We spent two days in this very comfortable B&B and we were thrilled. The room was spacious, romantic, furnished with taste and cleaning is tremendous. The breakfast and the welcome of the owners are unforgettable. A hug to the lady in Catia and see you soon. Gino and Eliana.

Friendly owners, they made us spend two days full of relax and company, Catia, and Simon, available for every request. We were pampered to the last. The lovely room where we stayed was clean and comfortable, equipped with a lovely Jacuzzi, the icing on the cake. The breakfast is also of considerable importance; each cake is completely handmade, everything has a delicious flavor, not to mention the biscuits with various flavours, truly delicious. Would recommend to anyone going in those places!

Tutto perfetto. Stanza molto comoda e rifinita. Colazione ottima e abbondante con tanti dolci fatti in casa. I padroni molto gentili e accoglienti. Pratico anche per andare sulle vette del Terminillo da cui dista una ventina di minuti. Consigliatissimo.

Excellent structure a few steps from the Terminillo and the center of Rieti. Great breakfast with homemade sweets from the nice owner Catia. The Sunflower room was clean spacious and very warm. Definitely.

We stayed for 2 nights and we were 3 families with children, big rooms, warm, clean, big TV, air conditioning and for children the double sofa bed. You notice that they do everything with passion.
The breakfast is strictly homemade and for all tastes, Catia very good and very kind.
For dinner we were pointed to the Bevilacqua restaurant and also enjoyed them.

Quiet place, ideal to relax and visit the city because it is in an optimal location.
The rooms are super clean, cozy, with private bathroom (hairdryer and towels fragrant) and independent entrance.
Tastefully furnished, flat screen TV, WI-Fi connection, fridge and kettle x water (with various herbal teas offered by the owners. )
The owners are very kind and attentive to every need.
The super Abundant breakfast includes both sweet (from croissants, donut, tarts, muffins. Etc. ) What salty (savory cakes, salted croissants, pizza bread) all fresh and homemade. Assortment of beverages from coffee to cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, fruit juices, herbal teas. A real cuddle!

I wanted to thank the owners of this property first. They are very kind, polite, and very helpful people, about all the needs we have had. The room where we were that say a charm. We were greeted with a welcome drink I dare say one of the best I have ever seen. All this because you see the love and passion that puts the owner the great Lady Catia. Make some unique sweets. Very good that they remember the wonderful grandmothers of once. The exquisite savory. The place found it very well equipped. I love walking. But at the same time also the comforts do not dislike. I relaxed a lot. And recommended it to many of my friends, with children. Given the simplicity and genuineness of people like them they do not absolutely feel uncomfortable customers. Very good Catia. A real gem in our vicinity.

Clean and huge room about 30 sqm with bathroom provided everything, very nice staff and great breakfast with parking inside. Recommended.

Comfortable, well furnished, very friendly staff and excellent value for money. Indoor parking and small kitchens in the rooms available.

Excellent decor, warm and welcoming, clean and delicious finished. Very close to a main road, the historic centre of Rieti, and at the same time very close to the Terminillo. The gentiles and the young owners. Breakfast with excellent cakes! To return for sure. Thanks!

I have been in this B&B given the excellent reviews and have not been disproved! From the hospitality to the location. Everything is very beautiful, clean, surrounded by greenery and a lot of relaxation! Is a boss of B&B!
