This hotel is BELLISSIMA! In love with how beautiful our junior suite is, it’s truly fit for a princess. Highly recommend. This hotel is also convenient, as it’s accessible to San Marco Square and a plethora of shops and restaurants. They can also accommodate watertaxis at the hotel to take you to the airport and train station. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

A beautiful hotel with a lot of luxury! Perfect location, super service. Extraordinarily Sauber! A mega beautiful breakfast buffet and the dining room, like in a castle!
Unfortunately, there is no terrace, the beautiful terrace with which you advertise, is exclusively for the suite guests.
Unfortunately, a little overpriced.
But despite everything, I would like to come back and recommend it 100% if you have the necessary small money!

Lovely hotel, but we were swayed by the rooftop terrace and it does NOT have one. Otherwise, great location and staff. But no terrace and certainly no rooftop. Just a few tables on the street.

Not a good hotel, the design is ok but nothing great about this place. The breakfast they offer is eggs and sausage and bunch of cheeses. The beds are terrible, I felt every spring that makes them up. The room didn't even have an iron, they wanted me to pay to get them ironed else where at a minimum of $5 each garment. Never will I go here again. They also had awful karaoke with English depressing music while ever other place had a live band with great music.

Small dated rooms. No a. C. Little of any Wi-Fi. Bed is like a slab of granite. Staff is very nice and the location is good.

Great hotel in Venetian style. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant to enjoy Venetian dishes and autochthonous wines. The location is also perfect: very close to St. Mark's Square.

Cared, organized, all very nice. The restaurant Canova is the only one in all of Venice where we have found genuine flavors and skilful hands in the preparations.
More quotation deserves Lello of the Bar too strong! Fantastic cocktails and that feel real barman that you do not learn in school and you do not wear with the uniform.

The four-day experience at the Luna Baglioni Hotel in Venezia has been extremely satisfying. This establishment has the category advertised and the service of all its personnel from the butlers, Ana and Michelle, passing by administration, reception, concierge, cocktail bar, service of bars, waiters, staff of kitchen, of rooms, until the MAS Young of the "Fattorinos D'albergo", are the best of the moon Baglioni.

My wife and I just returned from four nights at the Baglioni. It was marvelous. The hotel is beautiful, but it is the staff who made the experience unforgettable. From the chief concierge Pierluigi Santini to the room service and wait staff the service was flawless, anticipatory of our needs, with terrific recommendations for tours and restaurants. The suites are large and well appointed. The Canova Restaurant located at the Hotel is superb, fairly priced with a variety of entrees. While the wine list is not exhaustive it comprehensively covers the Italian regions without over charging. You will not be disappointed.

Good for the price. Venice being insanely expensive, at 450 this was actually good value. Our room was nice and quiet and overall we had a good stay.

But the staff does not live up to a 5 star luxury hotel since during a night I called the front desk and no one answered me
I as an established entrepreneur I don't accept these attitudes.

WEDDING — Had my wedding here a few weeks ago on one of the terraces and it could not have been any nicer! The staff upgraded our room to the larger suite with the larger terrace for free and my entire experience was amazing! They were extremely helpful with all the coordination and were very generous. We could not be any happier at how our wedding turned out. We are from America, and I had a dream to have a destination wedding in Venice and the Hotel Luna made it happen. They accommodated my friends and family and made everyone feel at home. We also had our reception here following the ceremony — great food and great ambiance. Thank you Hotel Luna for everything!

Hotel was great, the location is also very good, right next to Saint Mark's. The staff is very friendly and competent. This hotel has nothing to fault, just a bit expensive, but it is Venice, Saint Mark's so close, specifications and cheap hotels are not so high.

Un hotel 5 stelle venezia… ma e'veramente veneziano… perche durante il nostro soggiorno vedo che I dipendenti di hotel quando parla male o prende in giro di qualche cliente si parlano in dialeto (compreso noi), ma loro non sanno che uno come me con viso asiatico e ho vissuto in veneto 13anni e comprendo anke dialeto. 1) ilgiorno di check in, ci siamo appena entrati in hotel, ho visto I signori di reception che ridono e si parlano tra di loro in sottofondo (occhio che stanno arrivando e
da dove arrivano questi), dopo ho scorpeto che la porta dove ci siamo entrati non e' la porta principale. 2) durante check in e la registrazione la signora di reception non ci ha detto il nostro prenotazione e compreso la colazione e ovviamente non ci ha spiegato dove e quando si fa. 3) per codice Wi-Fi, noi siamo tre camere ci ha dato solamente 2codice, gli avevo chiesto uno in piu, la signora non e' tanta contenta. 4) dopo ci ha consegnato la chiave, noi ci ha accompagnato in camera, e non troviamo le camere perche non siamo accordi che I piani sono divisi 1piano e 1Apiano. (pero come mai I signori di hotel accompagnavano tutti altri clienti in camera invece noi no), ma tutto questo vorrei sapere ma e' veramente un hotel 5stelle? ma danno I servizi a I clienti in base la nazionalita? ma loro menager e' sempre un veneziano?

Wonderful experience overall — beautiful location, literally right off the water, with ornamental and period decoration to cement in the lavishness and luxury. The entire staff is on point — courteous, helpful, and politely competent in recommendations, bookings, cleanliness, and generally helping guests enjoy their stay. The location cannot be overstated enough — it is in the heart of Venice, and everything you want to see and do is less than a five minute walk or swim. It is quite pricey, but would recommend for a bit of an over the top experience.

Very good location and the ambience. Very good bar. We had problems with the reservation but everything was resolved.
