The rooms were very nice ans clean.

Dear owner, your punctuation on the arrival time is inappropriate! I gave 3 stars to this hotel where I felt good about the courtesy and cleanliness of the rooms and I did not leave any comments on what, as a customer (perhaps demanding? ) did not entirely satisfy me.
Your hotel is in a good location to visit important cities around, but still in a place out of any comfort and we, having left early from home and with two children, hoped to have the room available at least at noon to cool off and leave luggage, but on this we did not claim anything and went to shoot The desolate surroundings and re-appeared without any complaints at 2pm!
We chose the hotel because the restaurant and playground for the children was inside so that we could relax in the evening without going in search of anything else, but just on Sunday evening the restaurant was closed and the playground had broken swings. Perhaps for you little things, but for me due as a customer! If you wanted five stars I'll downgrade you to two!

Family run Hotel in reasonable distance to the main road from Treviso to Jesolo. Rich continental breakfast with fresh fruit and excellent service.

We stayed 3 nights with half board for business reasons. Good value for money, clean rooms, air conditioning and everything working. Breakfast is plentiful and of decent quantity. Beautiful outdoor space with well-groomed garden. Lunch is consistent with the price and the service is quick. However at first glance as soon as we entered the hotel the staff is not very friendly, no one told us even good evening or good morning for both breakfast and lunch. During lunch we noticed that the ladies maids were in a hurry and a lot of disorganization in serving diners, putting agitation to customers. Comandes took to the air screaming directly from the other table without pinning the orceons, sometimes serving the wrong dishes and always the same (three days in a row we were offered various types of sauce, but with the same pasta). The clothing with shorts and sandals (flip-flops) of the waitresses was not suitable for that type of job. In the rooms now dated were completely absent the sockets near the bed. We advise the manager to accept our constructive criticism to review their premises is not to respond as in all other reviews challenging each customer and not accepting the reality.

Unique hotel with topically Italian spirit. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice outdoors. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Suggest to visit.

Comfortable environment, spacious rooms clean in quiet environment, helpful and friendly staff, easy area to arrive by car, parking for the car, good breakfast served until 10.

Food and good service, waiters and owners sociable, hand and very kind. To keep in mind that I know the owner and I just did aperitif and dinner.

It's been years since my colleagues and I have come to this hotel.
Although for us the stay is for business reasons, and in the autumn, I find this structure excellent, both from the point of view of the reception and that of the services. A well organized family environment with nice and helpful people.
I have always promised myself to come with my family to visit the natural, artistic, and cultural beauties of these places by naturally stopping at this property.

Of the hotel I don't know anything however I can recommend the restaurant as business lunches great food.

By mistake I typed a star and apologize to the managers. My assessment is more than positive. The breakfast was very good Thank you.

A star because there is less… Hotel not tried but kitchen unfortunately yes, never eaten so bad, such as rice, not crested and tasteless as well as raw… Sorry but I do not recommend.
