The staff were very friendly. Very nice breakfast. Location near Verona.

I didn't stay overnight in the hotel which will definitely be great but I made them some appointments. It seems absurd to charge an hourly fee for the coffee table where you sit down for a drink with the person. I understand if you do not order anything to drink but after ordering it becomes nonsense. I hope you take away soon this in my opinion absurd rule so that I can go back with my clients.

Nice room with large bed. Our bathroom was a bit problematic, as water had trouble going through the drains. Breakfast was mediocre. Otherwise no major problems. Also good parking options.

Large hotels, friendly staff. It would need a modernization. In my opinion a power outlet on the bedside table is mandatory! To change the elevator absolutely… in the morning it is a childbirth to be able to go down without having to make plan today. Good breakfast and restaurant, very good price, ample parking and decidedly strategic area especially for work. Good room cleaning. I will definitely be back for convenience, but I repeat… a refreshed should be done.

Very poor breakfast, very bad taste coffee, no experienced waiters. I booked a double size room but it is the smaller One, usually for One person and not for two people.

Excellent location. The staff is very curtious and kind. Whatever we requested was answered promptly and with a smile. I would defenitely go there again.!

Good quality Hotel. Common parts and rooms certainly from four stars, even if the structure is dated. Excellent service and friendly staff. I put three stars only for the bathrooms that should be redone. I did not like the shower in the bathtub, the shower head not efficient for leaks on the hose and for the morning drop in pressure.

Meet the expectations for a night in the middle of a tour. It is away from the city centre. The rooms are with clear signs of wear and a little old. The cleanliness and the breakfast service should improve. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed one night x a concert I had in the arena, located a little outside Verona (about 20minutes) very large Hotel, with a medium high target. Well-appointed, clean rooms. I was really amazed at the bed, huge! In 2 We didn't touch each other.
I would stay here again, recommended!

This hotel is a 5 start hotel for me you definitely have to come here. The people who work here speak italian and there accent is very strong so it's best you learn how to speak italian so then you can understand then more I am just going to warn you because of the heat it is very hot it's stiffling also the rooms are very nice so enjoy (if you come) ☺

Good hotel but too expensive considering location.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Although staff not too friendly. Bathrooms are clean but too narrow when taking shower curtain sticks to you.

Given the non-central area and the services altogether in the standard, with nothing exceptional, the price is a little high (about €80 double use single). The breakfast is quite plentiful but not of so much quality, so many cakes but nothing special. I can't judge lunch/dinner because I only stayed for sleep. As for comfort beds/cleanliness Nothing to say, everything OK, as you would expect from a hotel of this level.

Hotel is convenient to the main road A4. Has changed ownership. The rooms are the same small Compaq suit the purpose for a short business trip recent ownership has improved on the breakfast and meals.

The walls in our room were very dusty, coffee spills on pictures on the wall and stains in the chairs. The mini bar only had 2 water bottles in it. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. No menus from the bar and restaurant on the desk in the room. There were no power inlets near the bed. The staff was polite and the restaurant was clean. Breakfast was okay. Would not call it 4 stars. Sorry.

Across the highway at pleasant and tasteful, the rooms are comfortable and the amenities in the room offer the customer.
Cleanliness is really taken care of the lobby is comfortable, the staff are friendly helpful and welcoming.
The only sore point (but maybe an evening retort can happen) is the staff of the restaurant, which is still a separate administration, which faced some unusual requests from clients Malays, who were treated like say a little gruff. In any case, the food was good, the white polenta with Octopus sauce appetizer is worth trying.

Rooms are good but I don't know y the room wasn't clean before I got in. Bins hadn't been cleared. No charging points anywhere near the bed had to unplug the TV to charge my Phone.

I didn't stay but I was attending an event that included a dinner. The food was great and the staff courteous and helpful.

Booked for new year's Eve we thought we'd play it safe with a 4 star hotel. Nicely furnished room with many mirrors and bath in the room, but the amenities end there. Even though we were on the fifth floor we found ants in the bathroom, not two or three but a whole family of ants much we recommended hotel managers a good pest control. Pillow covers were already used and dirty and the bed was to do with lots of pillows with masking tape. The heat inside the room was so overwhelming that we had to keep the Windows open at night with — 4 degrees outside. To open the Windows we had yet another unpleasant surprise: the door open all the way outward. There was a tiny cartel that was recommended to keep children away from the window to the risk that precipitated below … Of course the AC was detached and impossible to restart … The buffet was devoid of cakes and tarts. So much for organic breakfast that pointed to have!

Pay attention to the location as the hotel is not in front of the Verona Fair (i. E. Is NOT in Viale Del Lavoro VERONA) but in VIALE DEL LAVORO 37/35 SAN MARTINO BUONALBERGO, 37036, which is not what this map point is stating.
