Great air conditioning and complimentary breakfast along with other amenities. If you didn't know strong air conditioning if any is very hard to find in some parts of Europe or in Italy durring summer time. (Yes I know! im from the states and used to luxuries others don't have). Like other hotels in Italy they require city tax to be paid at the end. Don't make my mistake of paying it in advance for it will not show in their system and like me you will end up paying twice for no reason.

The rooms are amazing, they are big and have a lot of amenities included, the installations are good looking (gym and breakfast area), the breakfast could be better.

A stay of 10! I recommend it, quiet place and very nice everything. A very good attention from all the workers I recommend.

Frigobar broken, I lost a tomino, cream cheese and turkey breast there. The bathroom became completely wet before the shower. The worst hotel that I stay in Italy, unfortunately.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days, personally I found it very well. A bit far from the center of Rome but in quiet area, however the property offers a shuttle service. At the disposal of the customers also small gym. We did not use the breakfast so I can't express a judgement. Comfortable rooms with a large balcony. Clean enough but you can always improve.

Noisy and low quality food.

Good ambiance. Very big rooms with balcony. Food is ok. Service not so polite. WI FI free but speed is pathetically low. Tested speed downloading @ 0.2 mbps/ uploading @ 0.9 mbps.

Very nice hotel despite its distance to city centre, very good price and amenities. The room was good the shower was refreshing and warm. The breakfast is really good, not amazing but more than enough to start the day in a good mood. The hotel was a van service to city centre 5 Euros por person each was. But there are public transportation that can lead you to the main places. You have to take a bus and a tube. Be aware to buy your tickets BEFORE you get inside the bus. There is a tobacco shop and a newspaper stand which sells the tickets. But I went there during the holidays (new years) and the tobacco shop was close and the old lady in the newspaper stand didn't have any more tickets. So be prepared to face some difficulties… I recommend to go by Van the first time and buy some tickets there, the price is 1.50 Euros each (tickets are valid for 90 minutes from the first time you use them) you can take a lot of busses and 1 time the tube during the valid time If I'm not wrong. Better check with the staff in the tube or read the tickets instructions.

The hotel is designed for study trips and mass excursions. Despite its good exterior appearance, the maintenance of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, with spoiled or too old things for a hotel that is supposed to be four stars. Also, when you protest something everything is smiles and now we go but you have to insist many times to listen to you and fix something as basic as a heating that does not work.
We went with half board and although the breakfast turned out excellent, the dinner left a lot to be desired. It was supposed to be buffet dinner but there were only three or four dishes to choose from and not too good.
Instead, the restaurant to eat a la carte downstairs was excellent (both food and attention) and cocktails from the cafeteria were great.

Nothing to say about the rooms.
On the other hand the food and some of the staff leaves much to be desired. …

A disaster! I don't recommend it! Dinner is just meatballs. They say you can consume everything in the room and as I served a glass of wine "The living room" immediately brought me a bill of 5 euros, when I told them I did not want it because they said everything was included in the tour I could not do anything. On the other hand the treatment of the staff of the 7th floor is lousy, as much of who receives as of the waiters. However, things have disappeared from the room and no one took responsibility. I don't recommend it.

As a travel group 84 people with Trendttours. Room key not there. Mattress schooner was contaminated with blood. After two calls someone came to the thought that this would not be much and the mattress schooner just pulled out of bed. Tile joints in the bathroom were moldy. Lighting in the room was not sufficient. Room was small. Balcony without seating. In the lounge bar with little operation, you have been watching for more than 20 minutes on his drink. Picked it up at the bar and brought it to the table. What a pity.

Excellent service, comfortable room for two people. Bathrooms with bath, clothesline and a device to ask for help if you have any health inxonveniente next to the bath. The bathrooms have a phone.

Good hotel. But very far from the centre of Rome. We're almost 1 hour from bus. Good service. Good food. It's nothing extraordinary. I could be in a closer place. For the benefit of the tourist.

Dinner is different for the INSERSO than for regular guests. Because they are grandparents, they are abused. Very little variety, only macaroni, potatoes and meatballs and very low quality. The same for the breakfasts, very scarce, no fruit! Just grapefruit! The rooms very dark and old.

Buffet no just 1 plate appetizer of salad and corn.

Good friendly staff, clean decent buffet,, but if you are coming from other parts of the world who wants king bed only, it is a problem, This hotel does not have a real king bed, they put two double bed together call it king bed, it is bad unethical business practice, typically you don't find these issues in 4 star properties. Therefore I am only giving two stars. Also 4 star properties in US and UK will have iron and ironing board, coffee maker, You can not find these in this hotel. In addition another major draw back is that those who are frequent travellers book Junior suite or premium room to get better comfort, This hotel is the opposite, Junior suite have only stand-up shower where as standard room has bath tub with shower. Junior suite is just more space with a single sofa no table. Overall I am very much disappointed with overall design of Junior suite rooms.

The bathroom never worked properly and although I reported it did not repair it.

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

I stayed in January 2017. Beautiful everything. It is certainly far from the centre of Rome but there is a service at the hotel that takes you to Piazza Venezia and you pass to look back. Excellent place.

I was with my wife for 3 nights tour, really comfortable, very quiet and surrounded by gardens. Very good breakfast. If it's too far from the city. We had a good stay at this hotel.

The hotel is fine. But if you go sightseeing is where Christ lost his hat. They have a bargain (for them) of shuttle cars to the center of Rome.
Better the combination of metro and bus.
The worst the breakfasts do not even happen to go late as from 08:30 in the morning there will be miracle coffee, collect everything and above you look bad the waiters.
Oh! Avoid being put on the first floors you may be invited to a wedding or any event you have.

Hotel very far from the center of Rome. With the means you can reach the terminus of a Metro + bus. If you have little time to visit the city it is not an optimal choice. That being said, the Hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are nice, new, cared for in detail, spotlessly clean. The staff is very friendly. There is also the gym. Although decentralized, the neighborhood in which it is located is beautiful and very green and also very quiet and quiet.

Very comfortable but very far from the centre of Rome. They have a shuttle that takes you back for €5, but it is very small and gets crowded very fast, plus it only works at specific times.

Imposing hotel located in via Riccardo Forster easily reachable and a few kilometers from the ring road. Wide Hall very cozy and well furnished the hotel is located in a residential area immersed in the green belt of Rome. Excellent and professional reception service. Rooms of varying sizes for every eventuality very cured and bright being the hotel exposed very well. Varied clientele with a large turnout of tourists. Prices suitable for the service offered.

Great resort, good food, nice staff.

Could be a quite good hotel: but in a 4 stars location you expect much more! The walls are paper-thin & all the things look like they had been used and reused for a very long time. Ok the gym, room cleaning and breakfast.

My stay here was pleasant! Very comfortable, clean and great service service all around. The area is very quiet and clean, definitely felt safe at night taking a walk outside hotel. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

The hotel is located on a… the world. No reasonable connection to the Metro. The rooms are poorly maintained. The food (half board) is an absolute imposition. The front desk staff extremely rude. The shuttle service to the city can not be booked.

I was here with a tour group, a trip supposedly priced down, but then there were a lot of small criticisms. Room size OK, but only a mini wardrobe. For several days with 2 people too small. A kind of closet in which a Küchenpantry is located. The balcony door was not open, grasped. At the reception, at the second complaint, it was said that was a burglary protection measure (1st floor). Other rooms on the same floor did not have it though. The bathroom is large enough, but the faucets and joints looked very unkempt and not very inviting. The food is simple, breakfast is the same every day, but adequate. The hotel is located about 10 km from the Centrum, but has bus connection to the metro and you can use it with a day ticket. The location is in a quiet residential area, near a supermarket, as well as tobacco shop where there are also tickets for public transport. For a city break the hotel is well suited after improving the small deficits.

Highly recommend! Quick check in even during the late hours! Amazing rooms! Great room service! Friendly staff! Nice view! Very peaceful and quiet! 20 minutes walk from the underground station (where it will take you to the Colosseum) or you could always catch the bus and be there in 5! Suitable for couples and families! Hotel is 10km away from the city center, not much other shops or eatery around the place, mainly apartments.

Clean and spacious room, suite-like room with sitting area, eating area… nice and quiet. Superlative staff and did I say the breakfast just rocked! My home in Rome!

This far from Rome and expensive.

Stayed here one night in October 2008. Was part of a cruise package. Room was ok, yes the shower had no curtain just a narrow piece of glass at the end of the tub. Restaurant was way overpriced for the food served for dinner. We ended up getting breakfast for free the next day, but remember it's an Italian breakfast not an American one.

The best hotel ever! And Catherine is the version of the goddess Cali dall'accoglienza humanly jovial and without pretense at wonderful rooms and with the most romantic view that Rome can offer. Time seems to stop! Come back come back come back. I wrote back.

Stayed here as part a guided tour. Room was nice, but shower was missing a shower curtain. Wait staff in restaurant was not the best. Overall I would stay here again, because the room was give. The hotel needs to upgrade to flat-screen TVs.

Very good hotel, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms. Quiet. Relatively easy to reach (bus terminal after subway terminus) shuttles from the hotel to the metro station; Too bad it is close to 3/4 hour transit from the center of Rome.

Clean and quiet hotel.
Far too far from the centre; Minimum 20 minutes of public transport.
There is a shuttle between the hotel and the Laurentina Metro station (3 km) but watch out for the night out as the last shuttle bus to 22h 30!
You can always reach the hotel with the bus but it is the route of the combatant to find the bus that leaves the metro station…

I recently traveled to Rome for business and my secretary booked this hotel based upon its proximity to the office. I really wish I had done some background before going, the staff was friendly and helpful but rooms were awful. The showers had no curtains so the floor was soaking wet all the time, when I first laid on the bed it was so hard I thought I was laying on the box spring, no turns out that it was the mattress, the mattress was so hard I actually ended up sleeping on the couch. The downside of not staying downtown is all stores shut down at 7:30 — 8:00. I came back late from meetings to find no places to get food, so I ended up having to eat at the hotel restaurant. Well the flyer in the room said that it was on the 7th floor, well guess what the moved it butt didn't feel the need to change any of the room flyers or signs on the elevator, it was in the lobby. Upon arriving in the lobby I asked the nearest waiter if I should seat myself he said sit where you would like, so I did. It was buffet style pasta and a few deserts (not much selection). After being seated for a few minutes, the "restaurant manager" was very upset with me and told me I couldn't sit there because the table was for 8 people and I was alone, I asked him where else I should sit since there where no other tables and he just walked away. He returned a few minutes later and repeated himself and I asked him where I should go, he left again and very rudely pre-paired another table for me at the bar.
