I've been staying at hotel Tivoli for many years. A great hotel with great staff! Also the breakfast each morning is a great way to start the day as you explore Venice!

Central hotel, clean room with washbasin. There was a very small bathroom and very uncomfortable shared. Very friendly and detailed staff as we were allowed to leave our bags beyond 12:00

We stayed in this hotel for three days and we did not like it. We found bed bugs on our bed which made us difficult to sleep. There were different people in the reception, one of the guy was really rude. When we were checking out, we complained about the bed bugs, the guy acted like he doesn't care and said I need to talk to the director directly if I want to make any complains. The Wifi is really slow. I could hardly access to the Google Map when I was using the hotel Wi-Fi. The room is ok, but this hotel is certainly overpriced. I am sure you can find better hotel for the same price.

I'm sure I'll be back in Venice because I fell in love, and I'm going to stay here again. The guys are very nice, the rooms and in general and very PULITO, breakfast and very plentiful and overly good, and they let us keep backpacks for the day going before fo go away, vhe we went for another ride, so nn we carried everything behind. Great I highly recommend it!

One of the things we chose this hotel for, in addition to the location, is the buffet breakfast included, which, believe me, is really rich! We have a habit, as good Italians, of opting for a sweet breakfast… and here we had nothing but spoilt for choice: goodness and freshness are the masters. After the full of morning energy, we were ready to "taste" Venice!

The hotel is located in a cosy area. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is available from 8-9:30 and during this time is constantly replenished. The staff are very friendly. Clear recommendation.

Some rooms are better than others. If you are a light sleeper you should make sure not to take the single room. Staff here are always friendly though Iike mode Italians.

Good location but overpriced for the facilites it has. The double room we had was small, cleaned but smelled bleach. The bed and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the hotel was very noisy. On Saturday night we could not sleep at all. The breakfast was a low end hotel meal, probably just enough to satisfy the average tourists.

Rooms is ok, breakfast is terrible — calculated portion of bread, lack butter, only one kind of meat. I remember one situation which I’ have never forget — Waitress said one couple on 9:31 it was too late and they don’t ate anything.

For the price it was good. The location was perfect.

Like everything else in Venice, you get two stars but you pay for four.

A friend and I made an unplanned stop in Venice on our way through Italy and scrambled around at 9 at night trying to find a place to crash. We happed upon this hotel and were able to get a room for 65 euro without a problem. The site is beautiful; a lovely garden and a charming maze of stairs (which seem to be all the rage on this island). Anyone who was disappointed in the room size clearly hasn't been around italy. In italy, you use your hotel to sleep, not to count the tiles. Even so, my room was very spacious, large windows, and there was even a balcony across the hall. The walls seemed a little thin, but our neighbor also had a very large mouth, especially for 7 am. Breakfast was served until 9:30. In terms of location, there were tons of shops/food things basically within arms length and the water taxi on the grand chanel was a hop, skip, and jump away. 10/10 would reccommend.

Friendly staff and convenient location to visit Venice and throughout this budget we are very satisfied.

My friend and I stayed here for three days on our 10 day trip to Italy and this was our last stop. First we took the train from Florence which was easy. However, once we got off the train we were in trouble. It took us an hour to find this hotel. A lot of people didn't know where it was or when someone knew where it was we still had difficulty finding it with al the canals, turns and steps. Woww, just remembering that ordeal was crazy. When we arrived the small but quaint hotel was clean and the staff were friendly enough. We were very disappointed with our room that reminded of me a small closet. The two twin beds were very close to each other and there was very little room for our suitcases. The space was very tight, unsurprisingly the bathroom was just as small as the room. However, we were thankful for the basic necessities in our room. (running water, clean) and made the best of it since we would just be sleeping after hours of sightseeing. The beds were hard, uncomfortable and hurt my back. : — (They had a cute backyard sitting area that we never got to enjoy. The hotel was in a good location because there were a lot of restaurants and gelato stores nearby. My friend and I had gelato every night while we were in Venice. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. They provided continental muffins, coffee and cereal. The breakfast spread wasn't as nice as the hotels in Florence and Rome but I made sure I ate every morning, LOL.

Small, clean hotel with 22 rooms, Garden, breakfast, TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately our ground floor rooms (22) and was a little wet. (Cleaning dissipated behind the bed from the wall, mold smell).

Small quiet hotel (frequented mostly by the french) who deserves far more than 2 stars! Clean rooms, including 34 which has a balcony. Cons: morning bells, small lunch pretty basic (diluted orange juice) but OK.

For 30 years I regularly visit Bibione 1-2 x per year. Usually I book via the Agenzia (*). In recent years more I could determine that the bungalows and apartments of this agency not only sporadically to be repaired. This year we were hit by burglars, which makes it the Agency also light. The outer door on the balcony had no lock. The underlying 2 door had just a normal room door lock (which was cracked by the burglars probably in a matter of seconds. The parking spaces are only for small cars (Golf class) designed. Our van was about 1 m in the far too narrow street like many other cars. It is a miracle that he was not hit! Dirty refrigerators, no gas upon arrival, shoe prints on the ceiling and a couch on the man as a result of only 5 cm thick mattress on the frame sits or lies are the rule. (*) and Tivoli are not recommended.
