Nice hotel but with some problems like no AC in some rooms, but good staff and nice location!

Overall this hotel has a great facility and services, but when I stayed there the air conditioning is under maintanance.

Good location and Q being near Termini allows you to access all the important points of the city. Good service. Very friendly staff. Clean well. Maybe a little cramped the rooms and the bathrooms.

Air con was close on purpose by reception at 12 midnight numerous times every night! Leaking bath tub! Horrendous breakfast! Exceptional location across Rome train station.

This small hotel is definitely one of the best hotels near the Termini station in Rome. I have been there many times and I have always found it very good for the convenience of the location, for the genilezza of the staff and for the great value for money.

Nice! Across the street from the Termini station! Walking distance!

My friend and I stayed in this hotel the end of May 2014. The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. We had 2 twin size beds, with a desk. Bathroom was efficient, clean and the shower was large enough to actually use. Which is not the case in some hotels in Italy. A short walk to the train station. The front desk staff were very nice, and also quite helpful regarding directions and information about trains out of Rome to Florence. Wifi was reliable. This is an economical hotel and I would stay there again.

Small and crammed room. But close to the terminal and convenient.
