Luxury, beautiful villa. Breakfast ok a short walk from Mestre downtown stop. With 15 minutes you arrive in Venice by tuned T1 tram. Perfect!

Positive experience. Nice location, and room. Cleaning, courtesy. Good breakfast. There is a parking space and it is 200m from the bus/tram stop (Centre Mestre) and a short distance from the centre of Mestre. I'll definitely be back!

Quite comfortable at a reasonable price. Good location nearby public transport. The only flaw: absent staff; The night just arrived the fridge was not working and there was no one to turn to.

Very comfy place. Has a bathtub and a nice bed. But they put an hour to check out in the booking and when you are there, they ask you to checkout earlier and can't keep your luggage if you need to travel just a few hours later.

On the desk Deĺla reception is in good exposure the evaluation of booking 8, 2… nn know how you can seen the structure. The room I occupied on the upper floor is furnished with dated furniture and dirty curtains. For nn talk about the bar fridge that I think nn checked and by a lot, since there was still a moldy ice cream pan and water bottles filled with running water… bathroom without shower with bathtub and plastic towel.

Beautiful place, clean room, great price, friendly staff! When we booked the room, we said we'd be there between 6-8pm, but the building was secure so when we got there after having driven all the way from zurich, we couldn't get in and there was no one at the desk that we could see. Luckily, there were some other guests just coming in so we were able to follow them inside to call to let her know we were there. Would have been great if she were already, there, though. There's a pizza place within 400m of the place that delivered, and their cheese pizza was to DIE FOR! Pizzeria Da Michele — the Cheeses pizza is what we had — absolutely magnificent!

A small and charming hotel, ideal to stay cheaper and then cross to Venice for 5 minutes. Walking from the bus terminal.

Villa not up to the mark. Rooms are very dull and there are musquitos as well. Commode is broken. You can get a good star hotel at this price.

Do not book this hotel. I booked my room 2 weeks in advance. At the day of the arrival, I called them and they said they transferred me to another property they have (far from this hotel or from transportation) and sold me room to someone else. Booking. Com solved this problem (booked a different hotel for me).

An attractive small b@b close to the river and central bus station in Mestre. Lovely and helpful receptionist. Spacious and clean bedroom with bathroom. Nice breakfast. Good value.

Excellent location for public transport (tram) to reach Piazzale Roma. Great value for money.

Very nice bed and breakfast accommodation on the Mainland before Venice. Ideal for excursions to Venice. By train it is fast in the Centre of the lagoon city and the prices keep in the ground. I highly recommended if you are travelling by car and with this eh to Venice in does not.

This accommodation appeared initially to be good, staff were helpful and gave good instructions for visiting Venice, however, during the day the room was not serviced. The towels were placed back on the holders when they should have been replaced, and used toilet paper rolls were not replaced. We called the hotel number and the attendant told us they would bring replacement towels and toilet paper but they did not do this. Also, there was no hot water in the evening when we tried to run a bath one evening during our stay. A welcome needs to be backed up by service or it is meaningless. We will avoid this place in the future and we strongly recommend that you should avoid it at all costs.
