Beautiful place, not located near the city centre. However, connectivity is not a problem. The staff is cordiAl and extremely helpful. Breakfast provided is decent too. The pretty little place lightens up in the evening and the place is abuzz with music. If you can, book your stay here for an amazing experience.

I went to pick up my sister, guest for two days in this pseudo hotel, I'm very angry, on the site there are fake photos.
The room is really dilapidated, very low level of both furnishings and fixtures,
Let's not talk about the bathroom! … it was from the 80s that I did not see the plastic curtain in the shower and also black moldy on the bottom
I felt sorry for my sister,
It looks like a room by the hour…
50 euros a night doesn't justify that pious state.

A place of rebound. A little out door but quiet. Friendly staff at the reception. For skinny buffet breakfast and rude staff at the bar. Appropriate price.

Clean Hotel. Surrounded by greenery and pleasant paths for walking. Restaurant: Cafeteria food, but acceptable and cheap. Small and basic Rooms. Very small Bathroom. I Would say that everything is proportionate to the cost.

Characterful and unusual. A great base for Rome and further afield.

Although the room was recently renovated the location on the ground floor of the room was particularly noisy both for what was happening outside and inside. Only place where the cappuccino had to be paid at the counter. Mah! It was a very good place to be in the hotel.

Good Hotel, ideal for those who are passing, maybe for work.
The room I was assigned had the independent entrance directly from the garden; It is basically a bungalow, small but clean, with all the essential, free Wi-Fi included.
It was very close to the hotel area.
Good breakfast with a rich buffet. Good value for money.

The breakfast in the last few months is really insufficient… The changes made are definitely negative… they should review everything… for the rest good vote… Paul is very kind… clean rooms… vote 8/10

Quiet clean and in business area (EUR)

This hotel is in a good location to visit it. The aesthetic aspect is very Mediterranean. The rooms are clean well. Nice staff and a great breakfast and plenty of choice (breakfast is included in the price). With parking spaces inside the hotel. It is very good value for money.

It is a hotel located in the green, with ample parking, clean and manicured bedrooms, cozy restaurant, very helpful staff, hearty breakfast with wide choice. A tip for managers.

Great hotel, one of the few in the area, very convenient to the proximity to the center, with convenient parking. With breakfast service, with possibility of half board or whole for the adjoining restaurant. Tried it in person, good value for money.

The old vegetable Garden of Rome is undergoing a transformation with the new management, to the old structure with entrance historic garden style with rustic restaurant and Spartan accommodations, is flanking an essential and modern hotel and a restaurant and bar functional. Attentive and prepared staff, the Director is always there to direct the operations. I especially appreciated the Roman cuisine. You can easily reach the GRA from the exits 23 and 24.

Ok English, vague on some things. Clean room but definitely a tad outdated. Far out of the city and airport.

The place is well maintained. The staff is always nice and helpful. The single rooms are small, but nothing is missing. The Wi-Fi is free and takes anywhere. The breakfast in the morning is plentiful and there is a wide choice.
I recommend it if you have college pledges around here.

This is such a great hotel. Lovely decor, atmosphere and really helpful staff. Happily answered all our questions. The daily buffet breakfast was tasty and really set us up for day. My husband and I will definitely stay there again.

It's an hotel with all services. Rooms are normal, beds are small (uncomfortable for sleeping in couple and a little short for tall people), refrigerator is not included on the room but the Wi-Fi is really fast.

Hotels in norma. But beware, to me at night, beneath the hotel, they emptied my truck for work tools, drills, avvitatorei, etc.

Warmth and familiarity, nice and cosy place. Some room is smallish but most are comfortable and cared for.
The restaurant next door (of other property and management) is not advisable but there aren't many alternatives.

Tonight at the entrance some people were doing heavy comments on girls who arrived one of them worked there an environment not very quiet and there wasn't even good cuisine. One of these people and angry about these comments that were on his daughter.

Lot of mosquitos! not very close to the tourist attractions. Toilets are very small and takes ages for water to drain down (thats how it was in the room we stayed). Staffs work there like "i dont care". Very poor internet connection unless ur room is next to the router. Better off with a hotel in the city rather than this.

I stayed at this hotel on business. Interesting structure, surrounded by greenery. Both rooms I stay are very broad, but unfortunately quite noisy especially because of refrigerator that did not allow me to sleep peacefully at night.
Staff was very friendly, breakfast only.
