuelle, good shopping.

The price is attractive but the services lacking: cramped rooms for a three-star, discharges that emanate unpleasant odors, nets and mattresses not comfortable, only lukewarm water, shower impossible with black curtains… not hygienic.

Very good price calculating that practically you are staying next to a beautiful basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, with Metro stop Vittorio Emanuele at one step, all very convenient for a family with children. Very nice staff, always at your disposal, an adequate full breakfast an experience that we will certainly repeat.

The location is good you will walk to the main monuments next to Términis you get the airport transfers the area at night is not the best there is a lot of begging the hotel room extends but the maintenance of that wish are facilities Old.

Rooms are nice and we'll cleaned, but quite small.

Lovely bed and breakfast in an excellent position for trains and buses and all tourist attractions. Self service breakfast very good.

Service was nice nd helpful. Location very good. Room was poor. Only little water from shower.

Nice friendly staff. Rooms are tidied and cleaned each day. We enjoy walking so it was a great place to be and we got to cover a lot of ground in all directions and you discover some lovely less seen places that are not on the tourist maps. The area is safe and with a family with two young children we never felt in any danger.

Central, cheap and clean hotel.

It's a budget hotel with friendly personnel. The hotel itself is bit out of date. We had a small lamp beside our bed in our room that did not work. The Bathroom has a fixed shower that is not made for tall people. The beds are comfortable and there isn't much noise at night.

Close to all the places of Intrresse.

A great Location. No Bar as advertised. Rooms need alot of TLC. And more to the point the automatic Fire Doors Wedged Open At All Times. Having said that a great location and friendly ront of house staff.

Excellent location — walking distance from Termini yet centrally located to tourist area. Rooms very small but clean and modern. Excellent beds — average bathroom.

The hotel is nice, reception area and public areas are clean. The room was awful with a bad smell, toilet seat broken bathroom tap broken lack of paper not to mention the horrible breakfast like dried bread for more than once lack of preparation. Hotel receptionist where very helpful. The good thing is hotel is situated in a central area.

In high season with other hotels in overbooking receptionist (which I didn't know) still manages to let me stay finding a room. Towels were missing and no TV was working. Therefore guessing was normally used by the night receptionist to ' ' lengthen ' ' or simply out of service. In any case they deserve 5 stars for the courtesy. Receptionist of other hotels located on the same street, usually available to ' ' surrender ' ' to other structures in cases of overbooking, have not even bothered to contact colleagues to check other opportunities. Therefore thank you personal Hotel d'este.

In the heart of Rome great prices!

Good for those who don't care much about having the relaxation offering an affordable hotel.

I cannot argue with the location nor the price but hotel could still do with many improvements like a proper mattress, proper plumbing in the toilet, facial tissues etc With the amount of competition in the area, it could certainly do better.

I'll be back soon in Rome and I always come back to this hotel. It has the perfect location, close to the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore Church very well connected by metro and bus them all. The hotel is being renovated so everything is new and beautiful. And all clean and breakfast is served each morning with all good things. And perfect for any holiday and the staff are very friendly and courteous. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and will stay here again for sure. I also recommend because the price is yummy is right.

It's a great cheap Hotel to stay in. It was clean and had breakfast daily. Close to every where and if you rent a moped you have front row parking! You don't visit Rome to stay in the Hotel anyway.

Hotel itself is ok to sleep, but definitely not great, breakfast is terrible and personnel was very impersonal. Been sitting in the lobby to wait for the taxi, but personnel did not even try to talk to any of us.

Its cheap and in a good loction you want just some were to sleep while sightseeing just the job.

The hotel is all about value. Surely recommend it…

The hotel in verey nice location, 15 min. To clssseo, 5min. To stazion termin. The sataff is friendly, the room is clean. We recommend it.
