Great service nice and welcoming rooms.

We loved our stay, we had the jacuzzi, sauna suite. Everything very clean and spacious. Breakfast had good variety of food and fruits, they even had a person prepare me early capuchino. We enjoyed our stay very good location close to laundromat, stores etc. We where able to get to St. Pietro fast with the close proximity to transportation. Staff was nice and helpful.

Very clean and Friendly staff. The breakfast is good. The location is very good, train direct to/from airport. Trains, trams and buses take you directly to the heart of Rome in 20 minutes. The beds are a bit small but not too bad.

Hotel that has what I understood has changed management, the service I would call impeccable because the staff is very courteous, helpful, ready to meet the demands and always with a smile on his face. Good and full breakfast, the rooms are spacious and clean, the only flaw if so you can define it is on some of the sanitary that are a bit old (at least in my room) but clean and working. In any case at the time of my stay during the day there was some worker working outside, so I suppose it is a hotel destined to improve. Recommended!

Lovely, quiet and relaxing location, and you can see Rome from above. Kind staff, pretty and fine rooms, top cleanliness and well-organized common areas, hearty breakfast and great. Conclusion is definitely a super 3. We as a couple had a great time, like a second honeymoon.

I stayed many hotels around the world. But this one is more than meets the eye… silent… big and clean rooms… good breakfast and great people… defonately I will stay here again… thanks Mirko.

Clean, quiet, beautiful. Possibility to park. Very close to hiking trails. Now this is my number 1 in Rome.

Staff very helpful place very nice small bathtub, poor breakfast small bed and pillows overdue away from the tourist area does not walk the air conditioner.

Ridiculous no-money-return policy, which leaves us no option then to cancel our booking without getting our money back, even though we had to cancel because our flights got cancelled. You will never see us here again, I do NOT recommend this hotel with this kind of policies!

Hotel in the center of Rome, we stayed at this boutique hotel in Besteve in April 2018 just renovated clean rooms great reception and good breakfast and complete international we will be back soon.

Uncomfortable walking to and from Hotel, rooms too small though clean, no elevator.
Booked through booking and forced to move the date for health reasons, at first I was confirmed by mail at the same price, two days after another mail with which I was notified a considerable price increase.
Forced to accept not to lose everything!
Definitely not going back.

The staff is really nice. The hotel location is not close to the turistic places, bit It is really really close to train, tram and bus stations, which make It really easy to go anywhere.

Very friendly and helpful Staff, breakfast and varied with hot croissants and fresh squeezed juices. The property is in a well connected area and is close to the Trastevere train station, there are 2 terraces and a very nice and quiet garden. The area is quiet and peaceful. Recommended!

I had an offer at €218 on Expedia for subscribers only. Call. They tell me that they close the room and send me offer of top €90! This thing will certainly not make me come back! But the Hotel is nice, but you reach it with a mountain of stairs! What a struggle!

Wonderful hotel. Head here Italian uncle and his assistant, all clean, cook Breakfast and a lot of tips how to pass and where to find. Very friendly and nice) hotel in half an hour's walk to the centre, can be reached by 8m bus for 7-10 minutes. Rooms are small but all have a wardrobe, Desk, large bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, toilet with shower and even a small TV:) my husband is very happy with the stay here Evgenia and Nikita PS Wi Fi here, three different catch throughout the hotel — the password is the same.
