Very, very, very good) liked the design of the room-in a retro style. Spacious bathroom, small kitchenette with fridge and just a huge, beautiful bed) Venice is beautiful… And the hotel this experience complemented the fully! The staff is very attentive and good-natured. Next time if we get into this romantic city, we will stop here.

We had booked on a site of reversation, we had the room very close to the reception, so very noisy as well as a bed not very large, so we had not slept very well during our 2 nights.

A pretty good place, central, with a great price and pleasant rooms. Hard to complain about something, a fortiori considering the price range in which it ranks. Recommended.

Convenient to walk around Venice.

Just arrived I was very happy with this accommodation. The first night passed awake due to the shower that kept on losing water constantly on the empty plastic base (drum type), the owner wanted to fix the problem by tying a bag to the shower.

Small comfortable, quiet and quaint place just in an alley from the main throughfare to the station. The breakfast was simple and nice. The coffee was really good.

At the cleanliness you might have to work still the bathroom was dirty over all lay black hair around it has not been made clean for a long time it was very disgusting there.

Lunch was really good and the personal was nice. The hotel has (strong) Wi-Fi and the service was great too.

Overall the stay in this hotel is decent. The room is quite small and feels a little bit overpriced. On the first day, the beds aren't too clean and I got two mosquito bites after sitting on my bed for about 10 minutes. However, this problem is solved after we told the staff about it. The Wi-Fi isn't too stable but it still works. The bathroom is ok though. However, the breakfast is really good even though it's simple. The staff are really friendly as well! For the location, it's really close to one of the water bus stops and the Rialto bridge (the most iconic and famous bridge in Venice). You can also get to the San Marco Piazza and the train station within 15-20 mins by walking. There are a few restaurants and shops near the hotel but we never tried or bought stuff in any of them. Will still recommend but watch out for the room.

Small but nice, comfortable, quite place with decent breakfast.

'+': — good location — friendly staff — okisch breakfast '-': — Mold on the curtain in the bathroom — Window in bathroom was not opening — therefore ugly smell in bathroom — absolutely no isolation in the room — you could hear water from the toilet, shower in the adjacent room (nice sound at 2 AM…), voices from the stairs (like they are talking near you) — overall low quality of cleaning — — be careful, photos of the property do not correspond to reality.

You just have to add a few hooks to the bathroom. And flushes out the wall-blown-up. It's clear that the dampness, but still.
Location And the price by the standards of Venice. Close to the beach, the Vaporetto station, the bar restaurant with the huge quantities at low prices, to San Marco. The Nacelle pier is also in two steps, and big, so we found the "hitchhikers" quickly and easily. The breakfast was not very good. It was very interesting to live in such a colorful place.

Felt a littel over priced for the room size. Quite small. But the location is good. Just s bit difficult becuase its hidden off the main street. Friendly customer service.
