Very nice and clean, I recommend it to lovers of design and minimal style.

Rooms in the modern décor away from the Venetian gilts. Air conditioning, fridge, access by badge, quiet area, public transport to Venice (tram T1) and Airport (15).

Mini apartment Very large and air conditioned, with rustic taste with exposed beams and very bright thanks to the white walls. Large living room, small kitchen with microwave and washing machine, double bed, bathroom OK. The water in the shower takes a while to amuse you hot and there are many mosquitoes. Fortunately, there are electric stoves to drive them out.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of February when there was the bad cold snap. We booked the garden suite and it was great for us (2 adults, 2 kids and a baby). The staff are fantastic and very helpful. We were late arriving and had some issues with the way our Priceline booking came through but they waited for us and helped us sort out the booking mistake (our kids didn't get counted so they needed to make up the pull out sofa for us). The room was very large and clean, the beds very comfortable, and we had control of the heat which was great when it was REALLY cold. We unfortunately didn't get to make use of the garden because of the weather but I could see it being a nice option. It does open up to the courtyard where guests come and go, and is not private, but it is fully gated so secure for kids. We had a little difficulty finding the place but it was at night and we had been travelling for 15+ hours so it was probably just us. It's in a central location in Maestre, close to transit, shopping, restaurants, etc. Overall I would recommend staying here just a couple things to note: even though there is a hot plate there are no pots or pans to cook with, there were no bowls for soup/cereal, the fridge is a minj fridge, and the bathroom stays cool so there was constant condensation on the window ledge/shelf. We would still stay again despite these things we would just prepare differently.

Enjoyed our stay at Legrenzi Rooms in late October. Great location for central Mestre and easy transport links to Venice. A quiet place, less than 10 rooms. The staff (owners? ) were friendly and helpful. Our room was modern and clean. It doesn't have all of the facilities you would get at a larger hotel but does the modest breakfast service well. Only criticism is that it's quite hard to find, being a short distance into a pedestrian zone and not very well signed so worth checking exactly where you are going before getting there.

Our flat was comfortable and roomy. It was bigger than the apartment we live in back in Florence! The Wi-Fi works great too. We were greeted with opening arms and were told all the information we need to get around Venice. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We've just returned from staying here! We loved our room, the one with the bed upstairs! It was the cleanest room we've stayed in and had everything we needed. The only thing id suggest is that there was an air conditioning unit upstairs as it was so hot and a little uncomfortable to sleep at night because the air con was downstairs! Breakfast was ideal, fresh croissants, toast, cereal, eggs, coffee, tea, juice. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. If we were to go to venice again this would be where we would stay. I would with the present inform people who is interested into this B&B that Legrenzi Rooms is the best B&B I ever deal with. The look of rooms and breakfast area are amazing cool. All is brand new, stylish and well working (airco, fridge etc), beside Clean! After request there is also a parking for your car. The breakfast is perfect, fresh pastry (! ) fast service and complete for all kind of breakfasts. Also important is that it is very quiet and this is often not easy to find. The B&B is in the middle of Mestre town you can easily take an aperitivo, a shopping walk (without taking your car again) or a dinner in the lovely city center (without taking your car again). A trip to Venice is easy with a bus 150 meters form Legrenzi Rooms and are on the game! Service is wonderful, kind and skilled. I strongly suggest this B&B! Valerio.

Stylish B&B in the heart of Mestre, super bus connection to Venice.

Loved this little Gem! The location is great, staff are very friendly and the breakfast is amazing. The accommodation is surrounded by great bars and is close to the main piazza. Would recommend this to anyone going to metre and is a lot nicer than staying closer to the station.
