We just reluctantly left from the most amazing stay… thoroughly relaxed and calm. From the moment we checked in we were always greeted warmly and taken care of by all the amazing staff. Our room was deluxe to say the least, the spa was our focus to unwind and soak our bodies, and the food was fabulous everywhere! We didn’t venture off the property hardly at all, as we had virtually everything we could possibly need there for us! Our special afternoon lunches on the rooftop with Andrea and Mario were always amazing. Francesca, Mauro and Vittorio took extra care of us at Gli Ulivi for dinner every night, and encouraged me to eat my Coniglio with my hands like a true Italian! Everything was top notch… thank you Maria and Analisa at the desk for being so lovely… we can’t wait to come back to Ischia and explore the island a little more next time, but for our first time, Terme Manzi was the absolute best choice! Beautiful hotel with lovely terme indoor pool and amazing staff. The shuttle is very helpful and the beach they take you too (San Montano) is great and has a nice restaurant as well. I would definitely come back if I had a chance. I checked the other 5 star hotels we doubted on booking but very happy we chose this one!

The hotel temple of spa tourism on the island of Ischia. Located in the center of Casamicciola, it is a hotel of beauty and elegance worthy of its 5 stars. The SPA is beautiful and very specialized, and the roof on the top floor of the property is also very nice. Very recommended.

Beautiful Hotel and Spa in Casamicciola. The rooms are finely furnished and decorated with ischine artisan aljolicas, spacious and clean. The hotel is completely renovated. Comfortable beds, perfect air conditioning and excellent breakfast. All the top staff. The Baths are spectacular and I highly recommend going there. We couldn't try the star-studded restaurant Il Mosaic, inside the hotel. But we will definitely come back. An unforgettable, elegant and romantic stay. Highly recommended!

The magic of this hotel is created by the excellent staff and customer service. The food is better than anywhere else and the rooms and thermal pool are delightful. It’s a pearl of a hotel set above a precious quintessential italian seaside resort of Lacco Ameno. Famous in the 1950s and not so very different now.
The hotel is situated on a hill above, made accessible by the excellent shuttle service : ask and they will do their best to take you to local daytime and dinner locations.
This is my first ever review as this is the first place in worldwide travels I would wish to return to due to all the staff team from spa to shuttle to front desk and restaurant but in particular to Roberto who epitomises and transforms the art, professionalism and generosity of service which takes the hotel into 5 star excellence.

One of the best holiday destinations in a very long time. Beautiful location, private, very nice and clean hotel and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet luxurious retreat.

Very flashy but not good value for money.

We were offered a little refreshment at 13… Paid 15 euros more for 2 snacks and a ginger… per person… Definitely too much!

Hotel in a quiet area, not far from the sea. The structure is very well cared for, elegant and stylish, complete with gym on the upper floors and a charming SPA where you can relax all day. Certainly one of the most beautiful hotels on the island of Ischia.

Located in a beautiful area of Ischia the steers is one of the most beautiful and luxurious facilities of Ischia, with small but more beautiful spas than the others present on the island.

Thermal bath are fine although a bit overpriced and the dressing rooms are just igly and uncomfortable.

The Manzi is a beatiful hotel that offer 365days per year SPA, GYM and wellness. I really love It. I'm going to the GYM every week because I am a ischitan people. Racoumended this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel situated on the Island of Ischia. Staff very friendly and helpful. Amazing Roman styled spa bathing, gym, treatment rooms, pool, roof terrace, transport service to private beach.

Fantastic spas that also accepts the outside of the Hotel, too bad they can not access the boys between 10 and 14 years, so you cut the possibility for families to access it.

Location is ok, but inside the place is awesome. Carmine, the barman, is fantastic and drinks are spectacular.

Beautiful decor. Lovely friendly & helpful staff. Booked a "superior room" which is in fact their lowest grade of room. No balcony. Old flat screen TV that works poorly and no HDMI input. Wifi very troublesome. Dinner was average on our first night and excellent on our second.
