➜ Availability and courtesy the girls of the reception, we stayed on the occasion of Ludika 1242… 2min from the centre, 10min in the car from the papi spa. Rooms are essential and comfortable, and even if it is located at an intersection it is soundproofed.
Very rich breakfast. We'll be back.
➜ Personally I went there for an event of my company so I can not tell you the rooms as they are, however the reception is very polite and attentive to all customers who enter, and give information where they are very detailed requests. As for the event room, it is a very normal room equipped with projector and screen not very large, but as they say, better than nothing. The structure seen from the outside is also caruccia with those driveways surrounded by gardens.

A year ago, I had given it 5 stars. This is the first time that I find myself having to revise in a manner so drastic a my review. After the wonderful room on the first floor she had a year ago, we decided to go back to this hotel and to ask, specifically, in the same room. Stating that we again brought with us our little dog. Reassured by those who had taken our booking, we went in the hotel. Here come the surprises. Initially the room booked was occupied. Then the girl present at the reception desk started to make stories about the presence of dog. Then on the first floor we were told that the animals are not and have never been allowed (? ). At the end we were given a room on the second floor that was nothing short of indecent, with dirty carpet and damaged, signs of damp and beginning to mold and jambs of the door damaged at the entrance, the bathroom claustrophobic, the shower head of the shower now surrendered to the limestone. Unfortunately it was already late and we are forced to sleep in that room to the limit of dilapidation and definitely very, very far from the Italian standard of a 4 star hotel. The following morning we cancelled the other nights and we went away. To don't come back no more, for sure.
