Cleaning service and environment not as described. Try to avoid this Hotel does not reflect the rules of hygiene and with rude people. Zero stars experience more than negative.

My stay at the property was great. Very welcoming staff, always available in any circumstance. Ideal for business travelers, even for long periods. Many services, available including bars, tobacco and ATM. Very well connected with transport services, bus stop near the hotel. I highly recommend it. Top.

A proper Italian restaurant. Good food wine and hospitality.

Very friendly and caring staff makes you feel very welcome and appreciated as a guest. Good restaurant, excellent service. When we tried to find the hotel in the middle of the night (we had actually just passed it but didn't notice in the dark being focused on the GPS), the night porter stayed with me on the phone for 20 minutes guiding me, then in the end told me to stay put and came with the car to find me!
And another night, after a long day of sightseeing we arrived back… at midnight and the cook still made us dinner.
Everybody, from La Signora to the cleaning ladies, are so nice to talk to and seem genuinely interested in knowing more about you. Nicely situated between Lake Garda and the Adriatic Sea/Venice, day trips to those areas are perfect as well as Milano and Verona. We liked the water park close by (walking distance), clean grass park with several pools and play areas, fun for kids and relaxing for parents.

Yes he eats god everything and positive the meat, the fish tasty and the staff is positive and polite, in particular the beautiful veronica, and an angel makes you feel at home.
