Excellent hotel. The staff were very nice. The hotel offered free cell phones for local use and complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. A very short walk from the train station and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the airport bus shuttle. Down a small street away from the river of tourists. No great view. Very fair price too.

The only best thing in Venice. First time in Venice and although the city is overrated, rude and racism definitely exists amongst Italians. The only best thing about our trip was this hotel. The staff were the only nicest people in Venice. This hotel is clean and catering to your needs. Definitely worth the money. Denise at the front desk is super nice she was very helpful and extremely nice to us, attentive and helpful. Will recommend this hotel 100%.

An excellent experience in junior suite. The staff are adorable and small care. The location is good as a bit away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything.

One of the greatest hotels I have ever been. The employees are exeptional friendly and helpful (in the best positive way). The design of the hotel is modern and stylish. Only downside is the lack of fruit at the breakfast buffet and the expensive beer price at the hotel bar. The other prices are moderate balanced. The location is also great, you have all waterbus stops in front and can easily reach the famous places (rialto bridge f. E. ) by feet. The restaurants nearby are also worth a meal. It's also worth to mention that the shower in our room was open, so it's kind of suitable only for couples.

Spent my honeymoon here with my wife. Was very impressed with the rooms and service. Room was not huge but had everything needed and was very clean. Netflix too! And the room comes with a cell phone you can use around town.

A wonderful house all perfect.

Excellent charming Hotel 2 steps from the train station and 5 minutes from the Jewish ghetto. Perfect starting point to visit Venice. Many locals of all kinds are in close proximity. Many services included in the room rate: Wi-Fi, minibar included, free smartphones to use around the city, breakfast buffet… Recommended.

Amazing location, out of the tourist area and close to the train station. Service was INCREDIBLE. Rooms were modern and comfortable with great amenities.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the train station. The staff was excellent. There was always somebody available that spoke/understood English. The rooms were very modern with updated bathroom and big screen TV (not that we turned it on). The price was very competitive. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice four starsvhitel in Venice central. If you want sleep in Venice island, you may need carry your luggage andlist in the small street. However this hotel is so close to train station. Room is new renovated, clean and quite spacious compare those on island. A little expensive, by for good location, huge room, clean, no smell. Good enough.

Paid about €490 per night for a weekend at Venice Times Hotel. We did not have any air conditioning for the entire stay. The toilets were running so we were unable to flush unless we took the entire wall panel off to expose the plumbing. Not the best way to spend 490 in Venice. Avoid.

Loved it! Modern and classy but a bit small which is the norm in these parts. Great location, 5 minutes from the train station.

Great hotel! Walking distance from the train. No view of the canals but the service makes up for it. Breakfast is included and it's a great selection of American and Italian favorites. Cappuccino is delicious. They even provide a free phone which is loaded with apps to help guide you during your excursions. It can be used to call anywhere in Europe or the US. Definitely a plus!

Me and my partner spent 3 nights at the hotel. The room was very clean and tidy and comes with a free minibar (4 bottles of water, a coke and a sprite with a packet of crisps and 2 milks) the room itself although well presented has no dressing table with a mirror for a lady to get ready and no drawers to put any clothing. There is a waldrobe in which you can hang some clothes and a safe in the bottom if you can figure out how it works. Before arriving I emailed the hotel asking them to put some rose petals on the bed with a box of chocolates which they did and charged 15 euros for this. It was a very nice touch expect I think the chocolate supplied was out of date as some had mould inside! Yes mould! The hotel staff were very helpful and were there is you needed anything throughout the stay or if you want some information before you arrive. The service of the room was not the best, the toilet roll was never replaced! Even once the roll was empty I put the cardboard roll on the toilet seat so they would replace it but they took away the the roll and never replaced it! I had to go take a roll for the toilet in the main hall! They also do not replace the milk so if you like milk with your tea you only got enough for two. The hotel has been newly refurbished and there are still some snagging points you would expect and some work ongoing throughout the day. The breakfast served in the mornings untill 10:30 was good.

We were lucky under the Grand open for 2 nights. Actually there are a little bit not perfect ready but they tried to hear about customers' opinions. Goodness : Easy to access, Brand-new building, kind staffs. I recommend this hotel at compettive price rather than any near the station hotel.

Shared toilets and bathrooms. Near to Railway Station. That's a plus point.

Nice service. The breakfast is good but every day is the same food unfortunately. The rooms are okay, because the ceilings and rooms are not really long grown many hair and dust on it.

When we just stay 2 nights get 1 night, complimentary breakfast, 3 room space is very large, close to the railway station is an important, breakfast very good, staff is eager to answer our questions, but there is no elevator, if a higher baggage might be a little tired.

I stayed here a couple of years ago but wanted to put in a review nevertheless. The breakfast had many options and a nice outdoor seating area. The communal bathroom hardly bothered me. The whole place had an antiqued, charming feeling. But one thing that HUGELY annoyed me is that they won't let you leave the building without turning in your room key. Big deal, right? Well they don't check your ID before picking up your room key so in theory all someone has to do is walk up to the desk and ask for the key to room XXX! I had anxiety attacks every time I left the hotel hoping I wouldn't get robbed. I wouldn't come back for this one reason even though I love the rest of my stay.

Strategic location, near the station, clean, good breakfast, no elevator so be careful on the fourth floor, friendly and professional staff, congratulations for a two star hotel.
