A quiet and relaxing weekend. Kind and prepared staff. Very spacious clean room with beautiful panoramic view. Air pool very nice and relaxing.

Although the food hasn't been tasted yet, I believe that here is one of the best places where you can forget your worries.

Kind staff, tidy and clean rooms some with great views, good and hearty breakfast, decent restaurant. The pool is a bit uncomfortable, as you have to cross a fairly busy road, not very equipped for children. Very limited Wi-Fi only in a few common areas. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a boisterous group, which made it less pleasant.

Beautiful location nestled in the quiet Mandurian countryside. The three rooms are excellent and spacious. In the kitchen the chef patron delighted us with traditional dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Online and very affordable costs.

Very nice as hotel, we came for a wedding anniversary and we were very happy with the lunch! The choice of the menu was very large! Come back.

Great facility. As a hotel and as a restaurant. We were there very well. A more for quietness. The room with a view is remarkable. Clean. Nice spacious restaurant. Prices not exaggerated (a pasta made by hand with meat sauce, yummy, €8). The waiter (Mr. Antonio) is really good. There aren't any around like that. We really hope to go back.

Location It also lends itself to conventions and sports retreats. Good kitchen.

Really poor, old rooms poor bathrooms, cleaning non existent. Experience made for 2 days for New Year. Dinner at the lowest quality. For lunch no choice (fixed menu) also here White fettuccine 2 transparent slices of roller with baked potato, a slice of homemade English cake, not bad, coffee not served at the table. The worst surprise that on returning to the room there was no more hot water, justing that only at that time usually there is no one, and then turn it off. To forget.

For a "New Year on the fly" went more than good. Great location at the top with a breathtaking view. The rooms would need a refreed to be up to the reception of the whole complex in general. The big dinner was more than great! Plentiful and always good. A thousand compliments to the chef in Primis, to those who decided the menu and the waiters always smiling and full of attention, the ideal for a full evening of people. The animation is also very striking. Congratulations!

I was really excited by this hotel and I recommend it with great pleasure. The room was very comfortable, the balcony had a nice view, practically everything remodeled. The staff were very helpful.

The place is beautiful, strategic, very tasty breakfast, one that we were unlucky, on the day of our arrival the ball holiday and could not sleep, it was all audible.

The place dilapidated. You see, years ago, was a nice place but now it's all left to go and ruined. Staff polite and courteous. Sin is the failure to care of the place.

A Bit far from the village but with views across the valley. To reach it you have to make a climb of about a kilometer. The hotel has a décor that makes the idea of the old, and with a structure of this kind could offer more. Ottimama the breakfast is nice also the swimming pool. Rooms clean and quite spacious.

The tree is divided into 2 buildings separated by a road, the check in is in one wing of the hotel. It would be helpful if there was at least someone in both the reception, otherwise the customer may arrive and find no one there. The rooms are a bit older, me well maintained, the sockets are far away from the bedside. Enjoy a beautiful view over Soriano. In a good location. The swimming pool and the park, and many were cute. The dining room with a table tennis, a gym, and the foosball table was left a bit in itself. Parking available very large and free. If the hotel was exploit a little better, it might be really nice. Now it is a three star hotel in media, nothing more.

Nice place, a little hard to get to, maybe some more staff to accommodate 50 football players would have been better.

Excellent cuisine, as well as the reception. Very nice Mr Antonio and Mr. Enzo … I was on a field trip with my school, most of the rooms were very nice, some a little more dirty.

I was part of a group of 46 people who stayed at the hotel from 7 to 10 April and is one of the rare times that I have not heard among participants complaints of various kinds: I only got to listen to positive reviews. We went half board, buffet dinner but with an encore of the first served at the table: it was a fabulous choice (fresh homemade pasta). The courteous availability of Mr Domenico (owner), her brother (super chef, sin is torinista), the sympathy of Antonio (mythical room attendant) they made our stay great. Definitely would go back with the family.

Large, beautiful gardens, beautiful scenery but poor in attractions.

We appreciate great service, friendly owner, delicious food in a beautiful restaurant across the Hotel and cleanliness at the Hotel. It located at high altitude, you can open balcony door from your room and enjoy the nice views and fresh air without insects and mosquitos. Beautiful hotel with amazing views across Tiber valley, very well kept gardens and swimming pool. In peaceful location overlooking ancient small town Soriano Nel Cimino. Sheridan and Aelita.

This was not a good experience! Bad reception, absolutely rejected the arrangement, little care and cleanliness in rooms. And last but not least, the lack of heating in the bathroom.

The hotel is a very comfortable hotel with a beautiful restaurant. The rooms are up to four beds and a balcony for panoramic views and the hotel garden.
The Bastia as other services has a tennis court, a soccer field, a volleyball court and swimming pool. It also has a playground for children.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
