We had a great pitch over looking the lake. The pitch was lovely and quiet.
The site is very big, lots of walking but it's ok. All the plants are beautiful and we'll cared for.
The pools were brilliant. They were great for us and the kids. I didn't use the pools much as wearing a swimming hat is mandatory.
Evening entertainment was very basic. The entertainment staff were very friendly and enthusiastic however they did the entertainment every night. I would expect to see some professional shows such as a band or dance act in a 5 star resort. However the fireworks over the lake were very good!
My children loved the kids disco every evening.
BIG NEGATIVE! Kids Club! The first day my kids went to kids club from 10am til 12pm there was no form to complete? I asked the staff if they needed my phone number and explained some things about my son. They said no phone number was needed. Me and my husband went to buy grocerys from Lidl. When the children were finished my daughter told me she had been sent on her own to find us as they needed our phone number! The children went again the next day. While they were there I complained to reception that my daughter was sent away to find us on her own. After this I went to kids club to check my children were both ok. When I got there my children were gone! I asked where are my children the woman said I don't know they left. They were in the pool! it should be noted my son can not swim!
After this I didn't send my children to kids club again as they were not looked after and were not safe! …
There was a very big storm one night. In the morning there was debris, thick mud and broken glass. By the next day this had not been cleaned. I told reception about the broken glass. On the day we left the broken glass was still there. The thick mud was slippery and dangerous. There was no effort to clean the camp except the toilets and the busy areas.
The Bin areas smelt very bad, the bins were always over flowing
The toilets and showers were very modern and always very clean.
All the staff on the resort were very friendly.
