The worst hotel I’ve ever seen.
It’s not a resort It’s not 4 stars for Sure.
The surrounding is very dirty, the carperts arendirty too, breakfast is a catastrophy, dirty classes, dirty floor.
Everything is neglected.
The recepcjonist is the Worst person I’ve met in hotels.
The room was so poor and the bathroom stincked. Coming to this hotel is a waste of money.

You can breathe sea air and relaxation… beautiful landscape in front of Sant'Angelo. Great food and a special praise to Davide of the Restaurant service that made us feel at home! also highly recommended for those who follow a gluten free diet. Only advice regarding gluten-free breakfast: it would be the top if it were enriched with homemade desserts as well as for normal breakfast. Definitely.

Patrons of the Terme park for an unforgettable day! Courtesy, care, exceptional services and a lunch at the pool kiosk with first quality materials… and plentiful (of course we ate everything… 10-shoe included. ). 5 stars.

At the Romantic Resort there is no negative point: ALL POSITIVE; from waiters to cleaning ladies rooms especially Mrs. Claudia❤; kindness at the reception, the maitre with an eye for everything and The cooks: KITCHEN SUBLIME! PARK TOP TOP THERMAL POOLS. I FELT AT HOME AND EVEN BETTER! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE! Ischia has its wonders among which, the ROMANTIC RESORT! NUMBER 1! Oasis of peace a few steps from Sant' Angelo. We entered as guests of the spa park today and we had a great time! There are thermal pools of various temperatures, and a bar with great sandwiches, bruschetta, and cold dishes. Recommended for those seeking a bit of peace and relaxation. The reception and bar staff!

Sono stata qui per celebrare un matrimonio. Cibo davvero eccellente, ma soprattutto servizio ai tavoli TOP! Inutile parlare della posizione, la vista della quale si può godere dalla struttura è davvero mozzafiato.

Bastano poche parole per descrivere questa struttura, è una vera oasi di pace. Noi abbiamo trascorso una giornata nel parco termale e pranzato al chiosco li presente che offre diversi tipi di panini e zingare e bruschette. Tutto molto pulito e curato, diverse piscine a diverse temperature, cascate cervicali e tutto con una vista spettacolare su Sant'Angelo d'Ischia.

My idea of heaven? Stay at the Romantic hotel again. From 6 to 13 August with my family I was in this paradise overlooking the sea of Sant'Angelo in a lovely way. There are no words and adjectives to describe the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff that animates this wonderful structure. I start my review from a typical motto of the island of Ischia: "In Ischia you eat, drink and whistle", but as we know no one can whistle a symphony, it takes an entire orchestra to reproduce it, and here are people to compose a perfect harmony. Starting with the shuttle drivers and ending with the receptionists, such as Mr. Michele and Stefania, who with friendliness, education and availability have accepted and fulfilled our every request. A special mention goes to Mr. Nello, who is sure of the perfect functioning of the restaurant service, and to the chef with all his brigade, who prepare delicious, abundant and different dishes every day. The kitchen is truly the flagship of the Romantica. As for the rooms we are at the levels of a 5 star for cleanliness and elegance; our room was sea view, a verse of poetry to read whenever we wanted. And what about the spa and spa with its Therapeutic Care department? Wonderful and well functioning.

We returned yesterday from a relaxing 9 day stay at the Romantic of S. Angelo in Ischia. Everything was at its best. From the assignment of the room (the 147 sea view was ideal for us who had our cocker in tow) to the spa park, a true oase of relaxation, to tasty, sought-after food and in the wake of the genuine island tradition.
A thank you to everyone, starting with the excellent Michele of the conciergierie, to continue with the maitre Nello (colorful and blunt but at the same time attentive to every need) and with Nello of the room staff, always professional and polite.
A relaxing and very pleasant holiday in a staff-run property that best performs the task of giving guests relaxation and rest in a beautiful setting.

Excellent, service location and thermal pools at different temperatures. Near the delightful village of S. Angelo and the Beaches Fumarola and Maronti… You don't need anything else.

Enjoyed two unforgettable nights in this wonderful hotel. Our room had stunning sea views and was very spacious and clean. Alessia and the rest of the staff were super-helpful and always on hand to give great recommendations. The amenities are fantastic, with a thermal pool area featuring 13 different pools of varying temperatures, as well as a sauna area. The spa also offers relaxing treatments, and there are plenty of other facilities such as tennis/volleyball courts, a gym and a futsal arena, so you will never get bored! The breakfast on offer was also excellent and included a variety of local island produce, including some amazing pastries! It is located just up the hill from Sant'Angelo which is a beautiful little village sitting at the base of a rocky island. There is a long stretch of sandy beach just to the east, easy walking distance from the hotel and village, as well as plenty of great restaurants. The site is also very easy to reach if you are arriving by ferry from Naples (simply take the CD or bus from the Port and the last bus stop takes you near to the base of the hotel). The overall stay at Romantica was perfect and I sincerely hope to return at some point in the future!

I've been a romantic customer for 13 years.
It is a paradise and the staff are the Angels.
Two days ago it started a recession my wrong (1 star). I'm sorry I probably slipped my finger.
The romantic in Sant'Angelo Ischia is not a hotel but a paradise. During my stay in May I did not find anything negative. It is perfect and also next year for the 14th time I will come back.

A very nice hotel, quiet location with a nice view. Very nice Rooms, comfortable and panoramic immersed in a scent of jasmine and other plants beautiful and very well cared. Friendly and helpful Staff Nice Spa Park, great food quality. I will Definitely be returning.

Fully enjoyed the four days in this hotel. We found the service perfect, in spite of the off-season period. Spacious rooms with high quality beds. Amazing sea view. 13 pools for different types of hot baths. Thanks ti staff for the delicious crepes at breakfast. My friends already asked to go back next year!

Crazy! Dream Place! I will definitely come back! An oasis of peace. And Serenity! Where you can, stay away from the chaos… I spent a weekand Easter and Monday cn my cousin. Relaxing. And serene… a great friendly and kind staff. At the reception very attentive and helpful. And a very very good kitchen! Beautiful sea view. And lots of pools… I really fell in love with Qst place. And then Saint Angelo and to behold! I recommend it to all.

The view is fantastic the tubs are not so many and a bit ' dated, but you still pass a nice half day of relaxation.

The good: Great coffee, nice staff. The bad: Bed bugs in both rooms we used, no A/C, location not designed for anyone with physical disabilities, constant dog and various farm animals keep you awake all night, zero (and I mean zero) sound-proofing in the rooms, lunch/dinner very poor, beds not comfortable. This is a hotel that caters to mainly Italian retirees.

Well what to say. Always a certainty! Wonderful place, wonderful location, outstanding staff! It really feels like home! A special thank you to Caroline, Desire' and Veronica and all the staff! You're great! And given what happened in this period a tip for those who are skeptical whether to go or not. Go! You won't regret it!

That was an amazing relaxing 3 days of stay at Romantica! The hotel is great indeed, with almost 13 thermal pools of different temperature. Very calm, quite and relaxing time spent near the pools. In the evening you can have affordable (20 euro per person) yet very tasty dinner, or walk to St. Angelo to eat out. The hotel has several buildings with rooms scattered in large territory. The territory is up and down, slopes may appear difficult to other people but in general is OK. You can take bicycle for free. Rooms are clean and well furnished, enough space to stay in, not just sleep. The breakfasts are very limited, wanted more fruits, vegetables and dishes. And the juice press is only one and slow so expect queues. Great beaches are at walking distance, closest one is small Cava Gardo, down from the bus station — but it is brilliant beach, calm and crystal water. Remember you walk down from the hotel but can take free shuttle or pay taxi on return (10-15 euro). Looking forward to come back other day for at least 10 days!

Charming Hotel, from the unconventional structure, where the various groups of rooms, joined together and the reception from narrow streets to varying slope, are set on the hill overlooking the sea and the village of Sant'Angelo. The spa with its 10 thermal pools at various temperatures, the sauna, the whirlpool tub and the spa treatments, have made our holiday unforgettable. To the staff all then, it goes a praise for the kindness and the cuteness demonstrated, as well as the professionalism and sympathy, which will put every customer at the center of attention at every moment of the day. We would definitely return.

Nice tourist place equipped with numerous pools at more temperatures. The hotel rooms are located in various structures scattered within the compendium. Good cleanliness in general and great kitchen with a nice buffet at breakfast and a richer buffet at dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Improved in reception.

Charming structure, welcoming, clean, quiet even on the busiest days, the many thermal pools, on several levels and with different temperatures make you want to no longer go, even the spa offers so many treatments, including mud, That relaxation is assured, but it is impossible to give up also to excursions, that an island so beautiful and interesting allows and with a pleasant and knowledgeable guide like Mr. Gino. The restaurant is really awesome! A sincere thanks to the owners for the passion they put in their work and all the staff, for the friendliness and sympathy combined with a remarkable professionalism that makes the stay in this corner of paradise even more enjoyable.

I had a great holiday a few years ago with my tango group. I found the hotel magnificent, great food, great friendliness at reception and by the staff. The room cozy and delicious in a villa complex, but the only discomfort for me was the location of the room away from the restaurant room, pools and the core of the hotel, having to do 4/5 times and sometimes even more, per day, a steep climb. This year I propose to go back with the group, hoping to have the luck of a closer accommodation. For the rest everything magnificent, otherwise I would not have thought to return and so much advertising to friends. Of tango holidays are many in Italy and also abroad.

Although the Hotel has a good view and a nice own thermal bath we can not recommend it and don't want to come back. Why? Because rooms are partly very dark and old fashioned for a "4" star Hotel. Three times a week they play loud and disturbing music until midnight (not cool if you want to relax). Hotel staff was partly very arrogant and unfriendly and was not able to give us a better/ quieter room during a 10 day stay. Breakfast service staff was also partly very unfriendly. We decided to share this bad hotel experience with others since hotel management was not customer oriented.

The place is very nice just to go to the beach you have to take a shuttle.

I find it incumbent to congratulate the property for choosing a very scenic place but especially for the Organization of the health club, for the accuracy of the temperature detected in 13 pools, for the rich buffet, for fine dining and for being surrounded by a staff of highly qualified and always ready to welcome the guests with a smile and satisfy every request.

Baths of miraculous. Quiet hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel in one package:
-nice views
-Sant'Angelo is quiet (car-free) and picturesque; There are a few steep steps but until one is down
-good selection of different thermal pools. Of course, by its own thermal spring, the water of which was apparently very high quality. But too bad, that's no (massage) jets are in the pool
-Good mud (in-house) and massage offers
-friendly staff and some of them very nice and obliging
-the buffet of appetizers in the evening is versatile and well: a variety of antipasti and the like
-the breakfast buffet could have richer offer (for 4 * hotel) ; Dinner is ok… but not quite at the level of the many good restaurants and beach pickling.

Wonderfully relaxed week in July! Thermal pools is fabulous!
