OVERNIGHT IN NOVEMBER 2017
A disaster. Really mediocre hotel. First of all, they don't clean the rooms well. They give us in it with scented detergents but for example I have often found, on my return from visits to Padua, the dirty toilet. The girls in reception are obnoxious, intrusive and always adopt an overly and falsely courteous and ass-like attitude and tone. Which is a nuisance.
Breakfast is not included, you pay separately and the price is very salty: about 8 euros per person and it's not even much.
It is also virtually impossible to turn off or turn off the heating in the rooms and at night you die of heat so absurdly that in the middle of November you sweat a lot and you can not sleep. Not to mention the fact that, after reporting this problem more than three times in reception, the girls with their usual false tone claimed that they would turn off the hot air in my room but never did.
As if that were not enough, the last night of overnight, my boyfriend and I received, as they say, the beautiful surprise: in reception we were in fact advised to order for dinner from a pizzeria to which the hotel is in a sense associated. We were guaranteed great food quality and seriousness, of course… That evening we ordered, among other things, two fried nutella, coconut and hazelnut breads… but after an hour we got two fried gingerbreads stuffed with Nutella, and immersed in the sauce. No, I wasn't wrong to write, and I'm not even kidding. We got two Nutella breadcruties dipped in tomato sauce.
There are far better hotels than this three-star dump run by annoying hypocrites.
