Had an awesome long weekend stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and would go the extra mile to help you out. The breakfast and happy hour were outstanding and they had a gluten free option every time! The hotel is in a great location in a quieter part of Venice but just a mile walk to St Mark’s square. Would come back here again in a flash…!

The check-in process was warm and friendly. We were treated to a beverage of our choice along with an appropriately matched bite to eat. We were given access to our room before the expected time.
Happy hour and breakfast drinks and food are plentiful and well prepared/presented. Service is impeccable. The garden is a lovely respite in a busy, tourist centric area.
The property is very clean, rooms are well appointed, beds very comfortable, and bath linens/amenities are superior.

What an amazing 3 nights we have just had at the hotel Moresco. Could not have asked for anything more. The staff were amazing, so attentive and friendly. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, with a great variety. Would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay x.

Beautiful, elegant, quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Staff were very welcoming and obliging. Quality furnishings and decor. Particularly loved the "happy hour" in the evening. Go on… treat yourself!

Amazing service. They treated us like family from the first minute we walked in! Loved it here. It was far enough away from the crowds of St Marks Square, yet convenient to get there and it was very close to the train station. The breakfast and happy hour food was amazing. Perfect stay!

We have stayed in a lot of fancy and nice hotels, and many highly rated ones around Europe and the US and this one is by far our favorite of all times. We still talk about wanting to go back two years later. We stayed with our very young child and they did everything to accommodate us from arranging a crib, to extra treats, to complimentary drinks on our anniversary. Morning breakfast was a delight, best hotel breakfast ever, and the staff went out of their way to make our child happy and even let her play with them while we were eating. It was the best service I have ever witnessed. We were strangers and treated like a mixture of royalty and family. We reminisce often about the lovely time we had.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent, friendly staff! In a great location off the canal. Lots of shopping and food in walking distance. It's slightly pricier than some others but it's well worth it since they offer an appetizer happy hour and breakfast daily.

Just a few minutes away from Piazza Roma, Hotel Moresco is beautiful. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. The room is spacious with a nice mini bar and personal private terrace. The best part of the room is the amazing large shower.

Our stay in Venice could not have been more perfect with the staff and accommodations at Hotel Moresco. This is our second visit to Venice and we knew when we booked the trip that we wanted to experience this hotel again for the second time in this beautiful city. From the friendly and helpful staff to the gorgeous comfortable rooms along with the amazing breakfast, early evening happy hour, and all the little extras they make available to their guests, it simply does not get better than this beautiful home away from home. Thank you to the entire staff for making my husband & my 30th wedding anniversary even more special with your hospitality. We enjoyed every moment with you.

Wonderful hotel located only a 10 minute walk from the train station! Immaculately decorated when you walk in, and the reception desk and wait staff ho above and beyond to make sure everything is set up correctly. We were greeted with a complimentary drink and some food from a wonderful food display that is available all day long. The hotel has complimentary breakfast, which is a sumptuous feast in itself, as well as a light dinner buffet — again free of charge. With all the amenities the hotel has to offer, you really don't have to leave! A true gem, a hotel that goes the extra mile to ensure you have an incredible stay!

Practical location and family atmosphere.

I loved this hotel we had to switch hotels with no notice because of some cleanliness issues. We came here and the staff were so professional and kind I loved it they gave us fresh ice water and croissants they could tell we were having a bad day. I can honestly say they turned my day right around. We attended happy hour with delicious treats and snacks the bar tender was so kind and polite and genuinely wanted to know about our story the room was fantastic the bathtub was amazing the decore amazing I have no complaints I want to come back to Venice just for this hotel! I highly recommend it! Lol you wont want to leave your room! That was my only issue haha which isn't even one! Love it thank you hotel moresco.

Quite simply amazing, from the fantastic and friendly staff to the food including the amazing breakfast buffet to the outstanding rooms with beautiful decor. So much care and attention has been taken to make this such a superb place to stay.

An incredible place, you are greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, or a beer, some chips to snack on while you get checked in, beautiful rooms, nice little bar with snacks and super helpful staff, recommend it highly.

A fabulous hotel, we stayed the week before Carnival and the prices were not high. We were greeted with warmth and while our bags were brought to the room we were offered a prosecco.

We are here right now and it's prob the best hotel we have ever stayed in. All the staff are fantastic. So friendly and welcoming. They arranged a private water taxi transfer for us on arrival. Looked after our cases till our room was ready and provided us with welcome prosecco and coffee along with some tasty treats in the garden. Our room is so beautiful and clean. The happy hour every evening in the bar is wonderful. Gorgeous food laid out again all complimentary and you get to meet and chat with other guests from all over the world. Huge breakfast selection to choose from buffet style and it's all lovely. Last night we asked the manager for a restaurant recommendation. Told him exactly what we were looking for, a tiny rustic family run place, he suggested osteria la lanterna. He also booked it for us and It was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect. Would def recommend this hotel wouldn't stay anywhere else in Venice. Thank you Hotel Moresco for making our stay so perfect.

Amazing service from arrival to departure. Hotel Moresco is truly exquisite. The lobby area is beautiful, the staff and manager helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room itself was grand! All modern amenities and comforts are available, yet they don't intrude on the classic, luxury look and feel. Very good location in town. Perfectly quiet room. Have to say that maybe I have lived in the best hotel, it is the ultimate experience in the bedroom, the hotel also has a lovely little garden in which to eat Breakfast, drink, evening tea, and the staff are very friendly. I hope as soon as possible back. Location great, near a lot of restaurants and bars, to a distance of Piazza San Marco on foot only 20 minutes.

Lovely hotel. Cute place with really good, helpful and friendly services. The suite was great, with an amazing view of the little canal. Is also very clean and organized. Waiters and concierge are the best! Congratulations! I'll come back for sure.

What a wonderful and fabulous stay! This hotel is perfect and deserves to be rated on TripAdvisor. The hotel itself is spectacularly furnished and spotless. The staff are attentive, efficient and friendly. You will definitely not be disappointed.

Had the best time here. The room was perfect, including the view. Quite close to the busstop so that was a plus. And when they asked me at breakfast 'would you like an omelet sir.? With cheese? And. Some bacon? ' well. Just doesn't get better than this :).

The best hotel for your money.

Hotel Moresco was a delightful surprise at the end of our Mediterranean cruise. Staff spoke good English, greeted us at the front entrance with refreshments and lead us to a quiet sitting area in their lounge/waiting area. Check-in was ready, even though it was around 10am. The shower and bathroom area was modern and the remaining decor throughout was definitely adequate in size with an old Venetian flare. Super clean and quiet, with a quaint little garden out back and front entrance directly on canal. Morning breakfast was included and so was Happy Hour with appetizers. I would rate this hotel as a 5* out of 5, Excellent. And to our surprise, the hotel was only 2 years old. They saw to our boarding passes, porter and land taxi to airport for our long journey back to home: Vancouver, Canada.

A lovely, charming hotel with universally delightful staff. It's in a great spot in Venice for a good walk to everything that's — for instance — around St Mark's Square. It's not right on top of that area, but in a good way. It's not a place to stay if you don't like walking, exploring and generally getting lost in one of the most wonderful places in the world. We have lots of options in Venice, from far more expensive hotels to friend's apartments. However, I couldn't consider staying anywhere else. Any room. Don't worry about a view or anything, it's a lovely, super-high quality tremendously cheerful and friendly place to stay in this remarkable city.
