Great location, very comfortable and affordable.

The hotel is just a few meters from the No. 2 bus stop from Venice to Mestre and vice versa. Friendly, very nice, clean, friendly and friendly staff. It feels like home. The reception at 23:00 closes but you can return later because there is secondary and self-contained access. I would definitely go back.

Very nice service. We arrived at 4.20am and we got great service from a very nice receptionist. For example: He gave us cold waterbottles which was nice of him. The rooms were clean and modern. Good Wi-Fi aswell. Breakfast was fresh and crispy. They had Nutella witch was appreciated by our kids. Parking was great.

Quiet hotel, just the sound of birdsong. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, incredibly helpful friendly staff who spoke English very well. Conveniently located by the number 2 bus to Venice.

Very nice Hotel, the staff that attend is extremely friendly, they told us everything like to do to go and return to Venice, the breakfast very well, the room very clean, maybe a little girl, very comfortable the bed, that has parking is very important. In quality/price a 10 points are taken.

Great to visit Venice. Not far from the station and bus stop. Clean and quiet Hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Breakfast room too small.

Perfect small hotel with very polite and super sevice.

Nice hotel that is very convenient if you want to visit Venice. About a 3 minute walk from the bus stop. Takes you into Venice. You can buy tickets at the hotel desk. Parking and breakfast were included with our reservation.

Hotel is comfortable. Could use some updating but they're still good rooms. Breakfast was okay. Parking was secure and gated. To get to Venice you need to take the bus (not the train). Bus tickets are available for purchase at the front desk of the hotel €1.50 each way or €20 for 24 hrs which includes unlimited use of water busses too (useful for getting around the grand Canal within the city or if you want to go to murano). Bus comes every 10-15 minutes and takes about 15 minutes to get to Venice. Can be a a bit of a trek everyday especially when you're tired from a long day of walking the city. Not as convenient as staying in Venice proper but at least you can drive and don't have to lug your bags through Venice to get to a hotel. Location is reflected in the price (less than in Venice). Staff at the hotel were mostly all friendly and helpful with the exception of one. We were pretty annoyed to find out that we were charged €6 for a "bar tab" when all she did was boil a pot of water for us. I enjoyed our stay otherwise but can't rate any better based on the encounter.

I stayed there with wife and two children on the occasion of the weekend at the turn of the marathon of Venice 2018 (22/10/2017). The quadruple room was a bit cramped and the bunk bed old. As cleanliness and service great. Very friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast. The parking is very convenient Overall I give a vote of 7, 5/10. Value for money 8, 5/10.

Great place, close to bus line to Venice, helpful staff, good breakfast! We appreciated having a nice home base while exploring all day.

The rooms were on the verge of claustrophobia. Also they make you fleas if you had to decide to take more sandwiches than those provided.

Close to railway and bus stations. Easy to get to Venice historical center. Clean, accurate, helpful staff. Has parking. Has baby chair. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to lay your head. Close to the city and a quick bus ride into venice.

8/2016 Stayed in room behind check in desk. Room was clean but really tiny. Pillows and bed were hard as cardboard. Shower leaked. TV was smaller than our computer! Staff was very nice. We were asked to take our room card (thats what you plug in to start your room, AC, electric, etc. ) and if you returned after 6pm you had to remember a gate code and use a room door key. We detached our room card from ring and left our room card plugged in so that when we returned our room was cool. We will not go back. For $135 a night it was definitely not worth it to us. We had to get bus passes to Venice at a rate of $30 each and it was high 90's and they pack you in like sardines, sweaty bodies sticking to you for 5 miles each way. After some research we could have stayed in Venice for the same price of all we ended spending and been right in the middle of things. They served a good breakfast.

Staff is perfect, the place is great. We'd like to add sleepers and fridge to the room.

Good hotel. Perfect for a night in venice but easy to get in and out of the city via train as well as public tranist to venice. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious!

Good quality for the price. Location is perfect since it's near the train stop. There's a bus that takes you right into Venice and the hotel sells public transit passes. Breakfast is included. Not the most comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. Small showers. Staff was friendly. I'd stay here again, it does the job.

Hotel cris and in a strategic position to visit Venice and mestre. Overall, clean and polite staff. Shower, and breakfast room to zoom in for greater comfort.

Lousy place, I suggest to my enemy, multipurpose bathroom (you can take a shower while you shave or else, full of rust threatment, the door made a noise crazy every time I opened) not to mention the dinner … really bad. 15 € for a piece of meat half raw, shame, because the staff were very good but to be a 3 stars … sucks. Ah, by the way. Not even the TV didn't work, just died, it was a crazy whistle much to make you get out of bed to turn off the power.

Very good. I stayed for one night but the staff was absolutely helpful and friendly, the rooms spacious and well appointed and great location (close to the bus stop) to quickly reach the lagoon! Also has its own car park. Breakfast average but enough variety. Great value for money since it is not a mere 3 stars.

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. It's new and nicely decorated, the rooms are spotless and well heated (I stay during the month of November), the breakfast is continental, varies. In addition, no small feat, the staff are delightful and very helpful. The hotel has Wi-Fi and parking for those travelling by car.
The hotel is very close to Mestre station (less than 5 minutes), and a few tens of meters, in via Piave, there is a stop of line 2 which takes you directly to Venice in a matter of minutes. Always close to the hotel there is a supermarket, handy just in case.
From Marco Polo airport, you can get there via a line ATVO or with a line of ATVC, costs € 6.
