Wonderful location on the Grand Canal!
Very good value for money, only the breakfast fits the room price. The air conditioning was ok and clean it was too.
Next time for sure here again! :-)

Good location other than not having close access to a close access to a bridge across the Grand Canal. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Room was pretty clean except for some minor issues. The AC wasn't working well at first but after a few hours and talking to staff it improved and was cold by morning.

A beautiful hotel with a room in the attic luxurious and comfortable. On the other hand it was very hot the air conditioning is not strong enough or necessarily well located in the room. Evacuation of the shower was also blocked. But this did not in any way taint our stay as a lover. Breakfast is plentiful and diverse. Small downside with orange juice, indeed for a 4 star one expects a real squeezed orange juice. But it is chemical and infectious: I advise against. The hotel staff are welcoming and attentive. Finally it is very well located (in front of a boat-bus stop, 15 min walk from Santa Lucia station). I would recommend this hotel thank you!

Cannot recommend enough. Location is incredible, right on the Grand Canal with a water bus stop literally on the door stop. Opulent but comfortable room, with fantastic facilities. Breakfast choice slightly limited, but good quality. Excellent base for any type of trip to Venice.

Had a great four night stay at the Pesaro Palace. It's location was great, the rooms were comfortable and staff helpful. There were a few issues (no enough plugs, marks on some of the walls and the bathroom ventilator was very noisy), but none that would put me off staying again.

Perfect place to stay in Venice! Checks off all the boxes! Clean, quiet, public transport right in front of the hotel (so no getting lost if you don't want to), centrally located on the grand canal, close to the rialto, great staff, big rooms, huge comfy bed, and an amazing breakfast! All the Venetian grandeur for not a lot of money. I couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay here. Look no further, this is the one.

We came here for my wife and I’s wedding anniversary and could not have enough better things to say about it. The room was something out of Henry the VIII. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was kind and welcoming, and most importantly the location was on the canal but still quiet enough to enjoy all things Venice has to offer. Highly recommend; look no further.

Look no further. This is the hotel you want to stay in. The room has the Venetian grandeur with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast top notch. The vaparetto stop is directly in front, so no getting lost. Perfect location to the sights. Quiet yet close enough to everything.

Excellent hotel located in a congenial position in the center of Venice, not far from the main attractions of the place and two steps (practically behind the hotel itself) from the Stop Ca ' d'oro del vaporetto. Beautiful structure… Efficiency and cleanliness from the manual and staff always friendly and helpful, especially Mrs. Paola that I will never finish thanking, person really kind and affable as few. Prices in the norm as expected from a four star. Breakfast I had a very pleasant stay and, in the event of a new trip to Venice, I will certainly return here. Widely promoted and recommended!

Hotel was lovely and rooms were very good, large and well decorated. Breakfast very limited for vegetarians. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Loved it! Convenient to boat access. Atmosphere. Staff helpful. Breakfast more than adequate. Clean. Comfy bed. Needed more light in bathroom. Was addressed right away. Neat courtyard. Next door to a museum. ATMs nearby Not 5 Star, but didn't charge 5 Star. I thought rate charged was fair. Yes, I would return. If for no other reason, the convenience.

Exactly what it is, a 4 star hotel. There is a sister hotel nearby called the Foscari, also a 4 Star. We stayed at Pesaro Palace for 5 nights and we had a great experience, unfortunately we missed our flight and the hotel was fully booked, as such we stayed at hotel Foscari, also great but a bit lacking in comparison to the big brother Pesaro Palace but still a fantastic hotel.

Great Hotel with cozy rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Very convenient location. The hotel is the first thing you notice as you get down from Ca D'Oro.

Very good location Maintenance of the rooms to improve. Reservation and payment made directly from the hotel's website for a superior room with breakfast. Arrival at the hotel with waiting because he was giving (long) tourist explanations to two boys, neglecting our presence. Room in the impact with Windows on the garden and Great canal view. King-size bed, large Murano glass chandelier, tasteful vintage furniture. Ample service with bath with hydromassage and also shower cabin. Comfortable mattresses and warm temperature attractively. Breakfast with fresh and good quality food and with more than ample choice. Cleanliness of the room and general thorough. Some notes on neglected maintenance details: Carpeting in front of the bathroom that is peeling off, opening knob missing in one of the cupboard's mirror doors, fabric upholstery under the stained window and door of the frame ruined by wear, Telephone with handset disconnected from the appliance which is not connected to the socket, Ethernet cable on the table but disconnected from the socket where the connection no longer exists. In the room not a single socket available to recharge devices: I had to temporarily detach the Abat-jour. In the bathroom the socket/switch near the washbasin without cover plate (sic! ), the shower of the tub is not working because it was leaking from inside the hose; Aerator annoyingly too noisy.

This hotel is amazing! The whole look of the place is very regal. There is even a dock where you can sit out at night and dangle your feet over the grand canal. Spent a brilliant weekend here. It's a great location. It's a 12 minute walk to everything you want! Loved it.

A beautiful hotel with a jetty for boats directly to and from the hotel and you are well located for shopping. The rooms are very nice and the buffet breakfast is well stocked each morning. The staff are friendly and helpful.

From there, one has an excellent view of the two hands of the art exhibition.

Traditional Venetian hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a superior double room and there was ample space and big bathroom. Directly on the grand canal and we got dropped off and collected directly from our hotel which was so handy. One negative the bed and cushions were too firm for me. Other than that no complaints. Would come back again!

Building is situated ontop of the grand canal making it quite accessible to most of the city on foot, and the bus stop right outside helps with longer distances. The hotel itself does shabby chic for best part well and is fairly clean until you look in the corners. Bed linen and towels were clean and fresh and I cannot fault. Just that the rooms need a little bit of cosmetic attention and a more thorough clean. The staff was always helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place but its border line value for money when you take the above into consideration?

A shame. Low-level Hotel, non-existent maintenance. Air conditioning inadequate for the size of the suite, it was hot. Dust everywhere, room full of mosquitoes and insects. Hot tub broken with consequent flooding of bathroom and room. Poor breakfast and the mice evening outside the main entrance at high prices.

We stayed for three nights in this hotel which I have always considered a level in your previous stays. Unfortunately, the management and maintenance of the hotel is way worse than ever. We ended up with the suite 201, directly overlooking the grand Canal with a series of problems never solved by anyone during our stay. First of all, the air-conditioning while running is not cool enough the suite that is always hot. Clean where are not even picked up the empty bottles, I washed the dirty glasses. And then the most serious thing is the bath tub that loses water, it flooded the entire bathroom and part of the carpet in the room. A shame after several promises remained broken for the whole stay. Also have not even been able to remedy a hair dryer in a day. It is not possible to pay a lot of money for a service so poor.

It is a wonderful hotel with great service, breakfast and a great location straight in the heart of Venice! Strongly recommended to stay!

Excellent elegant old palacio. On the grand canal. Close to shopping, coolnplaced to eat. Can walk to St Marks. We were at a great mall in an old Bldg. All the best shops. Versace, and all the best. 490 $ tennis shoes. You know the places.

Beautiful and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast is amazing and customer service outstanding. We had a suite directly on the canal. The room was so big you could gave fit 5 people in it. The most amazing point of the room is the chandler and view. Perfect access to the water bus station in front of the hotel. Best time of year to come is low season you will get great discounts. The breakfast is amazing the staff is great and the view is one of a kind.

Hotel and rooms are very clean, staff was very accommodating storing our bags and placing in our room when it was ready. We had a canal view that was breathtaking. With the water bus right in front of hotel it was easy to get around with the 24-48 hour travel pass. Lastly, the free breakfast was fantastic both hot and cold, exquisite pastries, free cappuccinos! I highly recommend this hotel based on the quality and location. It made our Anniversary trip extra special.

Spectacular room and the view overlooking the grand canal, also, the breakfast buffet very good. Nor is it cheap but is worth every euro if you know enjoy, if only you are going to sleep looking for another. We we would repeat.

The hotel seemed to be fully booked so I was checked into a disabled room on the ground floor with a view of the court yard. Wi-Fi is slow and unreliable and there is no AC in winter so the room was uncomfortably warm at night. However the room was elegant and the hotel is on the grand canal with a vaporetto stop less than a minutes walk.

Beautiful hotel, bedding of dream.

To be in Venice in the summer is brilliant on it's own and staying Hotel Pesaro Palace just added to our enjoyment. The location is unsurpassed and the building and it's facilities are sensational from the rooms, the dining area to the courtyard. Would thoroughly recommend.
