I stayed for about twenty days at this hotel which I highly recommend. I was pleasantly impressed both for the spectacular position in front of the Basilica of Sant'Antonio, and, above all, for the courtesy, the availability and the professionalism that I can affirm, in all sincerity, since I travel quite, that can Be quietly considered a 5 star hotel. Great and rich breakfast. Great services. Maximum cleanliness!

Very nice location Comfortable parking inside. Breakfast buffet with sweet and salty, although there was not a lot of variety of salty… While there were many options between croissants, jams, yogurt, cereals and fruit. Only drawback, in the bathroom of the room was the bathtub instead of the shower. I know for a fact that other rooms have a more spacious and modern bathroom, equipped with shower.

Old building, in the heart of the historic center of Padua. Very simple and basic rooms. Nothing is missing but nothing surprises. The Wi-Fi in the room personally was not going. Good breakfast.

Very nice hotel, perfectly placed. The staff is nice and breakfast was good. It could use screens to keep mosquitoes out, and the Wi-Fi was so slow to be unusable. The overall experience was good though.

On The square at St Anthony Basillica very good. Great Breakfast.

When in Padova this is one of the places to eat a decent Pizza. Nice view on the Duomo of Padova, friendly staff and reasonable pricing.

Quiet place just a stone's throw from the Basilica of Sant'Antonio and Botanical Gardens.

Our room was lovely overlooking the piazza. Car parking was underground.

I had a most fabulous experience at Hotel Donatello. I stayed there for two weeks. The hotel staff were superior in friendliness and helpfulness as well as in competency and efficiency in responses to requests for matters related to the room. I loved my room which was located in the back "second" building behind the main one; my room overlooked a courtyard and was very quiet. It was very clean and had a nice aesthetic. NOTE: I am particularly sensitive to chemical smells and had asked them to clean before I came with only non toxic products. They came through perfectly on that. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right across the street from the famous church, del Santo, and within one or two blocks are great restaurants, a take out deli (fantastic food), an ATM, best gelato store and fresh pastry shop, and a pharmacy. Then, just a bit further, about 5 blocks are other major tourist attractions, too many to count here. And now for a review of the breakfast offered with room reservations: great variety so that if you stay several days you can pick various options and not have to eat the same meal every day; the best was the fresh made espressos and cappuccinos. Now that I am back home, I am finding that I miss the wonderful people at the hotel who made my stay in Padua a lifetime memory, great adventure traveling on my own.

This hotel had underground parking for our motorcycles and a clean, functional bedroom. And that's about it…
