We were there on Sunday and we had a great time, excellent dinner at the restaurant, ceravamo had already been previously and when we are around we will definitely be back. 👍🔝

Beautiful location with swimming pool and large garden, polite and kind staff, spacious conference rooms and very comfortable and bright rooms.

Nice structure and well maintained, courteous staff, caring and helpful. Beautiful, clean, bright and comfortable rooms. Shower with whirlpool. Large and well-kept garden, where you can sunbathe, swimming pool and bar nearby. I stayed about 20 days for work at this hotel and found myself just fine. So, I recommend it.

Terrible. We live in ireland and we had our flight to milan canceled. All the hotels canceled their reservations except the one who wants to keep our money. People without character, we are not to blame for the blockade and I have no other time to travel on vacation, they do not want to return our money, without character. I do not indicate.

There was nice drink+snack offer @18.30 for 6 euro. Pleasant lobby area. 5 min away from the camping site where we stopped for a rest. Great opportunity to have comfortable evening when travel.

A fun combination between hotel and motel. Situated near the motorway but you can't hear the motorway from the hotell. Big rooms that are a bit dated. Big poolarea. Big and we'll tasting breakfast buffe with excellent Coffey. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Quite a but from Vicenza town centre. Good value for money.

Staying at Viest hotel has been super. Very helpfull and friendly personell, from reception to cleaning and from restaurant to poolbar and persons guarding the swimmingpool. Excellent breakfast, super and clean swimmingpool, very good hotelroom with airco and you don't have to go out for an excellent dinner. Also the location near big (ger) cities is good. I will come back!

To me a 4-star means “good but not great” and that’s this place. Room was comfortable, bed was firm but a bit too hard, if you get the difference? Bathroom was nice to look at but had a broken towel rod and shower head had been replaced so it didn’t fit in the holder. And the seal on the shower door was shot so water went all over the floor. Pool was small but quite nice, with an outdoor bar nearby which had a happy hour with snacks (“free” but they upped the drink prices to make up for it). Restaurant food was good but a bit pricy for what you got — €12 got me 4 ravioli. Very nice ravioli but still, just 4 of them. Breakfast buffet was ample but nothing special — good sweet pastries but no fresh bread, one type of packaged cheese slices, scrambled eggs were literally horrible, from powder I think. Overall I might have gone 3 stars but the staff was very friendly and the room price was quite reasonable.

Average restaurant for both food quality and prices. Cute park, very courteous service. Live group not very convincing. I will try the pool because I was attracted to the environment and the cleanliness. The hotel looks good though I didn't get to see the rooms. For me, compared to a few years ago, it is improving and is improving markedly.

Excellent location, the room as a mini kitchen that allows you to cook. Very clean and quite with a great price.

I don’t really have much of the experience with high quality hotels, but this place was very good with perfect service, jakuzzi in my comfortable room and enjoyable restaurant. Especially the outside part of the restaurant was very nice. Meals were great as well as the offer during breakfast.

Great hotel and restaurant. Ideal for meetings and conventions and also meetings… Personal! I recommend it without reservations. The restaurant is very good. They make meat and fish and vegetarian menus. It has several halls. More or less large depending on the need. Great location, just off Highway Vicenza Est. Recommend.

The hotel is not bad, but the quality of service is low. We held a conference in the hotel-the hall was bad, the quality of equipment is bad, everything is old. The cleaning of the room (hall) did not seem to have been carried out after each meeting, as the dust flew in the air. The food is disgusting. The food is small and expensive. The staff is nice, helpful. The breakfasts are poor.

Staying for 3 nights, staff are very friendly good English speaking, rooms are very nice and spacious as well as bathrooms. Hotel gym is very basic, swimming pool is in a perfect location nice scenery around hotel would recommend walking to see the surroundings. Restaurant food is average at best, not the nicest food breakfast has very limited choices but dinner has nice selections. Would recommend staying here very close to a lot of places.

Very uncomfortable mattress looks made with broken pillows. I had a couple massage at the spa and it was a little room with the sunbeds not flanked but one in front of the other. Skimpy breakfast. The rooms are spacious with access to the courtyard. The kitchen is delicious.

A wonderful surprise.
Choosing a hotel too close to the highway, the fear was to stumble into a place not too in line with the stars that dress (four, for those who were asking).
The hotel has a large parking in front, free and green. At the entrance a large reception welcomes guests. The structure of the hotel is divided into two areas, one first in the entrance complex and a second one embraces the most important part of the garden with a swimming pool, until you get to the Relax area where there is a SPA with respect and a small (and well-stocked) Gym. Access to the latter is payable, once paid the tax, access is allowed by the same keycard that opens the room.
The SPA has a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a chromotherapy room and several colour showers, not least a fountain for ice. Fruit, fresh flavored water and warm herbal tea are served in the frigidarium.
The real surprise is to be able to find, in addition to what already described, an excellent restaurant with pizzeria. Here I had the pleasure of finding my favorite pizza (which alas not all pizzerias propose and it is impossible to request), a pizza with fresh tomato and mozzarella, placed after cooking. Banally a "Capri pizza".
Only downside, if Porprio so we want to call it, the organization of the breakfast counter.

Great! Advice for business trips or even leisure. Very friendly and clean. Convenient to arrive by car 2 minutes away from the motorway exit Vicenza est. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Courteous and highly professional staff able to solve customer needs/problems.
The rooms are very clean and the food is very nice. Reserved parking spaces in front of the room, too bad that many rude goers do not care about the neighbor occupying two parking spaces with theirs. Here, perhaps, the direction should intervene.

To be a four star flaw in so many things… I was there x a course in the vicinity recommended by the company but to know I would have changed… dirty room we were in 3 but with only one duvet and calling them the answer was that duvets to give had none… the restaurant Good The Spa Discreet But overall I would not recommend it to anyone.

Abbiamo visitato la spa. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata. Il posto è tranquillo però tutto troppo piccolo.

Functional Hotel. Good Convention Center. Covered parking. Restaurant inside good. I recommend it for events and demonstrations. Good capacity and rooms with good value for money. The conference halls are different and of different sizes. A little older but useful for the purpose.

Great Hotel at the gates of Vicenza. Strategic position to visit the city and to wander around. A bit aseptic or chilly as structure/architecture but you pass it over. Room Unfortunately I chose a smoking room (MEACULPA) and evidently and rightly they opened the windows to ventilate, but on our arrival the room was really jelly, and it was hard to warm it up. Good breakfast, very nice staff, not bad the restaurant although a bit ' Cardenas, and so cute the spa, managed in such a way that it is never too full.

Very friendly and spacious parking place. Very nice entry with an automatic revolving door which however if you enter in more than three people it crashes. Immediately after the centered door there is a wall with the word "welcome" in all the languages of the world, very special and strong personal impact very welcoming and polite always available. The bathrooms that are on the ground floor are minimal only flaws all the doors are blue so you don't know which one is the men's or the women's.

You cannot beat the prices and service in the wellness center. This is such a nice place to unwind after a long week, and they can almost always fit you in for services within a day or so. I also love the tisanes they serve on the patio!

Very nice Hotel, at the hours of Vicenza, very close to the tollbooth is very convenient and has pretty much everything. Even a SPA with regard to the spaces to be allocated to the conventions, there are better realities, in Vicenza, but none is, in my opinion, able to offer the mix of comfort, quality and seriousness of this.

Hotel places at the entrance to the city and near the highway which is convenient. Large parking lot. Large rooms and friendly staff.

Requested a pic of John Travolta on my pillow (huuuuuuge fan) and they happily fulfilled my request. Happy hour at the bar was legit. 5 euro for fried food buffet and a beer isn't bad at all. Dinner was great. The entire staff was very accomodating for my wife and I who are American and I'm sure at times looked lost. We would definitely come back.

We spent 2 nights in November in this refined and elegant hotel, clean and very close to the motorway exit of Vicenza est. The staff always polite and helpful, you eat really well, rich breakfast and restaurant pizzeria definitely OK. We did not have time to visit the wellness area. Only minus our 2 seater Jacuzzi in the room working only halfway. Definitely.

Very good location Maybe in the lobby a bit old furnishings. Professional and friendly formal staff.

I often go for courses. The environment is very nice and cared for. They only have ISD small technical problems Sometimes, especially audio that try to solve quickly.

The Spa here is absolutely amazing! We booked a couples massage and it was great! They use a good amount of pressure and you get full access to the spa, which is a nice plus. The prices are very fair!

Gorgeous… weekend of complete relaxation… Young staff, helpful, professional and smiling, aesthetic center at the top, the ritual hot stone and crystals I recommend it to everyone and tomorrow I will experience the spa.

This place had a wonderful patio dining going on. A covered bar in the center of a courtyard with recessed lighting and amazing atmosphere.

We have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and each time has proved to be a pleasant experience. A warm welcome, polite and helpful staff and comfortable clean rooms. Recommended.

Great hotel, ten minutes far from center. Very clean and quiet. The double room is fairy big and you can watch pay TV channels. Not so expensive. I liked very much the staying.
