The room is dirty. The bathroom is moldy with only a curtain around a shower in the center of the bathroom. Holes in carpet. Strong air freshener to cover up mold smell. Unfriendly staff — you don’t get a greets when entering. Save your money.

We stayed two days at UNA Maison Venezia and we can be more than satisfied.
Reception and breakfast room staff always available and very kind.
Very large rooms, excellent cleanliness.
Maybe the only thing to improve are some bathroom details that could be improved but overall I can say we will definitely be back.
Structure also recommended for the location and for the ease with which you can move around Venice.
