I recommend the Hotel Maxim. Staff impeccable, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast plentiful.

Breakfast is Top, staff very friendly, good cleaning. Be reached in a moment from the motorway, then we move easily with The bus.

Tipical italian host, professional team on duty and very good breakfast buffet… Extremely recommended!

We had a few issues with our room, (couldn't get SKYbox to work, safe batteries dead, and telephone didn't work) After trying to rectify the issues the staff decided to give us another room at their assistance. Very grateful for an enjoyable stay and a friendly staff! Had a wonderful time visiting family in Italy, thank you Hotel Maxim for providing an enjoyable place to rest :)

Worst hotel ever. Awfull food and service.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, a bus ride from the city centre, although happy to recommend. I would have given it a five star rating, if there had been tea and coffee making facilities.

Great service great location and fantastic entry point for people that want to visit Cinque Terra. Staff go out of their way to make everything comfortable and help in any way possible. Good value-for-money rooms more on the basic side but very clean.

Everything is fine. Breakfast can be so that until the middle of the day will not want to eat.

It can be summed up in the ' nightmare ' stay in this hotel. We booked through Expedia. As soon as we arrive they greet us by saying that they cancelled our reservation. I call Expedia confirming that the reservation is ok but at the Reception I can only answer with "We are cancelled". I had to solve myself by paying the room €150 for a loaf instead of 104.
Let's go ahead; Let's talk about a 4-star hotel where if you want a coffee you have to wait until the only person available has finished his check in chores. The room is dirty and old, we ask for a cradle (in their booklet does not talk about supplements) but when I go to pay I find I have to give Inveche that the €150 of the day before, €200 without any payment on why there is a supplement of 50 euros.
Finally, the nightmare is over because we left. From a 4-star hotel you expect a little something more. We don't talk about the staff, by day they are 2 at reception and in the evening there is only one person. Obviously my criticisms go to the management and organization of this hut (hotel can not be mentioned). In all this, no one even apologized to me about the incident.

Decent room. Clean and nice shower. Bed is a little hard for my liking but staff were very friendly and helpful. A simple 25 min walk to the centre Verona and rooms with air conditioning!

The beds are too small for adults but otherwise it's not bad.

Good stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little bit older but they are clean.

Unfortunately the 4 star does not reflect this hotel, despite having a plentiful and continental breakfast, my room had flaws. The floor of the bathroom was broken, ditto one of the two handles of the room and the float of the toilet did not work well causing the classic gurgling of the overflow.

What about… In my opinion is a hotel style 70 years that shows the time that passes… A nice structure with dated furnishings and some little something to see… But beyond that I can totally say that we had a great time. The breakfast was definitely plentiful and very very assorted. The boys of the Hotel Institute in training course (or internship) were of a courtesy and a professionalism of all respect. Also the staff of the hotel with whom I could converse I found it attentive and courteous. I have to say that I found this stay through triangle and I was charged a really… But really favorable. So… The scale hangs absolutely on the 5 stars of liking.

Excellent hotel for business and for tourism… very appreciated the breakfast always fresh and of excellent quality. Large garage with a modest surcharge of only 5, 00 Euro per night per car… maximum height 2m and 40 but really good. Although the hotel is dated you try to keep it in good condition and the staff is always friendly and kind.

The hotel is a little old and the breakfast rooms with few things and bad organization.

Old but with everything you need, you get off by a Rámpa and the hotel is old but the amenities are correct. The people are friendly, the breakfast is OK and there is Wi fi.

The breakfast buffet has fresh Obsalat, eggs, salami, cheese, toast, yogurt, fresh waffles and fresh pancakes, as well as the typical Italian Pastries, everything your heart desires.
The connection to the city is by bus absolutely no problem… just ask the friendly staff…
When we are back in Verona… we come again.

A hotel that offers four stars but to which I bestow two.
Very good to spend the night, a very fair room of space, the bathroom only with foot of shower, does not have a Wi-Fi according to the level of the hotel as well as a computer of free disposition.
It follows a design in the style of the forties and almost succeeds.
It is close to a residential neighborhood that gives the feeling of insecurity and away from the center.

Great hotel with very low prices compared to other similar hotels. Staff is friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast had everything and was fresh. The rooms were a little on the old side and could be renewed in my opinion but overall my experience here was great. Would recommend if you're staying in Verona.

Location is not good. Not clean smell of cigarettes in the rooms. Noisy.

I called the hotel earlier asking them if they could accept a package for me and they agreed. Then they didn't accept it which caused me big trouble and they couldn't even give me a good reason for it. And, the Wi-Fi is REALLY BAD.

The hotel is quite modern located outside the city centre but close to several bus lines so for those people who plan to do very late in the evening and don't have the car is not very suitable. The room is very large and comfortable, clean and the breakfast is more than plentiful.

Hotel stayed at 90 years as interiors. Breakfast plentiful but too much waiting when it ran out milk coffee or juice. I asked for milk for my one year old daughter's bottle and I was told that it does not make room service bar and wait for the one of the machine.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, though I booked late I was welcomed by their friendly staff who were ready to assist, and the rooms were very big ' cos it was actually difficult to get to get a place for my large family. Will definitely come back again.

Spacious room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, free outdoor parking and if required hotel garage. They have a bar, they are friendly and the breakfast buffet is varied. Nearby you will find a couple of restaurants like Carlo Re. The setting is quiet.

Hotel was average. As a business it was good to stay but for pleasure it is not good. Sightseeing is too far away from the hotel.

With more than 80 women we had a wonderful stay in Hotel Maxim. The staff was helpful and very friendly. When we arrived in the morning they welcomed us with coffee and a buffet of sweets, rolls, fresh fruit and more. The location is very near to several busstops and the rooms are perfect. The manager was constantly present to see if everything went well with us. I felt very welcome and enjoyed to stay in this hotel.

Maxim Hotel is good, the rooms are cleaned and confortable. The breakfast is ok, and tge hotel is situated in a strathegical position, near the most important places in the city.

Pleasant hotel located several km from the center of Verona, near major highways, free Wi-Fi, underground parking, elevator, and a very nice breakfast.

The hotel has nice rooms, service is efficient even if personalmebte I have not liked the excessive heat in the rooms (27° C)

Hi in my humble opinion the whole thing leaves a lot to be desired by the various options that were paying the only appreciation goes x bathroom clean excluding wc slow! then try and tell me if you de my opinion two maximum three stars.

We stayed at this hotel thru logitravel at € 90 per night including breakfast and garage. This is a request over all correct considering the breadth of the room, the services provided (but the Wi-Fi Internet connection costs € 5 per day), and that the months of July and August in Verona are considered peak season because of operas in the Arena. The property and the area where it is located may not excite; also there is no restaurant in the hotel or in adjacent areas. To get to the city you will find the following: long walk, public transport very precise though not very frequent shuttle at night only for the opera performances and costs € 6 per person round trip. I still recommend buying the Verona card who intends to remain in the city for more than a day.

Satisfied for over 20 years! One star less because of bad coffee, one star less because no free Wi-Fi!

I went to 3 star hotels much better than this both as a price as accommodation room, in this case the room good but bathroom to be restored completely, 74 € double room. Are too many.

Good Hotel, but it's far from the center of Verona. It is really close to a supermarket, hence one can grab some food to eat during the day.
