If your looking for a relaxing break then this would be perfect. Bus to Venice is 30 mins, a great restaurant over the road great friendly staff too. We will be booking again. Thanks Park Hotel Villa Giustinian.

Amazing pool, nice rooms, very close to Venice and bus stop at few metres from the building. Also, restaurant in front of the villa.

With its villa it offers a reminder of the splendour of the Serenissima Republic.
Very respectable hotel, very helpful staff and very modern and professional direction.
Great place to organize receptions, birthday parties, and also beautiful weddings with the possibility of beautiful photographs in the manicured park.
There is also the pool … and if you want music, too.

The family owned Park Hotel Villa Guistinian is juat such a realy place, Itlaian family makes you feel so welcome. The gardens are jhst so tranquil and the beuatiful Pool Club is a must to swim in. You can have a small lunch under the Bagola and feel part of the garden.

I have never been a guest but I attended a ceremony on the rooms I can not say anything but on the bathrooms yes: they were not very clean.

We had a nice stay, easy to go to Venice by bus!

Structure in the middle of the greenery, ideal for relaxing with a beautiful swimming pool. Clean rooms and very courteous staff.

I was disappointed. I was super excited about the photos published on its website and we touched a tiny, old room (and I do not mean old), and poorly conserved. The gardens are very well maintained (hence the 3 stars I give you) but the different buildings they have for the accommodations are lacking a renovation and a paint hand.

Pros: You can reach Venice quickly by bus. Very cheap price.
Cons: Ants in the room. Very narrowed (~ 10m2). Pool is more of a swamp with the correspondingly many mosquitoes.
Verdict: If you are looking for cheap accommodation to visit Venice and not spend time in the room, then it is a more or less good alternative. Otherwise not recommended.

Hotel with a large park and a swimming pool, also whirlpool. Rooms in the standard.

The hotel was wonderful. Beautiful room, decor and some great members of staff. Our choice for our first holiday in Italy. The pool and view from our second floor suite where fab. The bus ride into Venice was certainly an eye opener. But venice is stunning! Unfortunately when we booked the holiday we didn’t realise that the locals used the pool for aqua aerobics etc, very loud “drill” instructor was quite off putting, we retired to our rooms to relax and returned to the pool after everyone else had left.
The restaurant across the road was lovely, couple of nights spent in there, very quirky and nice staff.

Nice, far enough from the center of Venice, but quiet. Garden very friendly and conducive to meetings.

Close to public transportation, rooms are nice and clean, breakfast was good. Service was very good.

Large beautiful nice kept Garden with big trees with Pools in the middle. You can use Bicycles from the Hotel to drive to local Places.

Rooms are only small if you get an economy room. Maid service every day. Clean sheets and towels every day. Pool towels provided. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Free bikes to explore local area. Good placement between towns and 40 min bus ride to Venice. Bus outside hotel. Tickets inside. You must but all tickets before riding on buses. Cannot pay on bus. Bar and restaurant available. Pool clean and often empty. Peaceful bliss.

So… Wi-Fi bad, no shower, but only a tub with a shower, no breakfast at 8… 2 stars because syndicated clean and they are friendly but not syndicated my Kind.

Must have went terribly down hill from last year…
Damp smell everywhere and place needs modernisation both inside and outside…

Idyllic Venetian villa hotel set in marvelous surroundings with excellent pool and jacuzzi facilities Gabrielle is a charming host and goes beyond to please. Rooms in main villa are tastefully decorated in a grand style. Sunken tub in piano mobile suite is a delight. No restaurant but there is a good pizzeria directly across the street from hotel entrance. Much better than 3 star rating would suggest. Charming staff.

Had an absolutely perfect holiday here, the hotel, pool and grounds are stunning, staff were lovely too. The bus to Venice is right outside the hotel — would massively recommend and can't wait to visit again one day x.

I have been there more than once to attend the courses. It is a very nice and quiet. Convenient to reach. Fine salt and you eat pretty well.

Excellent room, big and neat bath room, nice staves, good premises, spacious room, reasonable rate. Really, my wife and friends had enjoyed the stay there in Sep 2015. It is a stay in a 3 star hotel but 5 star quality. G Remesan Nair, Trivandrum India.

Great place. The staff were helpful. Mr. Rami and Elena were especially good hosts taking care to make the stay comfortable for me.

Price / performance good, clean rooms, bathroom dirty unfortunately. The rolls could be better breakfast and above all, otherwise the hotel is recommended.

Greatest hotel experience I have ever had, Great service, polite and caring of the consumer. Well maintained environment, will be staying there time and time again over my travels. I would have to say, if your in Italy, and need just the right amount of comfort you need in a hotel stay, then come to this one. You will be so glad that you did. Awesome pricing for such an upbeat place to stay. I found my new home away from home. Thank you for such 5 star service.
