Hotel with all the comforts, from welcome cocktails to the many types of massages provided in the spa. The hotel is very well looked after on every aspect, I hope to return.

Ischia is so beautiful. The hotel is in a very busy location close to the port, restaurants, shopping and beach. The hotel staff is very helpful and made great recommendations for dinner via boat to resturant only accessible by sea. And Negombo Thermal Park & gardens. The roof top pool at Aragona Palace is amazing. Breathtaking views! However, it's very loud at night due to bustling night life and port action and our air conditioner did not work but in our kids room it was working. The beds are very hard. Spa was nice services we enjoyed facials and pedicures. Llovely.

Really a nice hotel in the heart of Ischia a very friendly and professional staff. The well-structured beauty centre with competent staff. I had a facial massage the massager really good and competent.

It's the second time I stay at this property and I can't say anything negative about it. Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel located in a great location 5 minutes walk from the embarks and a 2 minute walk from the centre.

Hotel very comfortable, lovely roof terrace pool, sun terrace and bar. Nice thermal spa. I would only stay on b and b basis as restaurant lacks atmosphere and food not the best unfortunately.

Well furnished hotel, impeccable cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, very suggestive and relaxing wellness area. I can not judge much the kitchen not having participated in lunch/dinner but I was impressed by the wide choice offered for breakfast: ranging from sweet to salty, from chocolate tart to sandwich salami and ricotta, from croissants with Nutella to boiled eggs. A show!

An excellent hotel! Strategic central location, (Ischia Porto) with a welcoming staff always available and attentive to the needs of the customers. Featuring a wonderful spa with a fantastic spa pool. It is the right place to spend a weekend or a relaxing holiday, allowing yourself to be pampered by all comforts including a cozy hairdressing salon, attentive preparations that take care of your hair with selected quality products!

Great location, helpfulness and great reception of all the staff but especially of the girls at the front desk. Very good also the small restaurant attached.

Four stars already has it of its own so that add great location you get in 5 minutes walk from the harbour quietly with the trolley spacious rooms clean staff very kind has all the necessary facilities inform you first about the buses if you want to turn L Island Council Castle of Aragon Walk there you get in 20 minutes.

The staff is of a unique kindness all! The hotel is the most central of all the hotels in Ischia. Only small negative that as spa leaves a little much to be desired, a pool of old thermal water and not so much clean and a cold Turkish bath. That's it. The pool outdoor on the fifth floor good.

We stayed at this hotel with sea view, great location and many good reviews on TripAdvisor.
I got to see two tastefully decorated rooms, big clean bathroom with towel service and great room.
Equipped with beautiful swimming pools and a large area with good typical dishes.
Really friendly staff, available at every request and professional.
We will definitely go back to this hotel, a 4 star which in addition to deserving them all has really reasonable prices.

Not sure this is a luxury hotel, but it is very nice. Service was impeccable, rooftop pool is heated, breakfast had a large selection — though mostly pastries.

Nice hotel, but beware the mosquitoes! The hotel is nice, bit rough around the edges, but has a nice feel. The breakfast was good, albeit basic. We both got bitten by mosquitoes many times, both in the room and out the front, which was very irritating. The bed was two singles pushed together, with just a sheet over the gap. The floors are tile, which meant the bed separated in the night. The rooftop pool was nice, but very busy.

This hotel was lovely and clean, nice and airy. Lovely rooftop pool, reception staff very friendly and helpful, would have got 5 stars but restaurant left a bit to be desired, food was cheap and nasty, too many mix up with restaurant staff, to be fair we did not speak much Italian and restaurant staff could not speak English so there was a language barrier but the food was not great anyway.

For the price, we were a bit disappointed. The ladies at reception were great, and worthy of praise. The feel of the hotel is a bit dated, and some bits of the breakfast were quite poor. The massage was okay, though not the best.

Good hotel but noisy rooms.

Ideally located facing the port. We take advantage of off season rates. Staff friendly and attentive. Lovely large room with view of the harbour. We have not been to the restaurant of the hotel but the breakfast was perfect.

The hotel is just tip… A great location right on the Harbour, great breakfast, a small but nice Spa with large spa, very nice and clean rooms and the most important, an incredibly nice and helpful staff… Highly recommended

Professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff are the added value of a hotel excellent in itself. From reception to the rooms, the restaurant at the Spa from the pools to the solarium evinced the high quality of the hotel. Every time we visit to Ischia Aragona Palace Hotel will be our home.

The elegant hotel is well located, excellent cuisine, professional and friendly staff. Irresistible beauty center. Thanks to all of you.
Missed maybe a entertainment after dinner, but was missing in the town of Ischia. Rating 9.

May 2014: anchor at Aragon! Ischia is our island and the Aragon our home twice a year! We're just fine Giampietro and I! Tomorrow I will call Louise to book our week in October! For the two of us will be the sixth time in Ischia and we haven't visited in full!
