Excellent hotel, we loved it! very good attention, would return without a doubt!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon at the peak tourist season. Not only did it feel like we had the hotel to ourselves, but it was also clean, professional, and beyond memorable. The location is 5 minutes from San Zachariah and 5 from San Marco, but it’s two canals over on it’s own square so tourists are not likely to come this way, which is perfect for people looking to avoid tourists, crowds, and noise. It’s 10 to Rialto Bridge and situated perfectly for access to romantic and beautiful restaurants that are local, rather than tourist traps. The room is big for Venetian standards, clean, kept well, and overlooks its own small canal and a square. There is a gondola area right outside the hotel, literally, which is perfect for romance and easy access. Oh yea, and it’s only one bridge from the Bridge of Sighs, which you can see at 8pm and view privately. It’s a perfect hotel, and I’d stay here anytime. Can’t thank you enough for a great stay!

Service is exceptional! The rooms are very clean and quaint and in a perfect location. Close to all the major landmarks (walking distance). The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is our first time in Venice and they helped us navigate the waterbus system and points of interest. They made our first time in Venice a memorable one. As a side note, do NOT eat at the surrounding restaurants. Staff will gladly recommend places to eat/drink. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent Hotel near St Mark's Square, small but well run, clean and well maintained. It was a very nice little room. Drinks in the minibar included, slippers included good breakfast also for celiacs and lactose intolerant (with advance notice) served until 12, staff friendly and professional. There is also the attendant who accompanies you in the room on arrival and describes the room and the services. A 3 star that looks like a top class hotel. Recommended.

A hotel where they make you feel at home! Clean, comfortable and staff very friendly and close at all times. The good breakfasts and the free mini bar is another detail of the grandeur of the hotel. And just 5 minutes from Plaza de San Marcos.

Beautiful hotel ideally located in relation to Saint Mark's Cathedral. Staff were friendly and helpful with good English. The complimentary breakfast was a mix of buffet and made to order. Small touches make you feel extra welcome such as a complimentary mini bar in the room and complimentary pastries in the breakfast room.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was marvellous — so many options and all delicious. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. It is positioned perfectly near Piazza San Marco and a number of great restaurants.

Definitely one of my best experiences in Venice. Great room, great price, super nice staff, and situated in a very convenient location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone taking a trip to Venice. A+++

Very nice hotel with a discreet but efficient staff, very pleasant they are all in little care. Perfect location, a few steps from San Marco square, a 2-minute walk from San Zaccaria stop for Vaporettos. The integrity of the mini bar is free and refilled every other day. On the ground floor there is always a snack in case of small hunger as well as juice and coffee. It's all free. Perfect for drinking a little coffee by smoking a cigarette in the patio. The litter is good although I'm not a fan of the pillows, but I feel like it is in Italy. Finally a shower or we can go back to two! In short a very nice stay in this friendly hotel ideally placed.

Fantastic hotel, a hidden gem in Venice. We were close everything we wanted to do. The hotel was lovely, amazing room, the breakfast was so well done, and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable for our week long stay. Thank you we enjoyed Venice much!

Small hotel mignon on a human scale, located next to the tourist spots… The rooms are of good size, nicely decorated! The bathroom is small (room 201), but very functional. A small shelf would be practical to ask the business. The mini bar is free in room (fully stocked: 2 beers, 2 fantas, 4 small bottles d'water, 2 cocas). It is also possible to take fresh fruit juice, coffee, tea and small snacks l'afternoon in the lounge or on the terrace free of charge also! The breakfast is excellent with a great choice of good fresh food, and the hostesses d'home are really very very helpful, and can make eggs scrambled (for example) at the request… All that to say that I recommend The Isolates for your trips to Venice!

Beatiful hotel in a very central position, just a short walk from Piazza San Marco. Easy for public transport. Lovely rooms, lovely staff and a beatiful location. If you stay here make sure you go to the little locals bar across the road, great cinchetti and drinks. :)

Cute little hotel tucked away in the heart of Venice. Excellent service form all departments, very clean room and bathroom. Suits the whole atmosphere of Venice perfectly!

The staff at the hotel we're very friendly and helped us with a few things during our stay. The room was very nice, with great windows overlooking the courtyard. Especially nice bathroom with great shower. The location of the hotel was very convenient to major attractions like Saint Mark's Plaza and Doge's Palace. But it wasn't too close, not too loud outside. Very short walk to the vaporetto stop at San Zaccaria as well. However, the room was very warm even with the air on. We just opened a window overnight and that helped.

Love this little gem tucked in a corner of Campo Provolo. Our room is charming and it has good sized bathroom. Free breakfast and mini bar in room is stocked with juice, sodas, beer, and bottled water (best of all, it is all free). Oh, and free cookies and coffee every afternoon! The staff are very helpful and always solicitous. It is steps away from Piazza San Marco and a short walk from the water taxis. It is fronted by a small canal where you can see gondolas passing by all day. Will definitely come back here given the opportunity.

Fantastic location. Delicious breakfast really sets you up for the day! 2 mins from Al Scalinetto restaurant which you need to try while here! Also really close to the big famous square and water bus to the airport etc. Would recommend to everyone!

This is a very unique, high quality hotel, with friendly, helpful staff, ideal location and attractive rooms. Its garden terrace is beautiful. Rich breakfast, it provides is certainly strong coffee or espresso is not the one who offers white water.

It's really nice hotel! Very kind and helpful manager is impressive and silent air although San Marco plazza is near the hotel! And mini bar in the room is all free, wow! I would like to be here when I come to Venice again.
