Bed and Breakfast

To start, we arrived late in the evening, about 11:30 pm, no one to greet us, moreover, I found a cockroach in the shower, it is not very hygienic.
Then we asked to have the toilet and shower in the room. Which has not been taken into account. They were located after breakfast. So you had to get past everything.
However, this hotel is very well located in the middle of everything.
But for 2 nights we paid €300, I do not recommend this hotel.

The price is consistent with the quality, friendly receptionist Nicola. Everything showed, told, explained! Overall a good experience and the location is very convenient! The room also had everything you need (soap, shampoo, glasses, glasses, etc. ). The kitchen had a microwave, kettle, tea, coffee and sugar.

Small room with stone floor on the second floor, where a steep narrow staircase leads. The bathroom has no soap or shower facilities.

Very good place. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Correct if you are not demanding… In reality it is more of a hostel than a hotel: no sign in front of the door, no reception (you are given the entry code of the front door, and your name is written in chalk on the door of the room), no breakfast (a self-service room with a porridge loire and soluble coffee), no soundproofing, …
A squeaky bedding, a leaky shower, …
But a perfect location (has two steps from the Rialto! ) and an average price, which corresponds to the service.
If I could have put just average (2, 5 stars) I would have done it. The squeaks of the bed tipped the negative side balance.

Ok place, steep and dirty though.

In short: A cosy B&B in an idyllic setting… The staff are nice, the rooms are simple but clean, the location is just excellent! We are next to the main monuments and transportation while staying in a quiet street.
The equipment could be improved however.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Venice.

Ok so as close as this place is to the Rialto (2 mins), it took forever to find the actual place. We kept walking past it! The door outside has no sign or name. The only reason we found it was due to asking the locals. That aside, everything else was wonderful! Nicola who met us at reception was great! Have us a map of Venice and pointed out suggestions for restaurants and places to visit on the map itself. He also answered all our questions about directions and how to get to the train stations. The room itself was amazing! Ultra modern, nothing like the pictures. We had a sparkly clean private bathroom. The only problem, you can hear EVERYTHING. Like my girlfriend and I were having a normal conversation after midnight and a neighbour kept knocking on the door to keep it down. We got keys for the main door so we could come and go as we pleased and Nicola allowed us to keep our luggage in the reception area for free. Honestly I could say enough great things. It was wonderful!

The location is brilliant, just five minutes walk from the rialto bridge, vaporetta stop and lalilaguna stop for The airport boat. The two brothers which run Ca' Loredan are very friendly, knowledgeable and informative, giving us lots of tips and advice and gave us a large map of Venice. The room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable, there was air conditioning, a mini bar which reasonably priced and a hair dryer in the bathroom. It was plenty good enough for me and my mum's 5 night stay! The brothers were only around until about 5pm but we had a key and could happily come and go as we pleased which suited us. The only downside is that although it is a B&B they no longer serve breakfast, there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room although there is a kettle and microwave in the communal room but not much use as there are no cups, plates or cutlery to use which is a bit of an over site! *Please note you also have to climb a few fights of stairs as there is no lift which could be a problem for some people struggling with luggage.

A stone's throw from the Rialto Bridge, the Coop supermarket and the vaporetto stops, this b offers a minimalist and truly welcoming solution to stay in Venice. Staff very helpful, met our requests and nice room with en suite and windows on a quiet street. In our package was not included breakfast which however takes place in a really pretty room.
Reasonable prices (for a double room about 50 euro per night excluding tourist tax).
Stra-Recommended!

The rooms are large, the hotel well located but… No balcony as indicated on the site, no kettle as indicated on the site, the walls are fine like paper, the Windows do not close completely so the air passes, the radiators are impossible to adjust, the hot water is visibly extra in The shower, the pipes of the toilets are blackened by the mould, … Frankly for small budgets it can pass but it is really for one night or for people not having light sleep.

Find it on booking. Small intimate hotel in a typical alley, next to the Rialto Bridge and a few steps from St Mark's.

UF may not fall in the hands of this people who has no consideration with the tourism that is who gives to eat. Arrive at 7.00/pm for delay in the train and the hotel was closing at 5, we talk albtipi and not mevquizobayudar in no way months.

Great hotel. It has the spirit of time and the city of Venice itself. The rooms are clean and cozy. With an ideal location. Wonderful host. Will definitely return to Venice and stay in it.

I got to stay at this property in February and I must say that I am satisfied. I was with my girlfriend, both in their twenties, and I must say it has potential.
FLAWS:
-Some difficulty in identifying the structure while knowing the way, the name was written in a targhettina its not perfectly visible
-Should be done some minor restructuring
-Pending input and Scales a little slippery when wet (problem of little consequence because they are sufficilenti non-slip strips)
ADVANTAGES:
-Upon entering we were greeted by a very friendly, polite and very enterprising guy that remained that way for the entire four-day stay.
-We were treated with great professionalism and there were no surprises to the payment or unclear passages; There was regularly given the receipt and everything had been done in rule (I know it is a matter of course but in many facilities do not).
-The room was very clean, with private bathroom, well heated, hot water always available and very clean
-Location 200 metres from Saint Mark's square and also close to a supermarket stocked
-Impressive breakfast, varied and tasty.
-Owner always available for information and clarification.
-Extremely low price due to the central location of the hotel
Final score: 8.5/10.

the hotel is dirty, or rather indecent rooms do not see a vacuum cleaner from I don't know when, the bathroom would be decednte if it were cleaned properly. The holder there is never, really there's never anyone, apart from a little boy who came to pick us up at the ferry and it tasted like alcohol. To contact someone from the hotel doesn't know what to do. In plus they wanted to charge me a bed without doing anything nothing got scatafasciato on my knee!
Some people should just be banned from activities! incompetent.

Ca Loredan is a great bed and breakfast. Very convenient location, 2 min away from the Rialto bridge and boat service stop and 3 blocks away from Plaza San Marco. The staff is very friendly and the room with a terrace a very nice spot.
