Lovely hotel with great view from the front, staff was very friendly and happy to help, decent cold continental breakfast, there was easy access across the road for the boats to go over to Venice and the other islands. Had a very pleasant stay, would go back to this hotel, would recommend it to others.

It's close to ferry to other islands very beautiful will never forget this experience. Hope to visit again in a year or two. Great customer service made us feel welcome and free parking is a big plus as other hotels you pay for parking also free breakfast, love venice…

The room on the first night was a bit noisy but they changed it for a nice room with a terrace the breakfast was good, very friendly helpful staff and the location was great! Thanks hotel panorama!

Excellent Hotel and service to the point.

The staff is friendly. Breakfast is yummy and more that enough. Amazing view with lights of Venice. Big terrace with a view. Rooms are quite tiny but got everything. It's amazingly warm in cold days. Not enough charging spots and the TV is too small. Doesn't have a safe. 2 mins from the water station.

Well run hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel kept immaculately clean, good breakfast selection. Would definitely return.

The +: Large room with a king size bed, close to the Vaporetto terminal allowing to stroll easily, quality staff, smiling, multi-lingual, good advice, very clean hotel, Wi-Fi efficient.
The —: Decoration "Oldies", it would need a good refreshment, it is really very hot in the rooms of the 3rd floor, the breakfast is average.
In total: A value for money correct.

Fantastic location. Half hour trip to Venice. Quite and friendly atmosphere. Rooms are big and qyite good.

Great links to Venice and polite staff. Breakfast was nice and the bar is open late. There is a lovely terrace where you can sit and watch the boats in the water. My only criticism is that the room could have done with a deep clean, the bath had jacuzzi jets but was stained and yellow when it should have really been white. We stayed in room 304 and very much enjoyed our stay.

To avoid. Main train station of the Vaporetti, buses, roadside, coffee terraces next door, prices unimaginably overrated, very few staff. Versatile! Besides. Website of the hotel lies. Four impossible stars. 2 to the maximum. Garre at the entrance walk… super high, narrow sidewalk and unreported walk. Impossible for visually as my husband of 68 years. No lounge bar as advertised. Minibars of rooms: rays removed for things to Grignotter. Antique furniture. The rooms are minimalist. Paid more than CHF 1 ' 100. — well in advance and non-refundable… Tourists are quickly satisfied… no longer having to make their bed. Wrong test. Catastrophic indoor soundproofing. Really didn't expect that.

Nice hotel very close to waterbuses to Venice (15) minutes lido Beach close, nice breakfast.

Great hotel with excellent service. Easy to get to the centre or other islands with the water bus service. The standard of the rooms and hotel is definitely not 4-stars, so don't expect too much.

All decidedly perfect.

Unpretentious but friendly little hotel. It has only 22 rooms, yet they look very good compared to other hotels in the region. The view across the lagoon on Venice is fantastic. The staff is extraordinary friendly, the rooms have everything you need, the floors are tidy and clean. Breakfast is OK. The hotel has no restaurant, which is not a problem, since there are many good restaurants nearby. Overall very recommendable.

Great staff, comfortable rooms, but the best thing about this "nothing fancy" hotel is the vista of Venice across the lagoon every morning. This is where I'll stay next time I'm in Venice.

Staff here are fantastic and very friendly. Rooms are a little dated (along with one light out in our bathroom and a leak in the shower head) but it adds to the feel of the hotel all round. Be aware that the double beds are 2 singles pushed together. Location wise it is right on the Lido water stop. Access to Saint Marks sq via the route one (€20 for an all day ticket and €15 for one way to the airport via Aliaguna) and only take 8 minutes by water taxi which means you are right on top of the main attractions but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists.

For me not 4 star. The carpet very old with spots. That room full of mold. Television only in Italian. We were only 4 days there had the bad luck that no one spoke german at the reception. We hardly English. Well it was great. Nevertheless, everything would have told us with a smile so friendly narrated. The breakfast was well. It was almost all there just in small quantities. There were only 8 guests in the hotel. The terrace was never used. The view from the room. A construction site just outside the hotel. This of course from our room. In General, Venice was very nice.

This a great hotel in an ideal location that gives easy access to the popular sights of Venice without getting swamped by the constant stream of tourists that pass through the central areas of Venice. Get yourself a travel card that covers the Vaporetto and you have easy access to everything that Venice has to offer.

A wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff — you feel right at home. The rooms are very well decorated. The breakfast is o. K. — here perhaps more air upwards. The hotel is located directly at the Lido Pier. You get very quickly to the other islands or to the airport.

My family and I stayed at the hotel panorama 5 years ago, I just wanted to share with you what a great little hotel this is. Right by the water taxis, which are easy to use and cheap, about a 10 minute walk to the spotless beach (hotel has private section and is attended). Staff were very attentative, breakfast continental and good choice, coffee out of machine but surprisingly good, rooms very clean and spacious and cleaned often. All in all a great hotel at a very reasonable price, would recommend to anyone.

If I back to venice, i'll back to stay on this hotel. Francesca is very greatful and charming person.

Excellent and beautifully located hotel. The hospitality manager, Eugenio Nardin, is at the top of his profession and one of the the most charming and helpful front-of-house personalities in Venice.
