Great hotel, cleanliness and kindness and organization are the hosts of the place. From Anita and Susy at the reception via Francesco, night porter and taxi driver if necessary, to Salvatore, the room manager and all the waiters, they are all fantastic. It was a pleasure to stay with you. The food is great and plentiful, the rooms have all the comforts a tourist needs and the pools are beautiful. Great also The connections to visit the island, being the bus stop right outside the hotel. Definitely!

Very well kept Hotel and with an enviable location (off bus stop) is provided with pool, and has great value for money.

We are now at home in this hotel. We try every year to carve out a period, even short, to spend a holiday with them. The kitchen is excellent, varied and genuine; The staff were very helpful The rooms are clean and equipped with what you need for a beach holiday in full relax. Again this year we will see again! Recommended to those who want the essentials, in a friendly atmosphere!

I can say my experience of staying overnight in this small and SHABBY Hotel (if it can be called) has been mostly negative. At the beginning of August 2009 I booked my holiday in ischia hotel repeating several times to Sign. Anita (Lady on reception) to a sea view room and to make sure that my request was granted at him even in an email that I sent unconditionally. A few weeks later just arrived on Ischia my boyfriend and I fittammo a scooter to move more easily and drove to the Hotel Costa Citara. Already from outside our impressions were positive, it was in fact a small hotel run down with a little pool clean and very small. All there appeared different than the pictures posted on the internet but believing that often deceiving accingemmo us to enter. There was no Sign to welcome us. Anita that initially there seemed very friendly and helpful, we asked identity documents and escorted us into the room. Got to the room already we realized that something was wrong. Here's that there we realized that the impressions had just arrived were spot on, the room was very small, not to mention the bathroom that was similar to a hole but above all that it was a dirty room, it was there that we opened the balcony and we found ourselves in front of a wall and a wasteland (thank goodness I had specified to want a Seaview room! ).
